I don't think Breya has much of an advantage over powerful generals like Brago, Teferi, Derevi, etc. The thing she does is allows us to abuse all the powerful interactions in four color and gives us a very relevant body that can take out problems constantly and easily. The 99 cards themselves work well for stax or combo with attrition and denial for opponents. Breya gives us ways to take out problematic generals, planeswalkers, creatures. Along with that she can make effects like Winter Orb/Static Orb/Tangle wire not hurt on our turn. The fliers are relevant for Smokestack, static orb, whatever tap downs and do incremental damage if needed.
It's not that she does things worse than any other general but rather that she allows more options than any other can.

Anyway I've started my own gameplay channel in which I play games (Magic also)
Fabricate is meh in here. Arcum, Welder, and Transmuter have made me not like Fabricate at all in here.
Scrap trawler is bad. I think I want Junk Diver or Myr Retreiver still as they can get anything but the trawler often only gets rocks, which by that point I don't really need.
Remora is great and I'm dumb for cutting it.
Yawg Will is insane and likely should have been in the deck forever ago.
Next things I wanna test is Cataclysm/Austere Command to handle things like Mass enchantments and creatures.
I like Devastation and all but it may be too much mana.
Thoughts?

@dies_to_doom_blade : any thoughts on Aetherflux Reservoir? Using Breya + KCI + Displacer/Nim to generate an large amount of mana then use some of the mana to make flick Breya for tokens and dump the remaining mana into breya gaining a ton of life and using reservoir to snipe ppl out of the game?
eg using Eldrazi Displacer : Sac breya tokens or 2 artifacts to KCI to generate 4 colourless and flick Breya to generate 2 tokens to be sacced to KCI, repeat till an large amount of mana is available since this cycle will net +1 colourless every cycle. Now just flick breya with displacer to get the tokens with some of the mana. Use remaining mana to sac tokens to breya to gain X amount of life, activate aetherflux and shoot someone.
eg using nim deathmantle : sac breya and 1 artifact/token to KCI, activate deathmantle to bring breya back, netting +1 token every cycle, sac X amount of tokens to kci to float colourless mana, sac remaining tokens to breya to gain X amt of life, activate aetherflux and shoot someone.

I love the look of this deck. I just completed an Oloro a stax deck that is enchantment based, so now I'm working on building this one. Since I don't want to sell a kidney, what would you recommend in place of Timetwister?

I like Matrix since it can be abused with our tap effects but it seems weaker than Static/Winter orb.
I used Land Equilbrium at first but didn't care for it. The rest seem solid and may be used one day. Maybe adding Zur enchantments as well.
The issue I have is the good stuff cards have been very good so far and I can't think about cutting any currently.

Cut the single blue sources, they're good but don't make enough color.
Cut the fetches that fetch up only two lands 90 percent of the time (Foothills only gets steam vents and volcanic island while the other fetches all get far more)
I may add the 3 remaining fetches later but I think 7 works well here since it's vastly a blue deck

i really like your topic and i am building an Brey's deck to play in my group, i'm from Brazil and my problem is that i don't have any access to power cards like Timetwister, Mishra's Workshop or any old dual lands (i play with shock lands), is it possible to make a list that is at the same time budget and competitive? some kind of alternative to this list.

Cut these because of low impact early game or in tangle wire's case it doesn't work super well with my focus on orb effects. Tapping my own orbs when I have no other choice makes it fairly meh. I'll put it back on the test list for now
Current test list
Imperial seal

Hangerback Walker
Jace, Vryn's Progidy
Counters
Tymna the weaver
Razaketh, the foulblooded

So I have been following your guide for a while now, having a Breya deck similar to yours. I need some guidance as to how fast you play combo pieces out to win games or do you try to only combo out at the very last stage of a game.
I play in a meta with quite heavy hate to enchantments/artifacts(having more green/white decks around) as well as decent grave hate. How does Breya work out in such a meta, it is difficult to combo out thus would it not be good to play Breya in such and environment?

In an artifact hate heavy meta I would first go for the land destruction part and make sure opponents can't keep up. Drop a Trinisphere into Geddon, you have your rocks and should easily be able to win after that. You also can have Displacer and then tutor up Ironworks for combos. Ironworks also works well as a sac outlet to make sure Breya has mana for ammo as well

Have you tried running Paradox Engine? I've noticed with my playtests it has been very strong. With all the rocks, tap abilities, and draw effects I usually just win once it sticks.

I could maybe understand the "win-more" part but definitely not the lack of synergy. I have a deck that's similar to yours and it's a value engine! You and I both run lots of cards with tap abilities and combined with the amount of rocks and draw spells we run it just explodes when it hits the mat. Ive also found combos that are pretty awesome for example Master Tramsmuter + mox opal + paradox Engine let's you inifinitely until all your non-lands on top of the artifacts you can play for free. Not to mention with one other rock you have infinite mana. The low CMC of the deck just makes Paradox engine busted. I was skeptical too when I first tried it but I severely under estimated what it could do. Maybe try it out one night and see if it works for you.
Also have you tried hangarback walker? My Breya deck in a lot of ways uses artifacts as an additional resource for all kinds of shenanigans so I'm currently trying to test it out and see if how much value I can get out of it. Also... works well with Paradox engine... haha

Ok, that's actually a super cool idea. I'll throw engine on my list of tests in the near future. The Transmuter and Welder synergy is a lot of benefits and the potential for infinite seems good. I know there's another infinite with top and something else but I can't remember.

Uba Mask, Trinisphere and Smokestack as soon as possible. I can easily win through these effects. Turn one Trinisphere is my favorite thing and works real well with land wipes
Winter Orb and Static orb when opponents are more tapped out or if Clock/Grid are options.
Remora/Study also when I can because duh. Not with Mask

Hey Dies, I've gotta recommend Tymna the Weaver. I've been watching some YouTube videos of cEDH and the card advantage she provides for Tana/Tymna lists is the real deal. Since Breya makes 3 bodies, 2 of which have evasion, Tymna is almost a guaranteed source of card advantage.
It's not that she does things worse than any other general but rather that she allows more options than any other can.
