I'm definitely rebuilding this soon. Reality Scramble seems like it would be pretty fun. I'm more interested in Goblin Goliath for the doubling, especially if I can multiple it and untap all of the Goliath's. Need to find a copy, so for now I'll probably keep Chancellor of the Forge in.
I also just realized tonight how reusable Runaway Steam-Kin is (unless damage is marked against it, of course) as we're casting spells and continually grabbing that mana, especially with multiple copies. And if you don't get to 3 (or do and don't need to grab it) it's basically storing mana into the next turn. I'm excited.
I've updated the first post with my current list and some small commentary changes. I also linked DementedKirby's budget post from when we had been planning more of a primer, to keep that work accessible to newer players that may not read the whole thread.
I can say confidently now that runaway steam-kin is nuts as a mana source, and reality scramble is better than through the breach, at least for my build. Resolving it on the non-tokens (excluding Zada) first, typically throws all my creatures into play. I may test abbot of keral keep again to improve consistency.

Great! Glad to see this thread is still alive! I'll try and keep my post up to date until the time comes when the Primer is ready.

Here're my thoughts on what Ravnica Allegiance has to offer Zada:
Cavalcade of Calamity - Similar to Hellrider but easier to cast and harder to remove yet not as synergistic. For those who like running Hellrider because of a massive attacking goblin horde, this card is a good addition for redundancy or a good replacment, if you should feel so inclined.
Electrodominance - This card has to 100% be included in this deck. With so many cheap spells you could easily cast them all off of this for maybe X=4.
Goblin Gathering - Meant more for nonsingleton decks, but it's still a sorcery that makes two 1/1 goblin tokens for 2R.
Mirror March - This is only overcosted once. But each nontoken entering the battlefield has the possibility of being replicated. So those creatures that create tokens upon entering the battlefield would have at least a 50% chance of making even more tokens. So it might be worth testing. Besides, there are plenty of cards in the deck that lower mana costs.

It's getting increasingly difficult to find cuts for the deck. However, Electrodominance needs to be in the deck. The card I cut for it was Path of Anger's Flame. There are only 2 cards in the whole deck with which I can splice it in order to get +2/+0 for each creature in play. On its own it does nothing unlike the remaining arcane spells in the deck. Thus it got swapped for Electrodominance. No ragrets.
EDIT:
I would also like to take this opportunity to discuss an epic play I had the other night while piloting this deck. The allstar of the match? Reality Scramble.
I had 2 thopters, 4 goblins, Pia and Kiran Nalaar, and Zada, Hedron Grinder in play. I cast Legion Loyalist and Goblin Recruiter. When it entered the battlefield, I tutored up all my goblins and placed them in whatever order on the top of the deck thanks to what would happen next. Because I cast Reality Scramble and all my goblins entered the battlefield. The great thing was that I let Zada go to the bottom of the deck because I tutored it with Goblin Matron's trigger. Suffice it to say I had a ridiculous amount of goblins in play. To which I proceeded to cast Brightstone Ritual, Zada, and then a bunch of cantrips. I had a huge hand and was able to cast Inner Fire proceeded by a Desperate Ritual spliced onto Overblaze. I then cast my whole hand to then cast an overloaded Mizzix's Mastery. It has been awhile since I really had an explosive play such as that one.

After contemplating building Zada for a while, I've finally gone and started working on a version of the deck myself. The intended gameplan is to win through drawing cards and using Psychosis Crawler and Firestorm to get there.
I'm currently sitting at 99 cards for the deck and trying to decide what to run for the final slot, with the main options being either Rile or Make Mischief. Though the damage might be a tad too risky and thus I'm also considering Reckless Charge for the option of a hasty swing.
My YouTube Channel: The Commander Tavern - a channel I just started where I'll post deck techs and gameplays. Please support by checking it out. Maybe you'll like its content and subscribe! Thanks!
I'm considering running Red Elemental Blast and/or Pyroblast in order to deal with very annoying spells that can get rid of our token army at instant speed (like Evacuate, Cyclonic Rift, etc.) but I'm a bit wary as to having only 2 answers for that in the deck. Sure, I might draw into them, but what if they stay in my hand taking up space that could be used for what I'm cutting up?

I'm definitely keeping the Arcane package, myself. It's one of the iconic things about the deck to me, along with Fiery Gambit. In my rebuild so far there's really only Electrodominance, Zap, and Rile that do damage, so I'm considering primarily going wide and then thinking of pump spells as "protection from dying to Zap/Rile" rather than offensive. Framed like that, Strange Inversion done an odd number of times before such damage can be thought of the same way. I might end up with only PoAF, Blazing Shoal, and maybe one other pump. PoAF with a single Inversion and a decent number of creatures protects from almost any damage I want to throw at them (even 10 creatures being +20/+0, inverted for huge toughness), so I may end up working Spawning Breath and/or Make Mischief back in at some point. I'm hoping that going wide means I don't have to worry about trample at all and then sheer numbers and Overblaze do most of the work.
I'm still keeping most of the arcane package with my build. I've just trimmed the fat. Fiery Gambit was a great card but I do want multiple ways to win. And with as little as 9 1/1 goblin tokens, having a hand full of pump spells and clone spells is sometimes enough to seal the deal.
I do like how you're using cards that are great on their own to compliment the greater number of arcane cards you have. If you're making a ton of creatures tokens, splicing a card like Into the Fray onto Crack the Earth becomes brutal. You can just sacrifice the tokens and lands you don't need and you can have everyone literally clear of all permanents. If you had used cards like Otherworldly Outburst before then, you'll get a bunch of 3/2 tokens for your trouble. Tokens which you can then grant haste and any other pumps to swing for lethal without any kind of defense.

By the way, have you tested Tilonalli's Summoner in games already? Seems like something you'd either use with spare mana before the going-off turn to help set up, or save Battle Hymn/Brightstone Ritual for it during combat.

Tilonalli's Summoner seems great because it's a great mana sink and very easy to get the city's blessing, meaning you'll get to keep the tokens. I have considered it before but haven't really slotted it in the deck even for testing. Do you run it?

I'm going to try it. There's a lot of new cards since I last had this deck assembled. I'll put up the list at some point, maybe after some goldfish testing.

Definitely. Also the fact that it's such a niche deck that each new set won't bring as many considerations (that and the deck is mono-colored). After the latest sets the only card I was really able to actually see in action was Reality Scramble. And the combo I pulled off with it was epic!
I have had some of the other newer cards in hand during recent matches. However, I've had Electrodominance in my hand in two games so far but haven't had the ideal situation to cast it. I either didn't have many creatures in play to make good use of it or I had too good a board state to cast it and risk losing most of my tokens. That's not to say Electrodominance isn't a great card in this deck. I run into the same situation with the arcane spells since you need to have the combo cards to really get the mileage out of them. So I am used to having cards simmer in my hand until they're ready for greatness.
Another new card I haven't been able to test yet is Runaway Steam-Kin. By the time I've drawn into it, I already have like 70+ cards in my hand, a ton of mana in the mana pool, and the game about to be closed out. The other new card I have been able to use. For example, I was only able to use Maximize Velocity once and I loved it because I was able to cast it from the graveyard. So I was able to use it twice in the same turn. I was able to give all the new goblin tokens I made get haste. Sometimes when piloting the deck you make hordes of creatures at different instances (since most of the haste enablers are cantrips, so you have to cast them to draw into the deck). When you do and get the steam rolling, you're bound to get many more creatures and/or tokens on the battlefield unable to swing sideways. If you lose steam you lose momentum and can't really close out the game in the same turn. Maximize Velocity eliminated that situation with its jump-start, pseudo-flashback ability. I was able to grant haste to all my creatures once I finished making them but had no more haste spells in hand.
Goblin Goliath being a goblin is really easy to get into play thanks to Goblin Recruiter. So far I've been able to either cheat it into play with Chaos Warp or Reality Scramble pretty easily. The token production might seem subpar given its casting cost, but it has a huge body and an amazing activated ability. I have been able to get enough lethal damage without a massive horde thanks to this goblin alone. One game I was able to use its ability twice thanks to Kari Zev's Expertise untapping it. On the topic of goblin creating goblins, WotC really needs to step their game up and print Goblin Gang Leader (from Magic Arena) onto cardboard.

I'm reconsidering my initial exclusion of that card (list below), but I recall a majority of creatures attacking being enough to win even though it wasn't a totality of my creatures. For example, everything made by Twinflame/Heat Shimmer has haste, Summoner's elementals won't need haste, Chancellor's goblins have haste, Tempt's elementals have haste, there's Unnatural Speed, and there's a chance that the creatures that existed before any of these were hit by something like. My goal with cards like Scroll Rack and Dark-Dweller Oracle is to more consistently get access to the whole deck. So we'll see how this build does.
Jump-start is weird to me. It's not like Flashback was broken at all, but if feels like they tried to make a nerfed Retrace and all they did was make Flashback more expensive.
What I like about jump-start is that it provides a discard outlet. If you're about to cast a Mizzix's Mastery, having a more expensive spell in the graveyard means being able to cast it for free instead of having it stuck in your hand.

I'm considering the new Tibalt for the deck. For 2R you get 2 1/1 Devil tokens. On the surface it's a good deal. Sure, it happens in the span of 2 turns, but then Tibalt sticks around to make sure enemies don't gain any life. It's kinda irrelevant though since this deck can give damage well into the quintuple digits. But it is another cheap source of monoR creature token production - something key for this deck. The downside is that it's a planswalker and not an instant or sorcery which pairs well with all those kinds of synergies in the deck. So I'm sort of on the fence with it.

I've actually been toying with the idea of adding Forgotten Cave/Smoldering Crater for picking off a couple cards on a big sequence of Scry 1 so I don't have to use a cantrip for it. Could allow me to put something else in for Scroll Rack. And with both Scry 1 cards in, Rummaging Goblin is catching my attention again.

I concur, Samut's Sprint is 100% going in my deck, if not for the scry 1 than for the pump and haste with its casting cost.
Another card that tickled my fancy for Zada was Honor the God-Pharaoh. It's a relatively cheap looting effect that creates a creature token.

Yeah, Reality Scramble is crazy. With a bunch of tokens out you can easily cheat all your creatures into play. This works wonders with the expensive creatures like Goblin Goliath, Myr Battlesphere, and Chancellor of the Forge.

I'm also imagining interactions between instances of Overblaze on devils from Make Mischief, and using them as sacrifice fuel for an intereaction between Titan's Strength and Dark-Dweller Oracle.
Edit: I'm also trying to work Shreds of Sanity in to get a bit more mileage out of certain cards, hopefully.
