Painfull Turths is good, and can potentionally draw 5 cards with the rule changes fore making mana.
The main problem I see with Cryptolith is that the creaturesame are still effected by summoning sickness, unlike Earthcraft. This will greatly reduce the speed of the deck. Instead, I would run another tutor like Beseech the Queen to just go get the craft
I keep almost putting it in my Wort deck but stop.
With all the extra ability to plays lands on a turn maybe some G-Storm in Sprouting Vines or a Realms Uncharted (but you don't really have any other high priority lands outside of cradle)
I have not updated this in awhile but carpet of flowers is a great card. To roughly quote my buddy from around 2012
" either it's amazing or no one is playing blue which is even better win win". It's a colored sol ring that can grow to make more mana than gilded lotus in no time. I'll take having a dead card at a table devoid of blue to get a disgustingly powerful effect in games where blue is a thing.
That's a funny card I had not Seen it. No idea little awkward that you have to cast spells after resolving it. Probably not that good but pretty funny.
Been playing this list at weekend EDH events at a store near me, it is almost too much fun. I get some great reactions when I started putting out dice for the storm count. Have you tested Dark Deal? It's no Wheel but it might be enough to draw into gas when you stall out. I'm thinking of trying to jam it in my list somewhere. I'd love any comments or recommendations on my list. LED is a bit outside my price range right now. I've been having some success with Young Pyromancer as a way to get Cradle online early.
Would love to watch more videos where you explain your lines of play in game, feel like I'm just beginning to scratch the surface of storm. The comeuppance video had me dying.
Hey moxnix first I want to say this list is so fun to play. I made it on mtgo with some of my own spice and I thought you might want some input on my discoveries. First off I use dark deal, reforge the soul and waste not. The combo is too nuts to pass on. One wheel with waste not out has always been enough to storm off for me. Also food chain has been an all star for me...it makes infinite storm with prossh! And since you seem to play at only blue tables in your videos, dosan the falling leaf has been some amazing protection for me. Also since this is a yawgmoth's will/ past in flames list, faithless looting is awesome! Basically a one mana draw 2. And last piece of tech I run for he storm turn is mind slicer...I can't tell you how amazing this guy is...if anyone playing blue is dumb enough to tap out and not have a force it's gg with a sac outlet.
