you can run both but i would never cut minons murmurs
not having fetchlands is an issue i just recorded a live game where i was flooded with mana had prosh down turn 3 but used the fetchlands in conjuction with top to find my hit card and win guess what card it was minons murmurs as soon as i hit ti the game was over. not having crucible really hurts i think its one of the best cards you get to play in a green deck the fetchland/ stripmine/wasteland engine in conjuction with extra land drops is brutal you can use the new dark petiton to replace seal in fact i would not be supersized to find it in my core build as im liking that card more and more. there is no good replacement for lions eye diamond just run an extra land or a solid control spell in its place you will lose some good lines of play with yawgmoth's will and tutors but its not the end of the world here in fact you can play the momentous fall here if you want though the fact taht its instant speed does not seem that important in this build ill upload the game i just shot for you shortly.
well i have crucible of worlds fetchlands and strip mine so ...... in fact i justplayed a game where i tutor azusa and everyone quites to that combo on turn 3 with fastbond it would just be well much worse
I would also love to see more vids. (and thanks for all the ones so far btw)
I feel like we all might play the deck a little differently (IE what we use our first tutors on), so seeing someone who has the most experience call out lines of play would be highly educational
EDIT: Other ideas - Scroll Rack and Painful Truths
EDIT 2: Why did I think Fastbond wasn't banned. I'm an idiot today.

its all good.
i bought a braids cabal minion yesterday for my stax deck............
Do you think a Red/Blue/Green cousin of this deck (still storm focused around Aurora) might work? We lose the unconditional black tutors and hand denial but we get blue tutors that can grab Aurora, cantrips to cycle and protection. We also get Mind's Desire to help fuel us after Aurora.
After seeing this, I want to play a storm deck built around Aurora but I don't want to just copy this. But nothing else feels right. Although, Animar with a ton of colorless creatures sounds like an interesting idea. You could end up casting almost all your creatures for free, leaving the mana for protection. Then win with Grapeshot, Brain Freeze or something.
I think the biggest thing you lose by not playing Proshh is Proshh. Having your general be worth at least seven permanents makes The Great Aurora so much better. On the other hand, saying that blue has good cards for a storm deck is quite the understatement.

You would never guess, at the terrifying sight of the man, that Hunding was as charming a companion as one could wish for.

I'm no judge and I've seen no ruling, but in the clause "draw that many" does "that many" refer to the number of permanents and cards in hand that existed upon resolution or the number of cards that actually get shuffled into the library. Grammatically, it should refer only to cards actually shuffled in but we all know WoTC and grammar.
I'm assuming you draw off Prossh and his tokens on MTGO? If so, I guess that is the WoTC ruling.
I'm pretty sure that the tokens count as having been shuffled into your library, just like they count as having gone to your graveyard when they die, even though they cease to exist when it happens. Moxnix has mentioned several times that MTGO is messed up and shuffles the tokens into their library, draws a bunch of cards, and then vaporizes any tokens in hand or library.

moxnix - i know you removed sylvan ranger for spontaneous generation, but you said you still want a two drop to fill that void. any thoughts on nest invader? +2 for cradle, and acts as a psuedo-ramp if need be. no idea what to cut for it though.

I know you didnt ask me, but imho yes it could work fine. Also consider riku as a general, and add focus to regrowth/ mana untappers this route imo. Animar needs a third creature (I think... right??) before you see any benifit to playling him. Just confirming that RUG token storm can exist. THe Purph/ impact tremors kill might be more efficient then the grapeshot one.

Been using Nest Invader in place of LED ( since i don't have an LED) i know this isn't a proper switch. But the invader has been working for me. The eldrazi spawn provides a welcomed colorless ramp in the beginning. Any thoughts on Nest Invader in the 99?
I don't think Haze of Rage fits here.
1. you're not attacking with creatures, unless things go horribly wrong. and at that point who cares.
2 typically you go off the turn you cast prosh, so if that spell would be targetting prosh you would also need a way to give him haste. but again, this deck does not win by attacking. this deck wins by resolving the god of the forge, accruing 10 storm count, and then resolving empty the warrens, back up plan being resolving tendrils of agony with 20 storm count.

Is this true? I have been goldfishing this deck and plan to purchase soon and I commonly cast prossh then go off the next turn, am I playing it wrong?
If your plan is to win via the combat step, Beastmaster Ascension is better than Dark Triumph. Beastmaster Ascension is 40 damage in 1 combat step and Prossh puts enough tokens for it to activate when you attack with him and 6 kobolds.

Dark Triumph is an instant speed free sac, its ability to give +2/0 is less relevant. Old school Child of Alara tech.
Not having yawgwin hurts by far the most. Earth crafts a godlike card but assuming you already have cradle it's excellent however losing it makes certain cards less powerful. Crypt is good in any deck not required losing LED will barley matter at all if you don't have yawgwin.
Both cards are pretty much dead early game. They are also dependent on your bored state (including graveyard). The problem I see with Second Harvest is that you need to have tokens on the field and at that point I'd rather have any of the other token makers that are run and/or a draw spell. Having 4 different card types in yard is pretty difficult for this deck and by the time you get it, the game should already be over.
Thoughts on momentous fall in place of murmurs? def won't net as many cards but its cast-able with a prosh and a cradle, and instant speed!
