Okay, now I know when people think Momir Vig they think tutor abuse and cheating creatures into play. Which is definitely possible; Momir Vig is a commander that lends itself to such competitiveness. However, I love GU and I love jankiness so I thought that more than simply enabling me to consistently tutor for broken creatures, I'm gonna consistently tutor for my opponents' creatures! That and a whole bunch of random shenanigans. So, I present:
Now, this deck is not simply a barrel of monkeys fun to play, but it can also be very devastating if left unchecked. It's stompy, controlly, and has wincons out the wazoo. Basically, the prevalent theme of the deck is shapeshifters - specifically clones. Does the opponent's Elesh Norn look tantalizing? Clone it! How about an opponent's Necropotence? Clone it! Do you want to have more than one Vorinclex? Mirror Gallery! This deck does it all!
As far as wincons go, you can do a myriad of things:
Now, the reason this deck is so much fun is the randomness factor. That and the fact that you're basically "playing with your opponents' cards". In essence, the deck's creatures are as good as the best creatures amongst all players (including your own).
Fun things I've been able to do with the deck:
Have Progenitor Mimic clone Master Biomancer. Then, enchant said Progenitor Mimic with Infinite Reflection. I had a bunch of mana dorks in play that became a "Master Biomancer" that each upkeep would pop out a token of Master Biomancer. If I recall correctly I had 5 mana dorks in play. So the Progenitor Mimic entered play and got the 2 +1/+1 counters from the original Master Biomancer. So it had a power of 4. With the Infinite Reflection I had 6 Master Biomancers with power 2 and one with power 4. When my next upkeep came around (I flashed this at the end of the turn before mine), I had 5 Master Biomancers simultaneously enter the battlefield. Each of them entered with 22 +1/+1 counters on them. That was pretty ridiculous.
Disappear, Cloudstone Curio, and Conjurer's Closet are there to provide replay value for the clones. Just blink them or bounce them to recast them in order to copy a better creature or something useful.
I would like to add a bit more menace to the deck (or maybe make it a bit more consistent). I still wanna keep the fun factor of the theme of clones. I know I can add Tooth and Nail and entwine it for Blightsteel Colossus + Progenitor Mimic but that would be something I'd always do with Tooth and Nail - so I wouldn't add it (if any of y'all want to then go for it!).
This deck could also be super budget by merely eliminating:

Yeah, I was doing this back when Innistrad/RtR was Standard. It was pretty overwhelming, lol. Simic ftw. It's pretty easy to manage, too. I'm pretty sure I got the math wrong in the example's case (it should probably be higher). However, the highest I ever got an army was with the power and toughness of each creature well in the quintuple digits. Pretty awesome indeed. Infinite Reflection is such an overlooked gem.
Changing an army of mana dorks into Thunderfoot Baloths is nothing to scoff at either, lol. Due to the commander rules, even if your commander is a clone of something, it's technically still your commander - so Thunderfoot Baloth's liuetenant ability still works if you're controlling Momir Vig (even is he's now a Thunderfoot Baloth). Now that's some janky commander damage. That's why I got much love for Infinite Reflection.
Some people don't even realize that you can cast Infinite Reflection on an opponent's creature and have only your creatures in play become copies of it. I remember having done that on an opponent's Blightsteel Colossus. "Did my Llanowar Elves, Elvish Mystic, Fyndhorn Elves, Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, Elvish Visionary, Coiling Oracle, and Wall of Blossoms just become copies of the Blightsteel Colossus you cheated into play? Damn right! Thanks for the overwhelming win, bruh."

That's a great combo I haven't actually considered for this deck! However, in my Kruphix, God of Horizons deck, one of the wincons is Laboratory Maniac + drawing my entire deck. So I don't wanna recycle too many strategies. But yeah, that can certainly work here - much easier in fact. However, I don't have as much control to make sure it works without a hitch. I'd have to time it very carefully as winning via Laboratory Maniac can always block up in your face.
More often than not Thought Reflection became a dead draw so I switched it for Garruk's Horde which goes great with all the monoG creatures I run. With Momir Vig they tutor a creature, top deck it, and Garruk's Horde allows me to play it as if it were in my hand. Awesome!
I removed Seeborn Muse because I don't have any other permanents besides creatures and lands that need untapping so I could drop it. I can very easily tutor for Prophet of Kruphix. Blightsteel Colossus was a great wincon to take out at least one opponent when cast but I'd have to cast it and most of the time - even with all the mana dorks, it was a bit daunting. Plus, it doesn't trigger Momir. It's also constantly stolen with Bribery, Thada Adel, and the like. As for the Eldrazi titans (Kozilek and Ulamog), they were dropped for more or less the same reasons. Too much winmore (and difficult at that).
Reclamation Sage and Temur Sabretooth have been amazing. Temur Sabertooth bounces creatures to both protect them and make itself indestructible. Bouncing creatures here is too broken an ability. I get to recast them to trigger Momir Vig or to reuse a clone into a better thing. Elvish Harbinger was removed for being problematic. Whatever I searched for would be shuffled away anyways (either choosing it's own ability first or Momir's). So it got canned fairly quickly. Mercurial Pretender was good but then with more tested proved to be problematic. Sure, I get to clone one of my own creatures, but then again, it's only one of my own creatures - and too expensive to boot. It may bounce itself, but so does Sakashima the Impostor, which costs 1 less and can copy any creature in play - including Momir himself and have both in play.
A card I would like to try out is Shardless Agent. Casting it triggers both of Momir's abilities and more often than not, I may cast for free a cantripper or a mana dork, which would again trigger Momir. Meaning that casting Shardless Agent scores me a creature straight to my hand, and I can cast a mana dork or cantripper (or Sensei's Divining Top) for free, which would then trigger Momir's tutor ability. That's at least 2 creatures in play and one waiting on the top of the deck. All for 3 mana! So Shardless Agent can prove to be quite broken in the deck. I just have to find a place for it (that, and it's pretty expensive ($$$) for an uncommon).

I know I can make this deck even meaner by switching out Reclamation Sage for Acidic Slime, but giving it soulbound with Deadeye Navigator is too tempting (and I already did that in Standard which is by no means a casual format). Since EDH lends itself more to the realms of casualness, I opted to keep Reclamation Sage in favor of Acidic Slime. Still, Acidic Slime functions as an insta-kill blocker and can get rid of an annoying land (plus Acidic Slime makes as an excellent creature to copy with clones (especially Progenitor Mimic (which I also did when they were Standard legal))) so I may consider it, even if it's inclusion means having myself avoid abusing Acidic Slime to destroy all lands in play. Besides, even though Deadeye Navigator + Venser, Shaper Savant gives me a sweet lock, it's not the same as blowing up a lot of lands. I guess it remains to be seen.
I'm also looking for something to cut in favor of Shardless Agent. A mana dork, maybe; or a a cantripper?

Janky update!!
One of the reasons I run Master Biomancer in the deck is because it essentially allows clones to enter play without dying if they don't copy anything. Now, what are the benefits of this? Copying a copyless clone with Progenitor Mimic. Each upkeep you get a token of any creature in play! Bonus points for Progenitor Mimic copying a Clever Impersonator that didn't copy anything! Pulled that off the other day and it was amazing. I copied like 4 planeswalkers that way. Joy!

EDIT:
Okay, so I made some recent changes in the deck (will eventually edit the OP to reflect these changes):
- Elvish Harbinger
+ Garruk's Horde
- Kozilek, Butcher of Truth
+ Kruphix, God of Horizons
- Mercurial Pretender
+ Reclamation Sage
+ Temur Sabertooth
- Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre
+ Wistful Selkie
+ Carven Caryatid
- Disappear
- Thought Reflection
- Blightsteel Colossus
- Seedborn Muse
+ Laboratory Maniac
+ Mirror-Mad Phantasm
Ok, so I removed some creatures to make way for better utility creatures (more cantrip creatures like Wistful Selkie and Carven Caryatid) and added an additional wincon that could be protected by the Deadeye Navigator lockdown (like the Biovisionary wincon) which was the cloned Mirror-Mad Phantasm + Laboratory Maniac combo.
More often than not Thought Reflection became a dead draw so I switched it for Garruk's Horde which goes great with all the monoG creatures I run. With Momir Vig they tutor a creature, top deck it, and Garruk's Horde allows me to play it as if it were in my hand. Awesome!
