I've been out of actively playing Commander for a while now, but having gotten my hands on all of this year's new precons has given me the impetus to make the effort to get back into action. Wanting to make a fresh start, I decided to make myself a brand-new deck out of the cards that I has easily on hand from the Commander precons from this year and last year (2014 and 2013). As such, the deck is very much at a "casual" level of power and optimization; it has some fine plays but needs a LOT of tuning. Which is perfectly fine; what I want is for this version of the deck to be a first draft that will be tweaked and improved as I acquire cards for it. I'll document any changes here, and will solicit advice for various decision points in the deck's evolution. But, without further adieu, the initial decklist!
Plenty of improvements and additions should be obvious, and will be made, but for now I want to focus on a bigger decision for the deck's future trajectory: Should I go TALL and focus on reanimating and casting huge beatsticks, or go WIDE and focus more on token-generating creatures that leave behind more lasting value?
I'd go with value creatures that might be able to be used as fodder for other stuff. Take Myr Battlesphere for example, leaving behind a pile o' tokens that could be used for fodder in Goblin Bombardment, Ashnod's Altar and various other tricks. You're probably getting more mileage out of those cards than you would from big dumb beaters.
As for some simple and rather cheap fixes: Feldon loves haste. You're probably going to want Fervor, Hammer of Purphoros and Anger, as well as Urabrask the Hidden. A few tricks to untap Feldon would also be appreciated like Magewright's Stone, Staff of Domination, Thornbite Staff (I think it goes infinite with Feldon, Phyrexian Altar and anything that brings along 3 tokens upon entering the battlefield or dying) or Puppet Strings.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
If you've got Warstorm Surge, you want Malignus. You can blast somebody pretty hard with those two cards, and Feldon can bring Malignus back for a second pass, too. Where Ancients Trod or Electropotence might not be bad ideas either, but takes this deck in a different direction if you start skewing that way.
Confusion in the Ranks could be fun. "I tap Feldon, get a Card Enters Play perk... And then here, take my critter right before it dies. I'll take your Commander and keep him safe."
