What do planeswalkers and equipment both like, that is also white's biggest strength?

Game plan is pretty simple: run very few creatures, lots of equipment, and loooots of removal, especially boardwipes. Paint the ground red. Most of the equips give some nice added value for attacking, which should be easy with a nice, clean field that having a ton of board wipes provides. Nahiri protects the equipment and provides the dudes for the equipment to actually be attached to, and some of her pw friends are along for the ride, as long as you're going to the trouble of keeping the board clear.

How much does this deck rely on its general as a source of creatures (or its general being constantly killed, for that matter)? Can it survive an opposing Oblation/Primal Command/Brutalizer Exarch? I only count 3 creatures, 2 one-time token producers, and only the Elspeths as consistent sources of token production.

You did miss quite a few, though. There's the spear that makes tokens, batterskull makes tokens which can be equipped with other stuff and batterskull can be replayed for another, evangelize takes other people's creatures, emeria can get back the 3 creatures in the deck should they be dead, and springjack pasture makes goats. goats with SWORDS.

So yes, definitely relies on the commander although it's not THAT bad (I count a total of 5 "single-shot" creatures and 7 "engines"). I rarely see exarch or primal command, and while oblation would definitely suck, it's mono-white and there's not a lot of planeswalker sac outlets, so the options are either (1) accept that sometimes you will get pretty badly screwed over, or (2) don't build around your commander that much. And (2) sounds boring so I'm going with (1).

Fair enough. I was just wondering if it wouldn't be worth running a few more creatures. Is there any particular reason why you're not running Puresteel Paladin?

It's a little janky by modern standards but I still like Kjeldoran Outpost for churning out tokens. Also, since your general is a planeswalker, Rings of Brighthearth and maybe some proliferation seems like a must.

Puresteel paladin made it into the big pile ofc, but I didn't think was worth it for a few reasons. First of all, I don't have THAT much equipment. He probably wouldn't draw more than 1-2 cards. Second, the number of wipes I have means he won't be long for this world. Third, the free equip ability isn't that great since my commander equips for free anyway (and there are so few creatures that I'd want to equip to that aren't just 1/1 tokens). If this build were less wrath-happy he'd be great, but I've got a planeswalker to defend, so I'd rather wrath it up to ensure I can keep nahiri living and breathing.

This deck doesn't actually have much token synergy, so I don't see a lot of value in outpost. It's not a terrible alternative token producer, but it's also not REALLY a land, more like a 0-cost artifact. It was okay in my teysa build, but teysa got major value out of tokens. This deck just needs them as disposable sword-holding devices.

I considered going heavier on pw synergy with proliferate, chain veil, and rings, but ultimately I don't think it's worth it. tokens are only really valuable if I have equipment for them, so extra tokens aren't that valuable to me. I suppose it'd be cool to ultimate her more frequently, but I can't help but feel like I'd rather have another wrath to ensure her continued survival instead.

This list is very similar to the one I put together. I feel you could benefit from Winter Orb and Static Orb. Not quite Armageddon or Ravages of War, but seeing as you can't tutor for these cards in mono white, I feel upping the quantity of land disrupt cards will help with consistency. Sort of how you went heavy on various board wipes for consistency. The land disrupt is just as significant as the board wipes in this deck because you can continue to play and equip equipment without using mana where as your opponents will not have the same luxury. I normally wouldn't suggest Luminarch Ascension because it usually only goes off if you get out in the first few turns but with as many wipes as this deck packs, I would consider it's inclusion.

So given that Ravages of War is a 400 dollar card that no one on line even seems to have a copy of, got any cheaper replacements for that card, cause it ain't happening for me.

I'm not sure how much I like landwipes in this deck. I mean, they are strong, but Nahiri can get expensive and if she dies somehow, then I could be in very deep trouble. If it were stapled to a creaturewipes, a la obliterate, I'd be a bigger fan. That said, Winter Orb is kinda nice for that reason since I can use nahiri to advance my board without spending too much mana, and then if she gets killed still have enough to replay her. So I could see replacing the existing landwipes with stax pieces like winter orb, it might work better.

luminarch ascension I might add later, but my general feeling of the card is that it tends to take whatever your deck was doing and turn it into the luminarch ascension deck, because it's just not worth spending mana on anything else once it's active, and that's just no fun. Once I've nailed down the identity of the deck I might experiment with it, but for now I want to make sure the core of the deck functions as intended.

On FRF:
citadel siege - this card basically provides the icy manipulator + wrath of god synergy for a multiplayer environment. Also it's free to use , harder to kill, and has a pretty sweet alternate mode if you'd rather get aggressive. I definitely am thinking about including this, especially since it helps justify idyllic tutor for it + humility.

valorous stance - after thinking about it, I think I'll pass. It's a strong card, but I only have a few creatures and they either protect themselves or cease being useful after they hit the battlefield. And this deck doesn't really need reprisal.

ugin, the spirit dragon - this is the big one. Spares my equips, exiles stuff, has some nice alternate modes in the form of burning stuff. Exiles Nahiri for x > 4, and always exiles my tokens, but that's not so bad. Definitely a contender if I want to make this more superfriends-y. This is a good deck for that sort of thing. I'm not sure if the cost is justified, though.
