Updated Decklist

Sorry about the spacing I don't know how to have the Lands section on the far right side.

Each category is Alphabetized (I'm not really sure why though)

I've taken out Wrath of God for an Austere Command just for versatility. I know that the deck is light on creatures but I made this deck without much influence and I, initially only used things that I had. Then I got Shocklands...

I've been suggested the Nissa, Worldwaker with Ral Zarek/Tezzeret the Seeker & The Chain Veil combo, which I have, I just haven't forced it in yet.

Any suggestions are welcome, thanks in advance.

Jace, Memory Adept isn't great though. +1 is alright, 0 ability is generally useless, -7 is pretty sweet but Jace, Architect of Thought is probably better as it gives you better card advantage when it comes into play. Also, his -8 instantly wins you the game.

Also, Voidslime is listed under Sorceries.

I'm assuming you're planning to put Ajani Steadfast and Garruk, Apex Predator in?

I'd highly recommend Chromatic Lantern & Obliterate too.

I agree with your points, my main issue is that, when Omniscience and Tamiyo, the Moon Sage's Emblem out, you can play Jace, Memory Adept and any other and just mill out your opponents.

I will definitely play with Architect to see how he functions.

As for Garrukingstien, Apex Gongshow I'm not sure what to take out. Do you have any suggestions?

I don't have an Ajani Steadfast yet, but Chromatic Lantern and Obliterate sound promising as well.

How do Omniscience, Tamiyo Emblem and Memory Adept interact? I can't see it >_>

To be honest, if you have either Omniscience OR Tamiyo's Emblem out, you're winning already, & Memory Adept only mills someone out if they aren't running Eldrazi and what not. If you want an Omniscience combo, a better piece is Cloudstone Curio. You just cast a walker, return an other one to your hand. Use it's ability, then cast the other one, repeating the process. Infinite planeswalker activations.

If you're already running Omniscience, do you need Dream Halls? It's much risker, anyone can discard whatever to counter/destroy/foil your plans.

Basically her emblem says "whenever a card is put into your graveyard from anywhere, you may put it into your hand instead" so with the new legendary rule you can drop a planeswalker and kill it's other on the field, triggering the emblem putting it back into your hand. Then playing the walker that just died, doing a mill combo between Jace, the Blue Power Ranger and the middle ability of Jace, Memory Adept.

Dream Halls is mainly for playing Progen because he's high cost. I have been burned by my opponents, which I agree with as a huge hole in the deck. I have Mirari's Wake in as a Progenerator (:D) on turn 5 or 6 (or even later really). Definitely food for thought, might put in The Chain Veil

Ah right, you need two Jaces for that combo to work, now I get it.

Didn't think of Progenitus since I play with Sliver Queen

And yeah, I'd definitely recommend adding The Chain Veil.

What do you think I should take out for Humility? I'll be trying to find this card when I'm out.

Also, why Evacuation when you have access to every other wrath? (If you want instant speed, there's Rout.)

Mainly because Evacuation was a buck and the instant is already there, I'm sure Rout is more than $3

You can actually get Rout for as low in 50 cents in good condition in some placed.

Also, I can't help but think that the Omniscience combo is a little bit too unwieldy with that many pieces involved, unless you have some way that I'm missing to get it consistently outside of Academy Rector fetching the aforementioned card. Also, Ajani Steadfast is far too good in superfriends to justify waiting too long on getting. Replace Sarkhan the Mad with him; there are better ways to get card advantage.

Outside of hardcasting, or doubling up with Mirari's Wake and/or Oracle of Mul Daya that's the main way.

Those and with Dream Halls but that's been removed, Sarkhan the Mad is an odd one. I don't mind his removal out let but it's a little too rewarding if your hitting an opponents creature. It's mainly an alternate destroy for Academy Rector

They definitely would, that's also why I have Sarkhan Vol and Mirari's Wake to beef him. I'll get a Cathedral of War though I like the exalted.

Teferi, Temporal Archmage, can't wait. If i need to i'll turn this deck into Bant or BUG planeswalkers to accommodate him.

November 11th, 2014 Decklist Update



I've added in some utility lands such as Boseiju, Who Shelters All and Maze of Ith for protection against voltron and just generally blue decks. Chucked a couple of the planeswalkers to make room for more removal and better PWs (Garruk Relentless for G-bones AP) I've added in all of the Khans' fetch lands.

Still formulating some changes, Elspeth, Knight-Errant isn't that good in a low creature deck, may be replaced by Wrath of God or possibly Teferi, Temporal Archmage

Please tell me you got Omniscience out with a Tamiyo emblem. I pulled this off for the first time the other day with a demonic tutor in hand... it is literally the BEST feeling in the entire game of magic.

That is a major win-con in this deck, usually it goes: Academy Rector, Omniscience, Conflux (If in hand), and then you fetch Doubling Season and Tamiyo and other cards, usually a tutor (Demonic), to get a counter in case your playgroup has a blue player.

Elspeth, Knight-Errant is out for Teferi, Temporal Archmage. I want to try him out to get his final off for an all planeswalker deck.

I'm going to try to build with no creatures in the near future, stay tuned.

Trying out a couple of interactions:



Using tokens and Evolutionary Leap to cheat out Blightsteel and/or Academy Erector

Contagion Engine as a Loyalty counter generator. Gilder Bairn never gets the space to double counters in my play group, gets dealt with pretty quickly OR by a board clear of mine.

Wrath of God & Collective Restraint are in - Blightsteel Colossus & Evolutionary Leap are out. Not the right combo for a planeswalker deck, more Wrathing and Pillow-Forting instead.
