This is the Oona deck I'm currently toying with. It's a combo deck built around getting infinite mana to exile all the decks. However, to accomplish this I've forsaken the usual game plan of jamming a crazy amount of counter spells and instead I've put in a reasonable number of counters and focused on running a reanimator package to try to either cheat in Jit-Gitaxias, Core Augur in early or continually try to stick Jin and/or Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir in later. Of course there is a fair amount of card draw and tutors.
So, fun story about the first game I played with this build. I had just taken out a bunch of counters and some other combos to add the reanimation package and game one I found myself in Magic Christmasland.
Playing against a creature less Melek deck (control, extra turns, fun spells, P Staff to stack the deck) and a Dracogenius Niv deck built for combo/control. I'm going last in the turn cycle.
Niv casts Winds of Change on his turn one. I was a little upset because I liked my hand enough not to mulligan at all. Then I saw my new hand. Island, Island, Swamp, Entomb, Reanimate, Animate Dead and Mana Drain. Potential turn 2 Jin-Git in my hand. But I decide to be cautious and plan for a turn 3 Jin with Drain support.
I Entomb Jin without problem EOT before my 3rd turn. Then I resolve Reanimate without any problems. So I have two blue open and Drain to protect Jin with. On top of that I draw Teferi, Force of Will, a blue card for Force and Counterspell. With Animate Dead in hand I discard Teferi.
Makes it back to my turn 4 without having to use my counters to protect Jin. So I Animate Teferi. Now I have Jin and Teferi on board. Mana Drain, Counterspell, Force of Will and a blue card in hand. I have two blue open and they have no cards in hand. Unfortunately I haven't hit a card which gives me no maximum hand size yet but no big deal.
I think we went a turn or two before they scooped. I hadn't dug out an infinite mana engine yet but they knew I had an unbreakable lock on the board and it was just a matter of time. Funny thing is, I haven't put an Eldrazi legend in the deck yet (will soon) so there was a small chance I might mill myself before winning.
From their perspective...worst Winds of Change ever. From my perspective...most amazing WoC ever.
Seems like this deck just automatically loses to a Jester's Cap. I'd add more redundancy for your combo pieces for sure. Of course, if no one plays those kind of effects in your meta, I guess it's not needed.
You probably don't need an Eldrazi Titan by the way, Elixir of Immortality should work almost just as well. I suggest adding a Trinket Mage too, seeing as you run Top and Sol Ring.
Also, is there a reason you don't run stuff like Time Spiral? I've been loving it for this kind of deck lately.
All that said, I run a deck that is somewhat similar to this, but ditches the control elements for more combo pieces, making it play VERY differently... so you might want to take those suggestions with a grain of salt.

Cards I want or am considering:
Intuition: another way to tutor and dump creatures to my yard. Don't own one.
Rings of Brighthearth: can make infinite colorless mana with the monoliths. Not sure how much redundancy I need for this.
Azami, Lady of Scrolls: many of the creatures are wizards so she can draw some cards.
I also need an Eldrazi legend. Read the story in post 2 and see why.
More tutors in general. I'm just not a fan of any of the others available other then Grim. And I'm using both I have in other decks.
