I don't know if I'll actually make this deck because it's a little silly, but I did pre-order a brimaz so I figured it'd be fun to have him in his own list instead of just another weenie in my derevi deck.
So I tested by google-fu to find every anthem effect I could to make his kitty cats HUGE.

-day of destiny: i only have a handful of legends, and they're not who i want to pump.
-caged sun: the mana boost probably isn't necessary and 6 mana is a lot.
-tithe: it's a good card, probably it should go in.
-terrain generator: I don't see it ramping me where i need it (mostly from 1 to 3 is where I want to go).
I made a few more tweaks to the build to include winter orb and hokori because I'm a gigantic dick.
Anyway I tried it out and it sort of rocked the socks. Played 5 games and lost once. I won most games off the back of either mass LD or lockdown with winter orb - the most ridiculous was when no one noticed I was about to ultimate elspeth 1.0, so I did, and promptly followed it with a ravages. Also got 2 great plays off flashed-in dictate of heliod.
Aggro stupid beats aren't really my thing generally, nor is mono-white, but this deck is rock solid. If you don't deal with it, and it has a decent board and drops a nasty piece of land control, you'll be dead before you can recover. Brimaz is a lot like having a pw for a commander - he gives you increasing board presence if you can keep your opponents away from him.
Eh, none of those really tickled my fancy. Pianna isn't a soldier and isn't a very impressive anthem since he has summoning sickness. Angelic voices is just a really weak anthem compared to a lot of others, (and hilariously my opponents can screw it up with forbidden orchard). Jihad is decent (and this is probably the only deck I'd really consider it in) but besides the risk that no one will have reliable colored permanents, the WWW makes it actually pretty hard to cast for this deck since I have so many colorless utility lands (the decklist here omits quite a few of them I think). I might cut those back a bit, but still, it doesn't blow me away or anything. For the same reason, charge across the araba looks pretty sketchy since it will probably just be a non-trampling overrun at best. It'll probably make the cut in my Oyobi, who split the heavens deck, though
