I really like this deck, its original, tribal, and looks like it can be very mean. Kudos, The commander by herself is original then you couple it with the tribal aspect that not many people go into its really great. I might look into building myself a mono red (been looking to build a mono color)
I wholly agree on Chaos Warp. It wasn't intentionally left out of the list. >.< I'm also intending to add Thran Dynamo and maybe both Gilded Lotus and Temple Bell. I will also try out Coat of Arms, it looks promising. I'll have to start seeing which cards really aren't pulling their weight while I play.
As for Sensei's Divining Top and the swords, the top, Sword of Fire and Ice, Sword of Feast and Famine, and Sword of Light and Shadow were all in the original deck list. However, even with more of a voltron theme I'm not really competing when people pull out their more competitive decks. Because of that, I cut them in order to keep myself to more of a budgeted list.
The infinite combo could be interesting, but unless I happen to draw into Comet Storm more often than not it will be wasted.
So, I've upped my land count to a more acceptable level, added another mana rock, and made room for Chaos Warp.
The creatures that I've removed just weren't cutting it. Especially Stormblood. He is so difficult to get on field and not useful early, where he should shine for being a 3 CMC creature.
Trample is actually pretty big for this deck. The creatures get pretty big once Lovisa hits the field, but there wasn't anything to stop people from just chumping them. As for the cards being taken out, Manabarbs has killed me more often that it's effected others, and the echo cost on Keldon Champion was the nail in it's coffin.
I'm trying to add in some additional card draw to prevent the deck from stalling out as badly later in the game. Wheel of Fortune may also be a future addition, but this has greatly helped the deck function.
I'm starting to adore the medallions, they're fantastic ramp for decks like this.
As for Reiterate, it's extremely I consistent in my meta. I've only ever used it's buy back once, but the majority of the time, my decks are the ones with the best copy spells. Perhaps I'll find a spot for Fork, but for now having a scaling changeling suits my needs better.
Sadly there were no warriors/berserkers/barbarians of note to add this time, but Hall of Triumph is a pretty sweet anthem to help out my creatures even when Lovisa isn't on field.
Have you considered Eldrazi Monument? Seems pretty big in a tribal aggro deck
Yes, I have. The biggest issue I have with it is that I need to sacrifice a creature to fuel it, so if I can't kill everyone quickly, I get set back. Whereas something like the new red Dictate and Gratuitous Violence just help me kill people more quickly anyways.
I think with a minor retooling it can work really well, Kher Keep, Siege-gang Commander and Beetleback Chief can make sure a loss of creatures very minor (though I can see you don't really want weakling goblins here for flavour reasons). Also, Eldrazi Monument gives you another out to Moat.
I would likely run Krenko, Mob Boss before either of those two, otherwise I'm faced with the same problem after 2-3 turns. Aside from their interaction with the monument, the tokens are a bit worse by not being warriors themselves in every other situation. I suppose it's something to consider if Moat and friends ever shows up in my group, however they're not currently run at the moment. In fact, my biggest issue is protecting Lovisa from things like Path to Exile, because the deck is much worse without her.
It's also mostly a flavor deck, hence things like Balduvian Barbarians and Barbarian Ring, both of which have stronger alternatives. Even Lovisa as a general isn't very strong, so I don't see much reason to go out of my way to make it more competitive, when it will only be marginally stronger. ^.^
Have you considered Raging River? It essentially halves your opponents non-flying blockers, which can really set them behind when it comes to combat.
Brand of Ill Omen could be a strong flavor addition because of the quote from Lovisa. It's not to bad against creature value decks because you can just play it on a utility guy and they can't deploy their hand. Generally, you'd want to play it during 2nd main pahse after you attack them or if your plan is to attack someone else down first while they branded player remains stagnant.
You mentioned that Path to Exile was the decks biggest issue, you may want to consider adding some anti-white cards. Omen of Fire is strong against both white and blue. Quarum Trench Gnomes has the ability to completely shut down a monowhite deck and can bottleneck a Wx deck to only nonbasic nonplains white sources.
The problem with the other cards you listed is that under perfect circumstances, it would really only hurt one or two people in a six player game. Not only do I avoid playing cards like that on personal preference, but it doesn't fix the main issue issue of spot removal in general, which is extremely prevelant in my play group in every color that they can manage. Path to Exile was just an example. ^.^
My best bet would be to add more cards like Swiftfoot Boots, I just haven't had much chance to play the deck and see what I'm willing to cut for those kind of cards.
I moving a basic out for a Raging River. That card is just too entertaining to pass up, and most games I've noticed that I've top decked too many lands, as opposed to spells.
I'm also looking at a spot for Paragon of Fierce Defiance from the. M15 spoilers, it's perfect for the deck. I'll wait for the rest of the set to be spoiled, but both it and Khans of Tarkir look promising.
I'll throw it in alongside Enraged Revolutionary to see if it's worth it's spot, and what could come out for it. The spot it would have otherwise gotten is actually going to Paragon of Fierce Defiance. In a deck that loves lord effects, that card is fantastic.
Right now it's looking like Staff of Nin, Wrecking Ogre, and Lu Bu, Master-At-Arms are the most open spots. The hardest part is finding the right game to play the deck in so that I can actually mess around with cards. >.<
I didn't really like Ignition Team, it takes a while to get going, and would end up competing against Boldwyr Intimidator for that high end mana dump spot, and the intimidator has the potential for some funny politics.
I like dethrone, any kind of pump is good in my books, especially if it's permanent.
I'm not a fan of this I think that Ogre is better then the revolutionary. Also I think that Aggravated Assault deserves a spot in this deck. Also Spine of Ish Sah may be good to taking care of problem perms I know its expensive but in mono red your options are limited.
I have never made a mono red deck but this is the one I would make if I ever did get round to it, I love the flavor of it.

Wrecking Ogre is a card I've been dissatisfied with for a while, as blood rush has rarely done much for me. And in this case, I'm trying to keep a higher cost spot open for one of the newer cards I'm interested.
Spine is an interesting suggestion. I may play around with it, unfortunately it will usually be a one shot. Generally my goal here is to hulk smash my way through any obstacles, and if that doesn't work, hulk smash harder. ^.^
It's good to see someone interested in Lovisa though, she was such a cool character, and a badass.

I can respect the ogre argument. have you ever thought of Akroma's Memorial? this card basically makes the Hulk smash a lot easier. Flavor wise I know its not great though.
Also depending on how many dudes you have on board at one time Slate of Ancestry may be worth a slot I've drawn 10+ cards off it before with my Darien deck but that's more token orientated

I like Slate. I'll throw it in the deck the next one I play it (unfortunately, that's not too often ). I'll think about the memorial as well. I usually play this deck against other mono-red decks of a similar power level, so pro-red would be really nice to have. It is pretty expensive to cast, and not so much a flavor win, but I'll play with it a bit.

Chaos Warp should be in the deck. I'd also consider Mana Geyser (infinite mana with reiterate), Mana Echoes and Sensei's Divining Top.
If you have Swords I'd run a few of those along with Jitte. Might want to also consider Coat of Arms.
I'd also run more ramp if possible and the cycling lands.
