It's a good list. I like Omenspeaker. You are missing Patron Wizard which is a must run, he's absurd, I'd say easily the best Wizard other than Azami in this deck. Diviner's Wand is also pretty good. Empyrial Plate is a card most people don't know about, but it's very good in this deck and wins you the game with Inkmoth Nexus. Foil is a very good counter that I think is mandatory in Azami.
Edit: I should note, I stopped playing Azami because it's incredibly powerful. I don't know how competitive your play group is, but when I played Azami, I never lost and it got boring. She's absurd, she will always allow you to draw cards which means you will always be able to answer any problem. You would think this would encourage your opponents to team up on you, but in my experience the opposite happens because everyone is afraid of you. Just keep this in mind before you buy all these cards, if your play circle is not especially competitive you probably shouldn't play Azami.
We are friendly/competitive, and I learned how powerful this deck was during our weekly EDH tourney. That being said, I will keep that it mind. I played Zur, the Enchanter less than 5 times before taking it apart because not only did it never lose, it wasn't even close.
Your lack of wizards is disturbing. You may play in a casual setting, but intentionally neutering your deck is always a bad idea. Aside from Azami and Patron Wizard, some of the best wizards are not only cheap but are interactive. Sigil Tracer is, in my opinion, a superior option to Echo Mage. You can use it the turn you cast it, you can use it multiple times, and it's only 1U as opposed to UU Tap.
I've been running Azami for almost two years now and I feel like it's at it's peak or getting close. I dictate games to the point where I can pick and choose the winner and forcibly make it happen. Even in friendly settings, she's exceedingly difficult to deal with.

I think Echo Mage is a trap, too slow. Consecrated Sphinx will just draw hate, and Azami draws enough cards already. For the same reason, you don't need Fact or Fiction. You want Lightning Graves to protect Azami.

There's nothing worse than not having counters up for something like Iona, Shield of Emeria. To combat that, Vedalken Shackles, Duplicant, Karn Liberated, and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre are your answers. Or Crystal Shard if they tapped out.
