Also, more artifact/enchantment destruction. Seriously. I see Sharuum combo decks make this mistake all the time. You have more than enough creature hate but almost no artifact/enchantment hate besides Mortify and Return to Dust. The irony is that in the competitive metagame--I assume if you're going to be playing a list this strong that you're going to be going up against other decks just as strong, like Arcum, Azami, Zur, Hermit Druid, mirror Sharuum, etc.--most decks only play a handful of creatures and instead maximize out on game-winning artifacts and enchantments (just look at your deck--how many creatures do YOU play during a normal game? Two? Three?).
Thanks for the ideas, more artifact/enchant removal could be good for Zur/Zedruu match-ups so I will look for some ideas to add, but as for the list of cards that stop Sharuum, I have yet to see them in my meta, what I see most is board wipe, counter, and spot removal, most of which totally screws up my agro strategies, but have little effect on Sharuum, hence the reason for tuning up this deck.
My LGS has started having mini-tournaments with a $5 entry fee, so I am trying to work out something more competitive than my voltron/agro decks that fold to wipe/counter.
Besides more artifact/enchant removal, any other ideas?
One way to improve the performance of this deck is just to throw money at it, i.e. Force of Will, Misdirection, Grim Tutor, Mishra’s Workshop, and so forth.
Beyond that, run (at least) one synergistic, non-GY combo… Grim Monolith + Power Artifact + something, Thopter Assembly + (the already included) Time Sieve, Basalt Monolith + Sensei’s Top + Rings of Brighthearth… You’ve got some options, here.
The deck is also capable of more explosive starts than what you've got. Consider a faster mana base IMO: Cards like Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Grim Monolith, Mox Opal, and Thran Dynamo will speed the deck up considerably.
I am in the process of heavily revamping my list, and heading in the direction of Jack/Jostin/ajalpbic 's lists. Not quite sure how to play it yet, but I have read Jostin and Jacks' notes so I will try to pick it up as I go along.
I do not have all the staples yet, so this is still a work in progress.

Not to mention the hate cards that literally turn your deck off until they're removed are pretty much all artifacts or enchantments: Torpor Orb, Rest in Peace, Grafdigger's Cage, Null Rod, Stony Silence, Wheel of Sun and Moon, and many more.

Artificer's Intuition can do that, AND it can pitch combo pieces to the grave, AND it can combo with Salvaging Station every turn to get things, so its not just a single use like Trinket Mage.
In a deck with less synergy to artifacts, Trinket Mage is good, but this deck has so many synergies, Trinket Mage just fell short.
As for Treasure Mage, I would rather sneak things into play with Kuldotha Forgemaster, and once again Treasure Mage lacks the synergy with the overall deck that Kuldotha Forgemaster has.
