I've just been watching Umineko No Naku Koro Ni and was inspired to make a deck based off of it.
For those who don't know of it, it's a series where 18 people are isolated on an island, arraigning matters among the heirs of a dying, fabulously wealthy patriarch, who, rumor has it, made his fortune from ten tons of gold bestowed upon him from a mysterious figure he refers to as the Golden Witch, Beatrice. During a stormy night, a letter is delivered to the heirs where this figure demands the return of her gold and all interest from it (including the lives of the heirs), but offers a way out if they figure out a puzzling riddle. Meanwhile, members of the family and their servants are killed one after another while they desperately try to find the perpetrator.
This deck is based upon the main antagonist, Beatrice, the Golden Witch, the Endless Witch.
(You know, just seeing the Title made me take a look at this thread)
Nice list, it really seems to fit the theme.
Only thing that I really noticed was the lack of red in the deck... thought only "flavourfull" and fitting the commander that I came up with was "Into the Maw of Hell".

Red's mainly for the Commander's colors; Black and Blue just have such a strong toolbox for control/spellslinger that's not aiming to storm that it's hard to fit in much else.
Seize the Day needs to be slid in somewhere just because of how crazily powerful it is too.
Other than the mana base, the deck looks to be in its finished form, or extremely close. It's extremely fun to play, pushing out a hasty Jeleva to see whatever comes off the top of everyone's deck and attacking to cast something big, fast, and she just gets more potential with each casting. Each game plays a bit different depending on what people flip which keeps the gameplay interesting rather than her growing old fast. She works the best against other spellslingers, as they end up with more things you can cast from them, and horribly against permanent-based decks like Karn artifact decks or Mono-Green.
She is still my favorite of the new commanders, and, I feel, the deck is true to the character was inspired by.
There's plenty of things the deck does not touch on, but, I tried to stay away from big spoilers, instead going with a couple of little hints, like
So I decided to revisit a deck that has been sitting in my signature, a much older deck, and give it a few updates! Skeleton Key: An obvious choice. Thaumatic Compass: flips to become the Spires of Orazca, a part of the Golden City, which then fits this theme far better than Phyrexian Arena. Brass's Bounty, Revel in Riches, Spell Swindle: Treasure Tokens!
Some clue token makers as well.
Edit: Also, Kess, Dissident Mage would probably be a more fitting Commander, seeing how she's a human rather than a vampire. Changing that could open up more room since haste is not really necessary.
