Is the intent to run good stuff UB and use Vela's second ability or actually exploit the third one? I see a lot of creatures missing to accomplish the third ability like Cavern Harpy and Epochrasite.

Right now, this is mostly about her first ability. The second is just gravy. There are a few things that are meant to trigger the second, but it's not my main focus. This is just the starting point for the deck. I'll be tweaking it, as I get more play time with it.
