I've been looking to do a new deck for a while. I was looking at the M14 spoilers and saw Strionic Resonator and thought 'hmm what's the best way to take advantage of/break this interesting new card.' I'd been wanting to try a blink deck for a while and here we go.

I know that the go to UW general is Rasputin Dreamweaver but I disagree with him because I can't find him and if I could find him he's expensive. I also could have gone with Grand Arbitor Augustine IV but, I don't want to get completely hated out.

I also tried to get as many Augury Owl or Sea Gate Oracle ETB effects as I thought I should. If you know a better one or think I should be running more or less please let me know below.

The deck's main win condition is using the ultimate of Gideon, Champion of Justice, Cataclysm, Hallowed Burial, Dimensional Breach or Worldpurge with Ghostway or Sudden Disapperance for huge creature advantage. Gideon, Champion of Justice is not the greatest but there are a lot of token and mass revival decks in my enviroment.
