This interaction works for spells like Naturalize, but the example given doesn't work. At the point of casting Acidic Slime, you may draw a card and then replace that draw with Words of Wind, returning a permanent to your hand. However then Acidic Slime resolves, enters the battlefield and it's ability triggers at which point Acidic Slime targets something.
Good work though, I really enjoy following this thread.
Yeah, I figured that out, but was to lazy to remove it. Thanks for remaining me and thank you for your attention. You're awesome!

I just played a game with Primal Surge in my opening hand and I confirmed people online like their opponents to roll over and die so I had a rage quit when the Surge resolved (see the screenshot in the spoiler - rage quit is highlighted).
Tainted Aether was amazing as usual and Land Tax is one of the best Turn 1 plays you can have.
If it is something you are going to break the all-enchantment theme, let it be Primal Surge. A resolved Surge would win you 99% of all games with this deck. I'm not exaggerating. Not a bit. Unless they have Austere Command backed by Boseiju, Who Shelters All, you will kill the table either immediately or on your next upkeep.

Rather than Genesis Wave, I would have gone with Primal Surge. It's a little less mana intensive and you could poop your whole deck onto the table with it.

"[Screw] you and the green you ramped in on." - My EDH battle cry. If I had one. Which I don't.
Yeah, I'm just too slow sometimes to realize the full potential of a weird card.
As a matter of fact, if you resolve Primal Surge, even Austere Command backed by Boseiju won't help them as you'll also going to assemble Abundant Growth + Words of Wind combo and bounce the entire field of your opponents so that they can't play it. And if they have Leyline of Anticipation or something similar out (now we're going into the extreeeemly unlikely scenarios), this is how you win:
1. You'll also flip the your own Leyline and, with the Command on stack, you can bounce their entire field and a bunch of your enchantments.
2. Then you'll simply replay them with the tons of mana at your disposal on the same turn.
I love Primal Surge!

Game 2 I established my board lock, but he gets Jace, the Mind Sculptor, fatesealing me every turn. I drew an extra card per turn with Dark Tutelage, though so it wasn't that bad. I get Primal Surge in my hand, quickly followed by Serra's Sanctum. He, however, reanimates Glen Elendra Archmage. I bait one counter from the faerie, but couldn't go for the Surge before he ultimates.
Conclusion: I might need more ways to deal with Planeswalkers, though this is an issue more for 1v1.
The next match (just one game, really) was easier. He plays Asuza, Lost but Seeking with Eldrazi and the likes. I, however, start with Wild Research in my opening hand and play it on turn 2. Turn 3 I tutor for Humility because creatures is what could get me here and I casted it on the next turn. He plays Caged Sun and Crucible of Worlds and fetches a bunch of stuff with Eye of Ugin for several turns, until he gets Oblivion Stone. Instead of cracking it on the spot, he decides to put a counter on Caged Sun. I tutor for Stony Silence and resolve it. He disconnects, probably because he doesn't have a way to deal with everything. Having Wild Research active means that I will assemble an impenetrable fort within a few turns (see image in a spoiler).
Conclusion: Wild Research is nuts.

Yeah, I don't get the combo that often, but when I do I'm a happy camper.
I played a couple of games, the first one of which deserves no space here as I play Energy Field and the GAIV player insisted that he can redirect it with Spellskite (lol!) and then quits.
Conclusion: Gotta read your own cards!
The other game is against Lord of Tresserhorn. He starts the beating with Reassembling Skeleton and Grimgrim, Corpse Born. I however, start with Wild Research in my hand. I play it on turn 3, tutor a library because I had 2 mana available and play it. Then I tutor for Humility, as usual. Meantime, I take two hits from a titan-size Grimgrim. Humility resolves (see spoiler for an image), quickly followed by Roots of Life naming Swamp (with his Urborg on his side of the field), at which point he concedes and leaves the game.
Conclusion:Wild Research is nuts! I think I already said that before
Actually, Grimgrim was supposed to be 2/2 (with the +1/+1 counter), though that won't make a difference.

He shouldn't have quit. His Grimgrin would be a vanilla 1/1 with 5 +1/+1 counters on it and still swing for 6. I assume that next turn you'd tutor for sphere of safety or similar though.

The biggest problem for this deck right now, as far as I can see, is dealing with planeswalkers.
I already run Detention Sphere, but besides Oblivion Ring, do you know any other enchantment or land that can help? I don't seem to find any.
I'm considering swapping Karma for this extra answer. While I won a game with Karma, it has been a dead card in my hand far too many times. I don't seem to fail to find a win condition as after a board lock it is often just a matter of time and many of my opponents concede before they ever saw a win con at first place I might be just better off with running an universal answer like O-Ring. I run a Bant Enchantress Deck and I use Enchanted Evening to protect from boardwipe - making anyone who plays a tranquility effect a destroyer of fun and target of ire - my playgroup (at least) faults the person playing the wipe, not me for enabling the vulnerability.

That seem quite interesting. I already run Teferi's Care as a way to deal with opponents' enchantments and to get rid of anti-synergetic ones on my side, so the inclusion of another copy of the same card with a different name is completely fine and adds to the consistency of the deck. Enchanted Evening not only serves as a precaution against Austere Command and the likes, but in combination with those other enchantments - into a universal kill spell. There are some other weird interactions:
Copy Enchantment can copy any permanent, creatures and land included.
I think your choice of replacement is a good one. I'd like to try that out.
Be careful with Enchanted Evening though; I run it in my Pheldagriff House of Horrors deck, and use Aura Their and/or Cleansing Meditation and friends to do a one sided wipe/steal resulting in a win 100% of the time. You'd loose all your lands as well if someone were running it; thankfully i've never seen anyone else run it.
I was also thinking about how we would deal with a Child of Alara deck. A repeatable wipe on a stick can be brutal.

The first one was against a mono-white deck with Darien, King of Kjeldor as general. I haven't seen him before, but he looks fun. I opened with some land enchantments to ramp and Dark Tutelage, the enchantment Bob. He starts getting stuff out: a Soul's Attendant, a Mana Vault and a Scroll Rack. I go for Sphere of Safety, Blind Obedience, Sanctum and Greater Auromancy, making it impossible for his ton of tokens to attack. I follow with Sigil of the Empty thrones and proceed to shoot 3-5 Angels every turn. I forgot about Soul's Attendant and Detained his tokens instead, but that's no biggie as I have also Helix Pinnacle and access to 20+ mana per turn AND a working Future Sight. He concedes. (see spoiler 1)
The other game I have screenshots of was against Zedruu, the Greathearted. I have a pretty neat early game with Library, Tutelage and Shortly followed by Mana Reflection. He ramps and detains my Privileged Position. Then I go nuts dropping Abundance. He got quite impressed with the interaction between Abundance and Library, especially since it fetched Humility on the first turn it was active (see spoiler 2).
Yeah - running bant colors, It's near impossible for me to find anything to cut these days. We need nevermore to be indestructible. That'd help against shards.

The first match I lost against Sedris, the Traitor King, who was playing reanimator with Big Jace.
Game 1 he reanimates Jin-Gitaxis on turn two or three. I play Humility, turning his praetor into 1/1. Then I make a big mistake. He plays a Mana vault. Instead of me blowing it up with the Aura of Silence in my hand, I play something else and he brings Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker. I stall for a while with Greater Auromancy and Privileged Position, but fail to find answer.

You can deal with them the same way my deck does:
Pyrohemia (or Pestilence, since you have black).
Sacred Mesa, Luminarch Ascension or Assemble the Legion token swarms.
Pristaxcontrombmodruu!
If that's kosher in your group, Arnjlot's Aura, Teferi's care and the Seals will annihilate planeswalkers.

Yeah, I don't mind that much Aura Thief or Cleansing Meditation, because that will kill the entire table, not just me, and we can shuffle for a new game. Though you should have some plan when you use Enchanted Evening. You shouldn't play it without some sort of protection (Greater Auramancy, Humility, Leyline of Sanctity, Privileged Position, Sterling Grove, or Dovescape) or a way to sacrifice it and/or kill other permanents (Karmic Justice, Teferi's Care or Arenson's Aura). Like everything in the deck, play it smart.
As for the angry baby, we do have answers: Humility, Rest in Peace, Karmic Justice and Enchanted Evening all work in different ways to stop or punish the Child's controller.
