Why not abuse your general a bit more. At the moment you don't really have too many cards that work well with your general apart from Skullclamp. Additionally in your case, Lightning Greaves over Swiftfoot Boots.
The tokens that Prossh creates are small but they don't have to be. Cards like Coat of Arms, Shared Animosity, In the Web of War greatly increases the strength of the tokens. These cards create a situation where your opponents react to you instead of always reacting to what others play (a losing proposition in a multiplayer game). If your worried about people tucking your general therefore rendering these cards useless, you can always change your deck to more of a token theme to further accommodate these cards. Mycoloth, Dragon Broodmother, Grave Titan are just a few of the many big bodies in Jund that can also create an army of tokens. Also when Theros comes out, Purphoros, God of the Forge will be amazing in Prossh.
Another suggestion is Fecundity. The card is definitely a meta call because it affects all players, but the fact that it works so well with your general will definitely make this a strong inclusion. As far as tutors go, I'm sure your aware that Vampiric Tutor and Demonic Tutor are considered the best tutors in the game, Chord of Calling in combination with Prossh is basically GGG search your creature for whatever creature you want and put it into play.
The incarnations are also pretty good for this deck, Especially Anger and Genesis. Oversold Cemetery is also a cheap and effective way to recur your creatures.
Some of your ramp cards also feel a bit sub par. Gilded Lotus and Thran Dynamo can single-handedly ramp you into your 7-8 drops, while Skyshroud Claim is the original Ranger's Path (and a worthy addition).
Pernicious Deed is a pretty amazing mass removal spell, definitely better than some of the mono black options available. As far as point removal go, Decimate is one of the best ones available to the Jund shard, it's definitely a little hard to cast but it's definitely worth it.
Ok, I'm going to try and handle different parts of your feedback with different explanations.
First off, I don't want the general to be my only win condition for the deck ( although he is incredibly powerful, he can't be the only threat on the table). I also haven't been able to pick up lightning greaves, it's on my list of things to buy.
As far as building around the tokens, that's not what I'm trying to do with this deck. Although you can just add a coat of arms to swing with an army of kobolds, but the card has no further synergy with the rest of the deck, since almost none of my other creatures share creature types. The same with In the Web of War, I just can't justify it with the rest of the deck. Rather than trying to either swarm in or alpha strike, I want to hold out with little chumping kobolds until I can dispatch the threat and finish up the game with lockdown.
I personally don't like the idea of fecundity because other people can draw off of it, and I would much rather starve other people of their resources than constantly feed them to them for me to keep dealing with. My meta also has a grimgrin, corpse born deck that is zombie spam/sacrifice themed and usually my biggest competition (my meta is pretty un-competitive right now actually). It's usually pretty easy to shut him down, but I still have trouble on slow starts. I'm definitely looking for demonic tutor, and vampiric tutor is good I hear, I just haven't found them yet. Chord of Calling also seems like a great card if I can find one.
Anger is good, and I'll explain this later on. Genesis is a little too much for me right now.
As for my ramp, I think it could use some updates (thran dynamo can definitely be considered), and ranger's path is in here because that's all I have right now. As soon as I find Skyshroud claim it's going in, along with possibly explosive vegetation.
Pernicious Deed worries me for some reason, but I'm not really sure why. Maybe it's because it has the chance to blow up my mana rocks and low drop artifacts/enchantments. If I can find one, I'll probably try including it, but it may be difficult... Decimate is super great, but again a little too much for me to spend right now.
I hope that can clear up some of my reasoning behind card decisions.
I traded for anger because at this point he's a better haste outlet than Urabrask. I don't like the fact that urabrask has to be on the field to lend the haste, and the ETBT for your opponent's creatures never really mattered. Also, it's a lot easier to get Anger into your graveyard with Fauna Shaman or Greater Good. He's also a great Birthing Pod target.
Even though you can't get your hands on Genesis, the effect is still very desirable in a deck with as many creatures as yours. Other options as I have mentioned are Oversold Cemetery and Phyrexian Reclamation. Other recursion staples include Regrowth and in a green ramp deck Artisan of Kozilek is relatively easy to cast as well as providing a great body and brings back a pal along for the ride - value FTW!
As far as removal goes, It's more efficient using either repeatable removal effects or those that leave you with additional value instead of spells that you can effectively only use once such as Terminate (as good as they are) because you give virtual card advantage to your other opponents (assuming multiplayer). The poster boy for value creature removal is probably Duplicant but that can be a little difficult to get. Other cards that I have found to be just as good are Dark Imposter and Xathrid Gorgon, Deathbringer Thoctar would also be an amazing inclusion in any Prossh deck as it just works so well with the general. Bone Shredder and Nekrataal are additional Shriekmaws. Attrition is also effective especially with Prossh's tokens, but depending on your meta it might not have the desired effect. I notice you've already included Sylvan Primordial but his good friend Woodfall Primus also wants in on the action.
You should also replace that Manalith, card was barely playable in limited let alone any constructed format! Good replacements for Manalith are Kodama's Reach, Farhaven Elf and Coalition Relic.Rapacious One is an amazing ramp creature and when you don't need the mana, the tokens can be clamped or sacrificed for value. Garruk Wildspeaker is very effective with all the bounce lands your using.
I've noticed you also want to move more towards a controlling shell with the deck. I don't think you have enough raw card advantage to be controlling the game, especially if your playing against multiple opponents. If you can't get a Phyrexian Arena then Underworld Connections is a decent replacement. As for Fecundity, if the card is helping out your opponents alot, you can combo it with Vicious Shadows to just win the game. Promise of Power refills your hand and puts all that extra mana from ramping to good use.
Additionally if your consistently playing in 4 man games, Syphon Mind becomes a strict upgrade over Harmonize. A card that has slipped my mind and is very strong with Prossh is the new M14 black enchantment Dark Prophecy. Both Staff of Nin and Deadbridge Chant are good conspicuous card draw effects that don't draw much hate. Terastodon is both a fast clock and an amazing noncreature removal spell. Gaze of Granite is a fair replacement for Pernicious Deed with the additional benefit of also destroying Planeswalkers. Damnation and Decree of Pain are upgrades over Black Sun's Zenith and Life's Finale, especially if your not abusing Life's Finale's second ability. Primeval Bounty might also be worth looking into.

Alot of suggestions are relatively good, but almost all of them are either things that I don't want to add (metagame calls) or things I can't afford yet (Woodfall Primus, [CARD]Phyrexian Arena
[/CARD], etc.). Please understand where I'm coming from when I say that not all of the cards that you've suggested are essential for the deck to do well. If anything, a few of the cards will only make the deck slightly, slightly better.
As far as adding recursion to the deck, the recently spoiled Whip of Erebos is an absolute perfect fit for the deck right now, and I will definitely find a copy of the card for the deck once Theros releases. I'm kind of iffy on the other card ideas though... Artisan of Kozilek just seems too expensive, and it only works when cast, meaning no Birthing Pod or recycling tricks.
On the creature based removal, the only downside to these creatures is two things: They aren't instant speed, and they only hit non-black creatures. I live in a very black heavy meta (just about every good deck I play against runs some black) so these cards become sub-optimal when facing my friends. I also like to leave some mana open and remove their best threat before I untap.
For ramp, I agree that Manalith isn't exactly an all-star and should be replaced pretty quickly. If I can find a Kodama's Reach, then that would fit perfectly into the deck. (As a side note, considering cutting the bounce lands soon, they provide too much of a liability and are too slow).
In the card draw category, I think Underworld Connections has the problem of also costing 1 (theoretical) mana every activation, so I don't really like that. I'm also not running fecundity (just too much advantage for my opponents to justify it) and I will not run Vicious Shadows because I hate expensive enchantments. And Promise of Power is very mana-intensive with the added giant life loss, making it very unattractive.
Additionally if your consistently playing in 4 man games, Syphon Mind becomes a strict upgrade over Harmonize. Most of these suggestions just make no sense to me... I get where you're going with Syphon Mind, and might even actually try this if I can find one simply for the huge card advantage swing in even a 3 person game. But the others kinda just go over my head. Dark Prophecy is super mana intensive and cause forced life loss whenever the simplest of things dies. Staff of Nin is too high CMC for me, you can't cast it right away, and you don't get a huge benefit from it right away. I would rather run Mind's Eye, and I'm not even keen on that. Gaze of Granite has all the same problems of Pernicious Deed, but at sorcery speed... Terastodon is already in the deck (and might get replaced with Woodfall Primus eventually). I can't afford Decree of Pain or Damnation right now (but I would LOVE them). Primeval Bounty fits into the "giant enchantments I don't want to cast" category.
With all the fixing/multicolor decks in my meta, its not that hard to get at least 2 colors out of fellwar stone, plus it only costing two means I can play it earlier and it can fit easier into the curve later. Chances are though that this will be replaced by something else later on, but it'll just move to another deck.

What do you think?
Green decks really shouldn't need mana rocks that much, besides the early ridiculous ones (Crypt, Sol Ring), and some utility ones (Chromatic Lantern, Coalition Relic). Why not just add more ramp?

I guess I just don't have the cards right now, and I like having the physical card there (for some weird reason). But I do know what you mean, and something even like Rampant Growth would always work better. Maybe I'll just put in Nature's Lore until I can find a Kodama's Reach or Explosive Vegetation.
Mana Echoes with Prosh and a sac outlet could be quite naughty.
Assuming Prosh had not been cast yet in the game, the first time you cast it you get 37 colorless mana back.
...if you then sac him and cast him again, you would generate 197 more colorless mana.
..
That does sound rather beastly, but I don't have anything to funnel all that colorless mana into... If I had more uses for that mana, I would DEFINITELY include mana echoes, but right now it basically does nothing for my deck...
Sadly, Theros didn't offer a lot for Prossh, except one card: Whip of Erebos.
Now I know that most people don't like it for their EDH decks because Sedris, the Traitor King can reanimate much better than the whip, but in this deck, the lifelink is incredibly relevant to help you survive, plus this deck is very light on reanimation ATM, so it's like a little bonus ability.
I added awakening stone because it's cumulative ramp attached to tiny tokens that are great for chump blocking or Skullclamp.
Are there any other Theros cards that you think would be good to try for the deck? I've looked at replacing Garruk Relentless with Xenagos the Reveler, but that's about it. Let me know what you think.
The new red god seems bonkers here specially with any other token generators I mean with him out the first time you cast him your dealing 14 damage to each opponent I fully plan on a token stax deck with this guy

I'll definitely include Purphoros in here, if I can find one... Being on a budget sometimes makes things hard to acquire, and Purphoros is one of those things. But, that crazy amount of damage is pretty awesome. His second ability is near trash for this deck, and he'll almost NEVER be a creature, but he's worth it.
Reaper of the Wilds is interesting because of the scry 1, but I'm not really sure if that's a good enough reason to run it... The other abilities are sluggish and annoying to have to keep mana open for all the time. I can always test it if I find one, but I'm not super excited about it.
I'm starting to cut the bounce lands because they're too annoying to play with. Also, I really needed reliquary tower when I was discarding like crazy because of all the draw from Greater Good.

love it. i think its a good change. the bounce lands are crap if you cant abuse them (e.g. Garruk etc) even than there meh

They're great fixing on a budget, but there's just way too many downsides for the small upside they can give you at the right moments. I also got sick of waiting to play them or forgetting to do them after I played all my spells for the turn So I'm cutting them. I still have Golgari Rot-farm right now because those are the most important colors for me to fix for, but it will be cut soon too.
I figured this was a nice trade because Rakdos never really sees play and just isn't worth it anymore, where Purphoros can smack everyone for 14 damage the first time you cast Prossh. Also, with the new commander precons coming soon, expect a few changes to the deck at that time.
Let me know what you think about the changes, I'm always open to good ideas.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.
Weiss Schwarz Sets
Accel World, Angel Beats, Familiar of Zero, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Guilty Crown, Kill La Kill, Robotics;Notes, Sword Art Online.
Chaos Partners
Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Iona, Kirishima, Kongou.
Dangan Ronpa: Asahina, Togami.
Freezing: Vibration: Chiffon, Satelizer.
Vanguard Clans Favoured
Angel Feather, Dark Irregulars, Genesis, Neonecter, Pale Moon, Shadow Paladins, Tachikaze.
Would you happen to have a non-budge version of how you would play this deck? I'd like to test it out in my group.
I currently don't have a non-budget version made up, although I can put one together if you want. I can imagine adding the more expensive control staples to really make the deck better, such as Sensei's Divining Top, Survival of the Fittest with Squee, Goblin Nabob, cheaper wipes like Damnation, Karn Liberated for removal, Ulamog the Infinite Gyre to stop mill, and anything on my needed cards list. I'll look into what the deck could potentially look like when complete and add in onto the page
EDIT: Un-budgeted deck added. It was hard to fit everything in, list could use some revisions still
Why the preference for mana rocks over actual green ramp? I always imagined more lands is more efficient unless expecting land destruction.
Also, has Vraska been working I get impression she is overcoste for what she does and will rarely get the death touch assassins.
It's just what I have to work with right now. I could cut mana rocks, but I'm not running very many at the moment. The only ones I can remember are Darksteel Ingot, Chromatic Lantern, and Gilded Lotus.
And Vraska is in kind of an awkward spot right now. There really aren't too many cards that can destroy non-land permanents when you really look at your options, and she can sometimes blow up multiple over time. Her goal really isn't to make assassins, although I did win one game that way after a field wipe. She'll stay in here for now.
Yavimaya Dryad is Wood Elves number 2. Also, since she has forestwalk, she can push in for some damage.
Phyrexian Arena + Prossh is almost infinite, basically you sac the kobolds and Prossh then need just one more mana to cast him again. So, with Purphorous or Warstorm Surge out you could rack up a lot of damage, especially if you have some kind of creature buff out.
I highly recommend Blood Artist in any deck that can sacrifice a lot of dudes. Prossh is already a fine sacrifice engine, so you can rack up a lot of damage with this guy.

I'm mostly working off of what I have available (I have a very small collection of mostly standard-recent cards). Yavimaya Dryad could work if I find one.
Did you mean Phyrexian Altar? I've considered looking at putting it in, I just need to find one. Also, Warstorm Surge doesn't do alot with 0/1 Kobolds, but something like Vicious Shadows could do more. Blood Artist wouldn't be too hard to grab and could add some extra lifegain that this deck can really use.
Thanks for all the suggestions! I'll actually try out Blood Artist within the next few days

Any other ideas anyone?

Reaper of the Wilds is interesting because of the scry 1, but I'm not really sure if that's a good enough reason to run it... The other abilities are sluggish and annoying to have to keep mana open for all the time. I can always test it if I find one, but I'm not super excited about it.
Destructive Revelry is just Naturalize with a near-worthless upside and a tougher casting cost. Not really interested in what Hull Breach or Krosan Grip can do much better.
Anyone else have ideas? (there's not alot of new things to try in here other than Purphoros, God of the Forge)

+Temple of Abandon (foil), Reliquary Tower
-Gruul Turf, Rakdos Carnarium
I'm starting to cut the bounce lands because they're too annoying to play with. Also, I really needed reliquary tower when I was discarding like crazy because of all the draw from Greater Good.
What do you think?

love it. i think its a good change. the bounce lands are crap if you cant abuse them (e.g.
Thanks for the feedback

-Rakdos, Lord of Riots
I figured this was a nice trade because Rakdos never really sees play and just isn't worth it anymore, where Purphoros can smack everyone for 14 damage the first time you cast Prossh. Also, with the new commander precons coming soon, expect a few changes to the deck at that time.
Let me know what you think about the changes, I'm always open to good ideas.

Also, has Vraska been working I get impression she is overcoste for what she does and will rarely get the death touch assassins.

It was hard to fit everything in, list could use some revisions still
It's just what I have to work with right now.
