I would suggest Minamo, School at Water's Edge since it lets your general be even more awesome. Llanowar Reborn could be neat if you need a cheap way to get a counter onto something.
have you played this much? what are your impressions?
I've played about eight or so games with the deck so far which honestly isn't very much but I do have a huge amount of experience with U/G Commander decks in general since I had an old Momir Vig, Simic Visionary deck awhile back. To answer your question though the deck performs well enough in my opinion. Obviously with literally zero creature tutors it can be hard to put together a combo but I've yet to have a game where I felt like I was never in contention for winning, and that's not to say I haven't won any games with it. A few of my losses were misplays on my part for not knowing how certain cards work together which is expected with a new deck. I also lost another game because when I was trying to combo out someone destroyed one of my lands and I forgot to tap it for mana...

Minamo, School at Water's Edge was a card I had considered early on but kind of dismissed because getting one extra untap out of my commander kind of seemed underwhelming when compared to something like Seedborn Muse, Murkfiend Liege, or any of my other untappers. However it does essentially just take the place of an Island so I should probably just throw one in there anyways.
Both of these cards I feel are ones that don't really require an explanation for their inclusion. Sylvan Primordial was a card that I originally thought was going to be a problem card and would be on the banning train the first chance it could be but I think that may have been an overreaction on my part. I'm trying really hard to make this deck as fun as possible to play against so cards like this make me worried but I think it's more on the power level of Terastodon and less on the power level of Primeval Titan. That being said it is a good card and definitely deserves a spot here. Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir is something I can't believe I missed while constructing this deck and I found it a spot in here as soon as I realized I missed it.
Edit: A second small change suggested by my brother.
Vigor: This is a card that used to show up all the time in my group but turned out to be a lot worse in practice than in theory. This may be the deck for it though which makes the question is it better than Illusionist's Bracers which is what it would be fighting with for the spot?

It does indeed die to Terror but it's a fat trampler that gives your dudes counters in pretty short order. Wild Beastmaster dies to terror as well, but her benefits don't stick around when she dies. I find Gilder Bairn hard to make work. Admittedly they lower your mana curve, but something to think about. Vigor vs. Bracers? Yeah, I suppose I'd still go Bracers (though IMO, Thousand-Year Elixir > Bracers).
Increasing Savagery is good, but I'm not a big fan of putting all my eggs in one basket. Grafters like the Cytoplast Manipulator (not to mention your general) especially prefer counters spread out.
Thanks for the reply I haven't been getting many at all!
Other than that I have decided to hold off on all other changes until Dragon's Maze is completely spoiled. So keep suggesting things and expect some big changes with the release of the set.
I also feel that any green deck can benefit from Nature's LoreCultivateKodama's Reach and Farseek all too well, even if you don't have a ton of high drops. It just makes your game so much faster and you can even cut a few basics for them.
Here's my newest EDH deck that I've been brewing.
It started off as a Prime Speaker Zegana deck but slowly morphed into this.
Also, this deck is semi casual so I do my best to avoid tutors and things like that.

Gavony Township: Not in my colors, why do you tease me?
Sage of Fables: Already in my list.
Vigor: This is a card that used to show up all the time in my group but turned out to be a lot worse in practice than in theory. This may be the deck for it though which makes the question is it better than Illusionist's Bracers which is what it would be fighting with for the spot?
Strength of the Tajuru: I'm not really looking for a card that simply puts counters on my creatures and if I did I would probably go with Increasing Savagery.
Thanks for the reply I haven't been getting many at all!

Craaap. I'm building a Simic-y counters deck with Jenara at the helm and it was on the mind.
Oops.

Honestly, with Bramblewood Paragon, you don't need Crowned Ceratok
