My word if this is true, it's the next best thing after Sol Ring for us:
Amber
{zero}
Legendary artifact
{Tap}: Adds a little magical power, the color of which is the color of any of the legendary creatures and planeswalkers you control.
Undead Squee
1RR 2/1 You can cast Squee from graveyard or exile.

Yeah dominaria has been confirmed by WotC and looks amazing.
Kiki combos with air anyway, in a more game-winning fashion too, and what else would you use this on? This is the sort of card that lives in a few grindy as all hell decks, copying legends that you have no business having multiple copies of.
Alright, have to share last week's game with you guys. Played Norin in a 5-player game and rocked the table. We were playing Kingdoms (check link here, it's a nice twist) and Norin was... king. Not ideal normally, but this time it turned out great. This is how we rolled:
I just knew I wanted to do this once I drew into the Warp World. It gave me the top FORTY-EIGHT cards of my library, whereas the other players got 14 at most. Needless to say this was game. Norin was awesome in this one.

I think those two cards are 100% fair in EDH. They are dangerous win conditions that are hard to remove, but they aren't instant win or infinite combo. They are in proportion to what most EDH players are trying to do.
The most antisocial card in this deck is definitely Warp World. The amount of time it takes to resolve a mid-late game Warp World is very selfish in the context of a multiplayer game. You're lucky if you get it done in 10 minutes and it's a single spell. It requires every player to make a ton of decisions and it is very easy to get all the sequencing wrong unless you spend even more time bookkeeping. I do have it in my Norin deck, but I feel bad about myself when I cast it and everyone at the table stops having fun for a while.
Warp World is one of the few "Norin Cards" that I actually don't play for that reason. It's misery to resolve.
Got to play the deck for the first time in a long while last night. I definitely won the game by Mindslavering my opponent who had Mana Reflection and Villainous Wealthing the other games player for 36... It was wonderful. The actual win revolved around the fact that the other player had used Fractured Identity on my Impact Tremors so there were a few of those floating around...
With me, it's the other way around. Our group hates Mindslaver effects, so I don't run that anymore. Warp World however is too Norin not to run for me. Even mid to late game, even if it takes a while, it's just reds way of slamming down Living Death. It has been a reason to call it quits by the way in a game that's been taking forever. Most of the time though, I just take that as a compliment :)...

With the return of Weatherlight, which was spoiled yesterday, We now know that crew is back. I'm very much hoping to use Norin more for that, since it seems like a perfect fit. (Weatherlight itself doesn't do enough for us I'm afraid though.)

I'm excited for the set. Should yield some stuff. I'm mostly here to just talk about how good Curse of Opulence has been for me in the last few games I've played.
Agreed, with Crew2, it'd been fantastic. The more I look at it though, the more I start thinking that it can generate some serious card advantage, and lead us to some of the key pieces of the list:
Kiki Jiki
Purphoros
Krenko
Chandra
Daretti
Squee
Conjurer's Closet
Genesis Chamber
I might try it over Smuggler's Copter, which I like, but hasn't been overwhelming.
Oh and yes. Curse of Opulence was made for Norin.

let me chime in with a powerful interaction that happened in a recent game involving cards i'm not hearing much about: with Hazoret's Monument in play, grinning ignus actually reads r: red-loot a card and gain a colorless mana. it drew me at least 8 cards in the two turns i had it in play.
Like our Wary forefather, I have returned to the battlefield! Finally got my hands on an Imperial Recruiter, so now its time to play the swapping game:
Mox Amber seems like it should go in, but what about the new squee, he fills a bit different of a roll than OG squee and he also wears a skullclamp very well, I mean 4 mana draw two cards and repeatable in the same turn seems at least good, lacks synergy with rummaging goblin but gains increased synergy with a few cards but still not sure if it’s good enough

I don't see a reason why we would want Squee. It doesn't do anything, it is just an allround bad card.
The old Squee was amazing because it allowed us to discard him for looter-effects, it basically turned all looters into draws.
new squee is bonkers in red and green decks because it's an enabler for food chain for infinite mana for creatures. especially in those who don't have blue for misthollow griffin.
if you have the space to include it, it's a backup etb trigger when norin is going to cost just too much (and some games it turns out just like that). gets more points if you are heavily invested in goblins, as for myself i already started cutting down on them. original squee is currently in my maybeboard.
I just got into EDH and I am keen to form this fun and yet chaotic deck! But is there a basic list i can start with? Seems Gaka's list on the first page isnt the most updated one.
Stolen Strategy - repeatable "draw" that scales with pod size sounds great, but spending five mana to do nothing to the board doesn't. I think this still has potential and I plan to try it.
The main problem is that Fury is not a wheel. If Wheel of Fortune is your last card and you cast and resolve it, you have 7 new cards. If Fury is your last, you get one card if you name yourself friend.

Helm of the Host from Dominaria and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker = Infinite ETB Trigger (Copy the Non-Legendary Kiki-Jiki Token with Kiki-Jiki and so on)
Also works with Godo, Bandit Warlord and Combat Celebrant (Infinite Combat Phases)
FOURTEEN MANA though...
Opening hand i saw three Snow-Covered Mountains, Genesis Chamber, Mogg Infestation, Springleaf Drum and Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle. Not great, but chamber is always good for something. So:
Turn 1: Snow-Covered Mountain, Norin the Wary
Turn 2: Snow-Covered Mountain, Genesis Chamber. I quickly start generating tokens and pinging some damage.
Turn 3: Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle, Springleaf Drum
Turn 4: Snow-Covered Mountain and dunno. Not much I guess
Turn 5: Snow-Covered Mountain, Warstorm Surge. I now start pinging everybody's Myr tokens to clean the board.
Turn 6: Moggcatcher and Mind Stone.
Turn 7: Mogg Infestation on myself, giving me 36 Goblin tokens and wiping the board clean of everything but another player's hexproof slivers.
Turn 8: Snow-Covered Mountain and Warp World.
I just knew I wanted to do this once I drew into the Warp World. It gave me the top FORTY-EIGHT cards of my library, whereas the other players got 14 at most. Needless to say this was game. Norin was awesome in this one.

Thanks for sharing your list! May i know how is it different (approach to the game) from Gaka's list?
Khorvath's Fury - resetting your hand can be useful, but Molten Psyche is similar and we don't run that
