You'd be surprised. Tide is definitely not as good without but its still quite useful. I have kept opponents off the mana they needed to combo off with it. Also it would be hard to find something I would be willing to cut for a lot of cards
I don't know how cutthroat your meta is, but I'm not really a fan of Pact of Negation unless you plan to combo out early, which doesn't seem like that this deck wants to do. And if you're going to pay 5 mana for it, I'd maybe try Decree of Silence instead, it's uncounterable and you can at least recur it.
Edit: Decree is 6 mana to cycle, ah well. I'll still suggest it.
Also, I was never a fan of the Propaganda effects. They never seemed to work how I wanted. Something that stops all combat might be superior. If you can afford it, Moat. But I think when I had a Hanna deck I ended up running Knight-Captain of Eos (Along with Elspeth, Knight-Errant and Kjeldoran Outpost to make soldiers). The Chronomantic Escape, Magosi, the Water Veil is a pretty good combo as well. Bah but now I'm getting sidetracked, this is an enchantment deck, right? Have you tested Blind Obedience?

My apologies, children, for I am afraid I cannot save you all.
I certainly do not combo off early but pact has more than earned its place. My meta ranges from casual to competitive but I tend to pull this out for the more cutthroat decks that win four turns in if unchecked. I actually cut decree from the list. It had a long run. Definitely a good budget replacement. That being said, keeping six mana up for a counterspell is rough. The propaganda effects have been working great for me thus far. Occasionally they don't work out but they are just so useful to me. I play against a Talarand, Sky Summoner deck and an Edric, Spymaster of Trest deck rather frequently so even if I could afford Moat, they would still work better for me. (That being said, anybody who CAN afford moat it would be a wonderful addition. Especially if you don't see a lot of talarand decks. Creatures are vulnerable in my meta so I doubt Knight-Captain would stay around, also he's not recurrable. I haven't tested Blind Obedience in this deck. I have considered it but I personally don't see enough haste that I think it would be too relevant. It would slow down mana rocks which could be good but eh :/ if it hit lands it would be in the deck in a heartbeat
It's been a while since my thread got some love so i'm bumping it but also asking, what do people think of the new card render silent? Counterspell and Silence together? seems good but I can't decide if I want to use it. People can still respond to it after all. If it was only UW it would go in, in a heartbeat but I don't know

I have thought about this for Hanna as well, but have decided in a multiplayer build not to include it and keep the four counters I have: Force of Will, Foil, Forbid and Muddle the Mixture.
That being said, if you played a lot of 1v1 it may be worth a slot. I am actually considering Lavinia of the Tenth as a new 1v1 deck that concentrates on cards like Silence & Orim's Chant so this may very well be included here.

Blue Sun's is a solid card but I rarely have tons of spare mana so I'd rather run something cheaper. If this deck has infinite mana, I probably have the board locked down anyways
Righteous Aura seems good for a deck like this though my meta is pretty light on voltron. There's really only one voltron deck I see.
Solitary Confinement has been suggested before. I don't much care for it because I feel like losing your draw step is just to big. I can usually keep my life high enough anyways
Steel Hellkite is really fun. He's one of the win con's in my Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer deck because swinging for infinity on turn 5 or 6 is too good to pass up. But in this deck if I were to include another 6 drop win condition I would probably have to go with Mindslaver. I didn't feel like having a one card wincon with my general but who knows, it might get added eventually.
Corrupted Conscience is not a card I've ever been a fan of, I think its too easy to blow up and I have never seen it be worth the effort
Not going in the changelog yet as I might not keep it but trying Terminus in over Greater Auramancy. They are quite different cards with different uses but people don't seem to pack the amount of enchantment hate they should. Besides I can always get stuff back. Terminus acts as another wipe and doubles as another way to win with tunnel vision though
Not a fan of Norn's Annex. I find the life is frequently to easy to pay.
Finally. How's Grimoire of the Damned working for you? It seems like its slow but could be awesome if you can keep it protected. Especially if you can land tax lands into your hand to pitch
So my thread was just reviewed by the primer committee. I didn't get official primer status (yet) but I think the changes should be pretty easy to fix.
This was their response:
Hi mmapson125, and thanks for the patience.
The committee feels that the deck is almost there, but there are just a couple of areas that need reviewing before we can sign off on the thread:
Quote:
1. We'd still like to see more in the way of dealing with unfavorable metas/decks (what are the decks to beat?).
2. Broken/Missing Links: In Card Options section, Journey to Nowhere, Dissipate, and Oblivion Stone all need their links fixed.
3. General formatting/proofreading: Give the thread another read-through. There are some minor grammatical errors, spacing issues between sentences, and card names (for example, Rhystic Study in the craw suite section).
Take care of these and the thread should be ready for Primer status.
Thank you again for your submission.
So, the links were an easy fix and my girlfriend and I are going to proofread everything this week but my question is does anybody on the site have any particular decks they think I should list how to beat?

Aura Shards is my nemesis when playing Hanna. If this resolves and a bunch of tokens pop out, my whole board state can be ruined.
So... what decks give you fits at the kitchen table? Throw out some stories, we would be glad to help.

One weakness is voltron, especially hexproof voltron. Our pillowfort is good at keeping out hordes but not as good against one huge attacker. The best defense I've found is Righteous Aura. It pretty much shuts down voltron with one card.
The other weakness is graveyard hate. Hanna's main strength is recursion so cards like Leyline of the Void or Rest in Peace can be annoying. I haven't built in anyway to fight this and I don't really know if you can other than destroying the enchantments. You also have Relic of Progenitus, Tormod's Crypt, Bojuka Bog etc.
My build is still working well. It recently won with tamiyo's emblem and cryptic command in hand. Even without Omniscience it was pretty brutal. As far as cards that stand out as excellent. I quite love Isochron Scepter, Cyclonic Rift, and Omniscience.
As far as primer status I need to get around to adding a but more to the unfavorable meta section before I resubmit it but I've fixed all the links and had it proofread. I haven't been able to play as much lately and the games she's been in haven't really been problematic so I'm trying to get some more fresh memories about unfavorable matches before I add anything
Hmm, anybody have any thoughts on ways to reuse specific cards from my yard? I was thinking Codex Shredder might be a good recurrable way to get back exactly what I need. I've also been considering elixir of immortality. I like how specific codex shredder is but Elixir is cheaper to use. They're both tutorable by Treasure mage though. Any thoughts?

By "specific cards" do you mean Instants and Sorceries?

Mainly. Sometimes I miss my sun titan when he dies . And sometimes it could be nice to recur some lands after MLD
Ah, I see... in my list I am trying to cut down on non-recurrable items by finding similar artifacts and enchantments... quite a task. For instants/sorceries you could add in Snapcaster Mage to reacast, Archaeomancer to put back in hand, or Mistveil Plains to add them back into your library. Time Reversal could be fun too.
Well the "stack loophole" rule that allowed claws of gix to function so beautifully in this deck just got removed. Time to figure out what will replace it. Likely elixir of immortality
Edit: I misunderstood the rules change. It doesn't affect past cards, only new ones. Claws will remain. I am trying elixir over journey to nowhere though
The only m14 card I would consider is Ajani's Chosen. As a creature, I think its a bit too vulnerable. I am however testing the similar card Sigil of the Empty Throne as another win condition

Righteous Aura - My Meta is filled with Voltron and this completely shuts it down, doesn't target either so hexproof / shroud can't save them.
Solitary Confinement - This shuts pretty much everything down and is ultimate pillow fort.
Steel Hellkite - Nice beater that Hanna can bring back and it blows up tokens or anything else giving you trouble.
Corrupted Conscience - Nice alternate wincon that could team up with your Inkmoth Nexus.
Retired Lists: Ghave - Hanna - Thrun - Zur
Pauper: Crypt Rats

Do you like Nev disk or are you sad to see your permanents go? I run o stone but I can save a few key things first (granted our general is recursion).
Do you find Venser, the Sojourner worth it? I know its awesome when it goes off but it seems like its not worth it unless you get it off
You forgot Sun Titan
Not a fan of Norn's Annex. I find the life is frequently to easy to pay.

Perhaps I will find a slot for Nev disk and grimoire.
Bouncing standstill seems pretty boss
The name of the enchantment is collective restraint
Finally Sun Titan is indeed to strong not to run, plus he's one more thing for venser to bounce
