Awesome, having any utility lands that are mana sinks are amazing. In control matches, which I'd imagine you will have a lot in the future becomes a waiting game. If you have any advantage, take it!
On turn 30 when the board has been wiped countless times. Do you want a board of 27 lands and nothing to do or a board with 27 lands with a single man-land?
I've won so many games due to early attacks with man-lands, mostly Mishra's Factory due to easy accessibility in the early rounds. Once I added Faerie Conclave in my final list, it got crazy.
Who knew a 2/1 Flying Faerie could actually do more than 6 damage per game consistently?
I usually only play against one hard core control deck: Grand Arbiter Agustin IV but yea....I see a lot of combo so counters still run rampant. I have had my stuff mana drain'ed too many times to count. Or well...attempted to be mana drained. But yea. There are plenty of times with no board so manlands seem strong
SuperSonik (of riku primer fame), just pointed out to me how great mystical tutor would be in my deck, seems like a bad call on my part to not have it included. It would currently be able to find 21 different spells and could go on isochron scepter. Plus, I can get the card instantly if I have sensei's divining top out. I think it will replace Brainstorm, any thoughts? Also I think I will be replacing Evactuation with Austere Command, it costs one more but is a lot more flexible and doesn't let my opponents retrigger etb effects.

Yup, run Mystical Tutor and Austere Command for sure. They win games. I like Brainstorm though. Card draw is win. That's why I run brainstorm and Brainstorm on a stick (JTMS).
I really don't see the Parallax cards being too good in a multiplayer format. Yeah you can get rid of one or two things but beyond that it's got the fade counters so it'll die before it does much if you take too much stuff? I guess you recur it with Hanna, is that the plan? I felt the same way with Stasis, which I ran to recur with hanna but found it hurt me more often than not since I skipped my untap step. I'd love some advice on my deck though, trying to make it more solid.
Why Drift of Phantasms? Wouldn't it be better to have like Draining Whelk, Weathered Wayfarer, C-Sphinx? And how's Aura Thief working out? I'm trying to obtain one of those.
Differences, I added humility. Because of how it works, with opalesance and enchanted evening, if you play it after both are down, your lands are 1/1's so you get lands, while nobody else does.

The EDH stax primer When you absolutely, positively got to kill every permanent in the room, accept no substitutes.
The parallax cards can get rid of a lot. You can actually stack the triggers to get rid of all lands forever. Mode in-depth explanation coming in next update. (My laptop died and typing something so long on my phone seems like no fun.) They have also saved my life a few times but just cutting off an important land on an opponents upkeep. Even when the counters run out,, our general let's us replay our enchantments if need be. I never considered wayfarer as the mana in this deck is fine. He might be nice to activate after an unfavorable top though. Consecrated sphinx is a good card but not as much in my meta. If people know you are running him you will always be the bribery target. Also the second he hits the field is the second he gets cloned and you facepalm. I looked at your list but I'm going to wait until I'm at a keyboard to comment.
@Phil - how exactly does that work? I seem to be missing the interaction
How Hanna is doing for you? Are you enjoying her? Im still deciding if i should put money on a Hanna or in a Karn deck. Any help? And what about standstill in this deck? Thanks.
I love this deck. This deck works pretty well for me. I really like the deck, not only does it work well but it took me out of my comfort zone. I think standstill would be great in this deck actually. I was just trying to think of more draw to add yesterday and that was one of the first things to come to mind.but before you throw money one day out another would yo mind saying a little bit of what you want out of your next deck? My friend has a karn deck and its also pretty awesome. I would say his deck is definitely quicker but that being said literally everything you put into a karn deck could be put into a Hanna deck plus that would allow for blue to help protect your combos and tutor them faster. Also Hanna would let you recur important pieces. As much as I enjoy this deck I don't want you to waste your money so if you even left a short blurb about what you already have or what you want next I can give you more thoughts.
Also if you check back in a week this guide will be a lot more in depth so that might help your choice (trying for primer status and there is already a nice one for karn)
I really like the potential of both of the decks to control the table and also the ability to abuse of Karn and Hanna is amazing, but what worries me about Hanna is what would i do if i got Opalescence removed, what would i do next? Depending on copy other people stuff to win isnt enought i think. What about a matchup in a table where someone is running Grand Arbiter Augustin IV? It is bad for us? Im sure waiting for your Hanna primer it will for sure help me in my final decision!

the answer is have more than one win con. Lock stuff down with enchantments/artifacts/creatures with state based effects and then play something that wins you the game with a lot of mana out like Luminarch Ascension or like Mobilization + Humility + Dovescape. Relying on one combo is a sure fire way to lose in EDH because once your playgroup knows its out, they know you're going for that and will hold their counterspells/removal to deal with it.
You would be shocked how much my stuff doesn't get removed. Step one is to have your own counter magic. If I am playing against another blue deck I will rarely play a combo piece without some control magic of my own. If a combo piece does get countered that could be worrisome but you can generally return it to hand with your general before it gets poofed from the game. However let's say something does vanish opalescence as not everything can go our way all the time. In this scenario aura thief and enchanted evening is your best win con. If this fails you unfortunately have to resort to an aggro strategy. The aforementioned luminarch ascension works amazingly well in a deck like this. The pillow fort nature the deck plays early game a lot of the time will let it go off, especially if your meta ias creature light as mine. You can also get through with your man lands which I have learned are great after a board wipe. Another thing you can do is stack the triggers on the parallax cards to permanently exile opposing lands and/or creatures then recur it with Hanna to keep going. If all else fails just remember its a game and you can't win them all
Grand arbiter is bad for anyone not playing grand arbiter. Unfortunately the only player at my LGS who ran him stopped coming to the shop about the time I majorly tuned up the deck so I can only give you my educated guess. gAA4 used to win the majority of the games between the two decks which is bad. But that deck was fully tuned while Hanna was still a baby and yet Hanna could still pull out some wine. Especially at a multiplayer table. I believe now that it would still be a rough game but that Hanna could power through.
By the way, as mentioned more detail coming in the next few days (probably in the middle of the week but perhaps sooner) but cards under consideration currently include standstill, trickbind and tamiyo, the moon sage. My friend just splurged on dual lands which is almost making me feel it would be okay to splurge on mana drain and Jace, the mind sculptor. Those cards would make this deck superhappy and JMS could be used as a wincon

Standstill is awesome. Trickbind looks great, I may replace Stifle with that since I've found Stifle is pretty limited. Tamiyo I took out, found she was too slow and didn't do enough in multiplayer. JTMS and Mana Drain make the deck happy.
Yea. I am hesitant on tamiyo but I just feel like the chance of getting her ult off can't be overlooked. If I had access to doubling season she would be in the deck in a heartbeat. The only thing stopping mana drain, force of will, and JMS from being in this deck are that I am one of those people who builds way to many decks so I try to budget somewhat. If I ever reach my goal number of decks this will be the first deck to get all its goodies...well second because one had everything it wants already.
What about running Helm of Obedience and Rest in Peace combo? And what you think about running Solemn Similacrum and Intuition? Intuition seens great with Hanna since you can recover those discarded artifacts and enchantments from Intuition. Do you took out Phyrexian Metamorph? Why?
Umm the dangers of exiting these only at night when you're half asleep and from your phone. You will end up taking the wrong cards off your list. Metamorph is still in the deck. I don't know what happened to it on the list. My promised massive overhaul though should be coming in the next two days. I made some edits to the list today so I will pay closer attention to every card. A lot of exiting has been going on the past couple weeks. To answer your other questions. Solemn was in the deck for a bit but I took him out. I love the little robot and run him in a lot of decks but he seemed a bit slow for me. In a heavier aggro meta though he would work well. Helm-rest in peace would hose yourself which I would advise against. Intuition however looks like a really good addition
I will have to pass on cleansing meditation. Its awful without Enchanted Evening out. Yes its nice if I can get them both but without it, the card is utterly useless and I already have enough board control that something like this seems silly.
I made a few updates to the decklist. In the next 48 hours I'm going to try to add more to the strategy section of the deck, does anybody have any requests of anything I should include?
o.O I have never seen that card but yea, in the right meta that looks sort of insane. It wouldn't work for me personally but it certainly would work in the deck
I see you're (unintentionally?) going the 'sacrifice for effect' route with Claws of Gix.
First, I would add in Hatching Plans, it's one of the cheapest draw spells in that kind of deck, and really easy to recur with Hannah.
Second, I'd recommend Barrin, Master Wizard or Faith Healer to augment the theme. Plus, bouncing permanents and extra life are never really dead effects.
Claws is quite intentional. I don't know if I want to include either of those at the moment as I don't know what I would cut and I already have multiple ways of searching up claws fairly consistently. Hatching plans just doesn't seem good enough. If I don't have claws out its a dead draw, sure it would get better with barrin or faith healer but again they might not be going in. Karmic Justice got cut. Serra's Sanctum is going in if I can get my hands on one, I don't buy cards online and haven't found one for trade/sell yet in person

You might also consider Mycosynth Wellspring or Ichor Wellspring to go along with the theme?
