This deck is very much a work in progress. This deck was intended to be a 'powered down' deck to play with a particular group in my area, or if my regular playgroup wanted to pull out some of their weaker decks. I soon realized that myself and the other group would never mix well. They said this deck was too good which blew my mind. I have a group I play with who is interested in more attriony and powerful games and we have fun. So I want to up this decks level. But I got a little attached to some of the quirkier cards in the deck. I know I need to replace them, just need some help doing so (I'm sad to see you go Fresh Meat).
Once I get this deck a little more tuned I'll make this post a little cleaner and more organized. But anyways...the deck.
Obviously this mana base needs work. It was intentionally bad to help power my deck down a bit. That will be re-done pretty soon. I'm also thinking of dropping to 37 land. Which brings me to my next point.
I'm in green. I need more ramp. Skyshroud Claim seems like a shoe-in to me. What else would you guys suggest?
I'm use to running decks with lots of answers. This has barely any. I'm thinking of adding: Austere Command, Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares, Return to Dust, Beast Within, and Oblation. Should I run any counterspells?
Sun Titan seems good here yes?
I really like the Hondens but the white one is kind of meh. The other two are pretty good. Is it worth keeping 2 or them or should I have all 3 or none?
Ajani, Caller of Pride. I like him for his ult. And doubling season makes it fairly easy. Should he stay or become Ajani Goldmane? Or just stormherd?
Mind's Eye. I have blue. There is better draw yes? Anything I'm overlooking for draw?
That's all that's on my mind for now. Oh and Fresh Meat.
The deck is primarily a token deck. I don't have a lot of lifegain in the deck but I suppose serra ascendant is good with or without lifegain.
The reason Treva heads the deck is because I wanted to alter it as Princess Celestia and it's the only bant general that interests me.
My main issue right now is that the deck is fairly slow for my meta and my removal suite is very lacking.
I have an idea of what I want to add but not what I want to remove.
I think that's a rad alter, for reasons that should be obvious.
If you're looking to make cuts, Beguiler of Wills is painfully slow even in a creature-focused deck. Elspeth, Knight-Errant is underwhelming without Doubling Season, Troistani similarly so when you're not planning to use the extra life for anything. The railroads Shrines are overcosted when you only have one of them. Mind's Eye is, like you noted, not worth running in a deck with Blue and Green - Regal Force or Mulldrifter or some of the other card-drawing Sphinxes are more fitting.
You've got Reveillark, but not enough support for it - there's not many small creatures and no real sac outlets, so it can't do much work in either gaining value or comboing off. I'd say put in Mirror Entity, but you're running all these other anthems that interfere with it. It does make Fresh Meat (and Caller of the Claw, if you're interested in retaining that effect) ridiculous when you combo off, too, as well as effectively Stasis locking everyone else with Opposition. Up to you if that's a thing you want to pursue or avoid.
You have pretty decent removal already when your deck works the way it's intended (Opposition/Glare, Nullmage Shepherd, MotWH). Continue with the current of removal that works well with large amounts of creatures - Ulvenwald Tracker, Martyr's Bond - and maybe add in Beast Within for being on theme and StP because it's StP.
I think that's a rad alter, for reasons that should be obvious.
Thank you.
If you're looking to make cuts, Beguiler of Wills is painfully slow even in a creature-focused deck.
Meta-Call. My group favors spot removal over board wraths though we do run a few wraths. Since there are quite a few creature based combos in our meta like Mike and Trike, spot removal is far better than a wrath. My meta is also creature light for the most part. Beguiler is incredibly strong (and not so slow when you ramp into it) but it's usually not the number 1 target at the table. So it sticks a bit. It's also fun with RoR.
Elspeth, Knight-Errant is underwhelming without Doubling Season
Planeswalkers are very good in a combo heavy meta. I suppose I should mention I play mostly 3 player games.
Trostani similarly so when you're not planning to use the extra life for anything.
The extra life helps against the local Kaalia deck and the Mayael deck. Not so relevant versus combo but her populate ability is very good.
The railroads Shrines are overcosted when you only have one of them.
The blue one is surprisingly strong. Even if I removed the other two (which is a very real possibility) I'll most likely keep it.
Mind's Eye is, like you noted, not worth running in a deck with Blue and Green - Regal Force or Mulldrifter or some of the other card-drawing Sphinxes are more fitting.
Regal Force was previously in the deck and will probably find it's way back in. I love Mulldrifter in my blink deck but without a way to really abuse it, it's fairly weak. I'm thinking Greater Good could possibly find a home.
You've got Reveillark, but not enough support for it - there's not many small creatures and no real sac outlets, so it can't do much work in either gaining value or comboing off.
Of my 19 creatures it can recur 10 of them. More than half. Granted, one of them isn't always a sure thing (GHM). I might be adding some additional creatures like Sakura-Tribe Elder and Wood Elves so that's more target. I agree about not having a real sac outlet. But Greater Good is most likely going in maybe along with High Market or something like that.
I could add it to combo with Rev/Lark but I probably won't.

Decent maybe but not enough. Not for my meta. I think I'll add Austere Command, Beast Within, StP, PtE, Return to Dust and Oblation as some more answers. I dislike Martyr's Bond...like a lot. I just don't like it at all. I'd give it like a 4 of 10.
Thanks for the suggestions. Need to get another Regal Force which will be replacing the very underwhelming Perilous Forays.

So I haven't had the time to really put a lot of effort into this deck but I did make a few changes. Some of the inclusions are mediocre and just placeholders till I get the cards I want. Example is Planar Cleansing will become Austere Command.
Storm Herd - i think you are right in considering playing this since it has synergy in multiple ways with your general
The deck was intended to be a powered down deck. But the group it was intended for is just far too casual (and whiny) for my tastes, so I'm aiming to up the decks powerlevel.
I think stormherd will find it's way in and I would like to run Well of Lost Dreams but this deck isn't focused on making life and only has a few ways it can make life. It would probably be better suited with Trostani as my general.

Nomads' Assembly and Parallel Evolution work pretty well in my token EDH. I also like Dual Nature, especially with Populate. You have to be careful though since the ability isn't a "may", so it might kill your legends.
P.S: Sweet alter. I'm currently working on a Celestia (Krond) vs. Nightmare Moon (Vela) themed duel deck. ;-)

I like Dual Nature. I do agree that the lack of 'may' in it's wording sucks a bit. But I think it might be worth a shot.

Okay, I seriously need to get a Fluttershy alter done for Mayael the Anima (both have "little" animal friends). She's the only one of my generals that really fits as a pony, I guess.

I have no personal experience with it, but I think Mass Polymorph could be fun in a token deck. 6 mana to put all (or at least most) creatures in your library on the battlefield sounds like a good time. To make it really shine, you'd probably Need more non-creature token makers.
On that note, The utter ridiculousness of Sensei's Divining Top makes it a staple in all EDH builds I do. If I had a dollar for every game I won because I had used the Top effectively, or lost because someone else did, I'd put my kid through college with them.
Another card that you may want to consider for this deck is Privileged Position since you already have Sterling Grove in the deck. You mentioned your meta are more into spot removal, so that add would seriously hamper their efforts toward you. Add Avacyn, Angel of Hope to that and watch them scoop when they realize the horror of what just happened. If they don't scoop, you can count on them all joining forces to figure out how to take you down, and without board wipe like Mutilate (and lots of swamps) available, you can sit back and watch them destroy each other.
I really like the deck and got some great ideas from it for a couple I am working on. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I'm not a fan of whiny players either. If you can't enjoy gameplay for what it is and have to win every time to have fun, EDH is not for you.

It is definitely a fun way to play tokens because Blue lets you do very different things.
As far as ramp goes in regards to getting more lands into play, Explosive Vegetation, Seek the Horizon and if you are playing with 3 or more players, Tempt with Discovery can be useful. Another decent one is Into the Wilds, especially with the synergy a Sensei's Divining Top adds.
On that note, The utter ridiculousness of Sensei's Divining Top makes it a staple in all EDH builds I do. If I had a dollar for every game I won because I had used the Top effectively, or lost because someone else did, I'd put my kid through college with them.
