Oh Deep-Sea Kraken how I enjoy the 2U Suspend cost, and every time someone casts a spell you draw ever so nearer to dropping, and the fact the you are Unblockable. It's nice having something I can beat on people when Arcum has taken the shaft. Should I drop him for more artifact creatures? yeah I probably should and will down the road.
Spincrusher may work better in Deep-Sea Kraken's place. I can either feed him to Arcum or use him the way he was designed and have an Indestructible Blocker
Rings of brighthearth doesn't just double arcum, it makes the deck insane. I have mana drain, force of will, mishra's workshop, and mana crypt in my arcum deck and I would take out any of them for rings. I'd almost take out all of them for rings. I also have power artifact and grim monolith, but this combo is vastly inferior to rings + basalt for one reason: power artifact is not tutorable by arcum. And I rarely have it in hand.
I avoid the forge + disk combo and I underplay my arcum deck a lot so my friends don't hate me, but things often go like this: I sit there looking defenseless with arcum and mana creatures in play. At the end of the last person's turn I sack something for rings, then on my turn I grab the monolith. I start by making infinite mana. Next depends on what I have in play:
(Keep in mind rings doubles nearly everything, and you have infinite mana)
-sensei's top lets me draw my entire deck and win the game.
-thousand year elixir will let me untap arcum twice, fetch mycosynth lattice, and then I will sacrifice arcum to himself and keep recasting him - emptying my library of artifacts and putting them on the battlefield.
-fetchlands fetch two islands.
-planar portal is game over. Grab any 2 cards - lets say one is voltaic key - it can untap planar portal twice, which means I use it twice more for a total of 6 demonic tutors.
- clock of omens is infinite untapping of artifacts. (tap the clock + basalt to untap something, then pay 2 with rings to untap the clock and 3 to untap the monolith)
- citanul flute grabs 2 creatures (karn and voltaic construct is cute with this. Filigree sages is too)
- planeswalker abilities are doubled. Tezzeret the seeker fetches two things, such as sensei's top plus well who cares because the top lets you draw 50 cards if you want to. Or you could fetch nevy disk + clock of omens or whatever.
- I don't use myr turbine (I like lifeline but the turbine is great too) but it will produce 2 tokens which can both be sacked for any number of infinite combos.
- there's numerous other interactions but I think you get the point.
As for affordable additions to your deck, I suggest:
***tezzeret the seeker
***rings of brighthearth
***basalt monolith (your deck will be 10x better after adding these 3 cards)
***phyrexian metamorph
**spine of ish sah (arcum fetches this for me constantly)
**sculpting steel
every 2 and 3 mana cost artifact creature that makes mana

transmute artifact (kinda pricey though)
voltaic key
clock of omens (there's countless interactions for this)
gilded lotus
seat of the synod
mishra's workshop - edit - oops, I meant mishra's factory :). The workshop is hardly affordable

Things to consider taking out:
nearly all of those 12 creatures in your creatures section.
archmage ascension
most of the artifacts between swiftfoot boots and mycosynth lattice, but not disk.
Both power artifact and grim monolith can be tutored with Muddle the Mixture , which is a good card on its own. In your list it also has snapcaster mage and spellskite as pretty good targets.
Sweet all those suggestions sound amazing I also am curious about Copper Gnomes the card seems useful to me but Im putting every artifact creature CMC 2-3 that taps for blue or colorless in my list as suggested first.
Now to make this list complete Ill need utility lands such as Maze of IthStrip MineWasteland ect. Those are somewhat expensive additions but the same thing goes for Mana Drain and Force of Will. I am actually considering dropping my enchantments entirely. I could keep Rhystic Study and throw in a Mind's Eye for more draw.
Yeah I see where that would be fun. You have lattice doing its thing than unwinding clock will Untap your own artifacts during each upkeep. It is a nice little control ability with Kill switch locking everyone else out of the game.

I have been having lots of fun with Possessed Portal. Sure it's an 8 mana artifact, and if it is in your opening hand or you draw into it sucks, but the ability to tutor out a staxx effect that permantely shuts off card draw for your opponent is awesome. Sometimes I have tinkered it out with Arcum, in response to someone casting a Sphinx's Revelation for 7.
If you pair it with Myr Turbine and Unwinding Clock, you can effectively lock your opponent out as you can pay the turn by turn cost of the portal, and your opponent will stripped of their hand and their board. Also double functions as a big artifact for Transmute Artifact so you can tinker out with Arcum, and then transmute it into a Blightsteel for some salt on the wound.

I play Legacy and Edh. So far standard is not interesting me. Legacy and Edh is just more interesting in my opinion. Also the non-rotating factor is a big plus.
