Sometimes you just can't avoid having bad late game cards. I'm never excited to have top deck an Arbor Elf but it's probably my favorite card to see in opening hand.
Flagship definitely can go in.
I could replace a forest with canyons, but I want to up to 35 lands.

They allow for turn two Omnath which is probably the best thing I can do on turn two.
I suppose I could test dropping one sometime next week when I get a chance to play. (haven't gotten to play this week)

In my experience, Omnath is the third-best turn 2 play in my own Omnath deck. The best, IMO, is simply Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary. He's just that powerful, and enables Omnath incredibly well.
However, I'd give the second-best turn 2 play to Magus of the Library. The incremental card advantage he can provide is really not to be underestimated, and the fact that he does so quite innocuously really makes him that much better. For some bizarre reason, no one notices him, but make no mistake, being able to draw an extra 4 cards without paying anything for them in the first 6 turns of the game WILL win you the game quite often, especially with a deck like Omnath that's quite adept at puking out his hand as it gets drawn.
That's not to discount Omnath as an awesome turn 2 play, he still is, very much so. However, the other two are simply a bit more back-breaking.
If your meta has a lot of LD (for some reason the super ramp decks always gets targeted, go figure?), you might want to consider Timber Protector, although it's probably better if Yeva is your general. I agree I would try to find room for Yeva, the flash is so clutch in a big mana deck.
If you want to be really mean, Omnath + Ritual of Subdual can lock everyone out of the game for awhile...
Edit: Looking again, you have so few activated artifacts I might even consider Null Rod.

My apologies, children, for I am afraid I cannot save you all.
finally, a green EDh that's not azuka(i keep beating it with Sharrum affinity/combo:D)
good job on onmath, much better azuka IMO, cuz onmath is a freaking win condition!!!!!! and he combos with skaarg goliath.
I personally think a tuned Omnath deck can be just as strong as Azuza. He's explosive and presents a win condition on his own. He also doesn't carry the stigma of Azuza so you don't receive hate as soon as you reveal your general which I think gives him an edge.

yeah, i would just reccomend to get ways to give him trample, i have played against it in a 1v1 tournament(finally got to play one. GREAT deck and great experience). awesome when fine tuned, the only drawback was that he had very little way to give him trample, so i chump blocked all day. azuka is also very easy to remove, where as a 100/100 onmath cannot be bolted
I've found that diluting your deck with subpar cards (whispersilk, Roushod Mentor, Bellowing Tanglewurm) just to get Omnath through is a bad idea. Even cards that are fairly good like Loxodon Warhammer aren't all that amazing. My goal for Omnath is a deck that doesn't run out of gas while others do. It's quick and is good early, mid and late (if it makes it) game. Omnath is not my main win condition although he is super strong.

THAT is how you run an onmath deck, BINGO!!!!!!
you can always win with a giant x spell though just in case always give him trample if he's your win con, not whispersilk, not as effective, i find.
but i wouldn't run Onmath as a win-con, just as a general that helps you kick butt. oh, and Rofellos, cuz he's not banned in a deck.
Anytime I draw half my deck (which is fairly often when I sac a 60/60 Omnath to Greater Good or Cast Soul's Majesty or any of my other 'draw alot' spells) my group always ask if I have hurricane in hand lol.

I can generally get a few points of damage in of my early drops and Omnath. Plus when I draw my deck I can play Momentous Fall and gain some life.
Though I have had situations where I couldn't cast Hurricane because I would die, but when you've got a huge grip of cards you have more options than just hurricane. Like Concordant Crossroads, Avenger of Zendikar, Craterhoof Behemoth. Or something else crazy.

Nice build and a beautiful alter
Just a few suggestions from my personal Omnath build
* you are looking for an alternative to Helvault... I use Avarice Totem as one of my favorite forms of removal (barring an opponents Homeward Path) especially when combined with Greater Good... Your cheap mana chumps are perfect targets for exchanging, along with any tokens lying around.
* speaking of tokens, I like using tokens with Omnath since they make guys like Craterhoof insane. I run Beacon Of Creation, Ant Queen, Garruks, and Avenger. This also lets me run Overwhelming Stampede and the amazing Skullclamp.
* I use Squall Line over Hurricane for the instant speed.
* Planar Portal is excellent and works well with Beacon Of Creation if you're stuck with no cards in hand and ten to fourteen mana laying around.
* How often does Praetor's Counsel work for you? I tried it for a while and I just never saw enough in the graveyard while it was in hand to make the cut. This would be an excellent drop for Planar Portal.

I'm using Predator Flagship in place of Helvault right now and I like the change. I see the benefits of Avarice Totem and I might try it sometime.
I run Avenger and the Garruks. I found Ant Queen to be incredibly underwhelming along with the Stampede type cards.
Forgot about Squall Line. I'll make that change.
I've been considering Plana Portal but Praetor's Council won't be the card I cut for it. I'd put Praetor's Council in the top 10 cards of my list. I love it.

i've seen some onmath decks play it, it's generally a softlock. it truly shines when you have cards that let you play extra land or ramp creatures(cuz onmath holds mana for you)
I'll find/buy one and try it out. I usually prefer to just beat face rather than locking them out. The best way to lock someone out is to kill them :).

Id say to only use that if you play in a meta with a lot of ramp. I don't think you're deck runs enough lands for that be very useful. If you were running asuza with like 50 lands then yes i would. What are your opinions of gyre sage? It can generate a lot of mana if evolved properly and can alternative beat face along side Omnath

Seems kind of lack luster when compared to rofellos. It could be an option though. I'll have to think about it. It would have to replace Lotus cobra and I think the cobra is better, so we'll have to see.
Two reasons I was considering Burgeoning.
1- Pretty good on turn 1. Lets me play turn two Omnath or something else.
2- Late game when I draw 20 cards, I sit with a bunch of lands in hand.
I do agree with my land count it won't be a super explosive card, but I think it might have an impact.

I'm really the only one who runs LD besides non-basic LD like ruination.
With all the three color decks here, Hall of Gemstone does a good job of that. Especially three color decks that are super reliant on their general.
