Faithless Looting (DKA SPOILED CARD) some great filter. Generally with this deck I need to just dig dig dig to the things I was looking for. Later on it can be great to ditch some lands into this and keep some power cards. Obviously it isn't even released yet but I already mostly know I want it in here.
Rest of your update was interesting and I will reply when more awake, but this addition appealed to me based on a game I had yesterday.
I had a pretty good draw with early Goblin Welder, Coalition Relic, Gamble for Myr Incubator (the guy even discarded my Anger, could not have been better) and then Chandra to dump hand for Welder to use. If this could be made more consistent, it could be very powerful.
I'm looking forward to this and more Innistrad too. On other changes, I was never fan of Hellkite and Chaos Warp may be legit, but All is Dust seems questionable, even if high in cost when replacing it with more control cards. Why the change in direction?

Unfortunately my philosophy for a mono red token based deck like this has always been that it needs to be sort of an all in for victory rather than trying to answer threats. Moving cards and ramping quickly have been key points that have resulted in my success within this deck to date.
The reason that I am thinking about cutting them is that I cannot reliably trade 1 for 1 with opponents threats. I want to focus on winning before they can and allow them to answer each other's threats as well. If I have a higher threat density and card drawing it allows me to quickly chain from threat to threat. I just dont see the CA / draw of mono red holding up to other colors for me to try to 1 for 1 opponents with removal and such.
Plus how good is it really to have 3 answers in a whole deck anyways? I would rather have more variety of threats instead. Something like Helm of Posession can be an answer and a threat which I like.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
Well with the unveiling of Moonveil Dragon and Pyreheart Wolf this deck is looking awesome, in fact, I'm considering changing my ashling monored control deck into this since the re-foiling effort should be rather minimal and this just looks like more fun.
I always love extra players playing Marton, however I should be honest with you on those two cards you listed above.
Generally speaking when I have Marton in play and I am swinging with him 2+ opponents are likely dying already. Due to this I run very little pump in addition to Marton. I think that both of those cards are very flavorful however in my own personal build the 2 spoiled new cards will likely not make my own list. I have on the other hand been strongly considering Jar of Eyeballs for this list. I figured I would just keep thinking about the cards though until the set is fully spoiled.
If you would like more information on my Marton though I would be more than happy to provide you with answers / more in depth information. It has been the only mono red deck I have ever been happy with but it is a blast to play.

I can see the appeal of jar of eyeballs, I think it'd be a good addition to any deck like this where there are a bunch of creatures dying all the time. I was curious why you decided to exclude Genesis Chamber? Is it because it's symmetrical and you don't want your opponents getting in on the tokeny goodness too?
I don't have nearly enough nontoken creatures coming into play. To be honest there are a lot of agro decks in my meta that would actually be producing more tokens than I would. A deck like Norin has a lot more activations to be had as the commander is constantly flickering in and out of play so Gaka gets a lot more use out of it in his list than I can here. This deck tries to go for overwhelming numbers and giving opponents blockers doesn't work well for doing that.
Also as a secondary I try to do more explosive token production. Genesis Chamber is sort of a tokens over time style which I am trying not to do. I have gone from almost nothing in play one turn to killing everyone the next turn several times with this deck. Marton Stromgald + Insurrection resolved is almost auto win here even with a very light board that is very deadly. Dont overlook that Insurrection grants haste as well so I have used that as my haste outlet before in the past lol it is great.
EDIT: Ohhh by the way I finally got around to casting Grip of Chaos last night in a 1v1 against Teferi. It was hilarious as he didnt have the counterspell. He forgot about it and tried to cast Capsize on Marton which flew randomly and hit Teferi!!! it was a riot and it cost him the game because he couldn't target my board. It works like a damn charm.
EDIT 2: I thought I would also mention that I currently have sort of a chopping block of cards that might be cut. I am waiting until the set finishes spoiling to really decide what I am going to do with them but currently it sits like this:
Steel Hellkite it hasnt been too useful for me yet and if someone were to steal / reanimate / bribery him out against me it would be bad to say the least. I havent really wanted to draw him yet so meh.
Meekstone a good tool but the fact that they get to swing at me and smash some face is still worrisome. It might stay as good lockout but I have found that between the two I prefer to draw Ensnaring Bridge to just stop them from swinging in the first place.
Chaos Warp good removal but I have found that I cannot afford to 1 for 1 opponents in this deck. I still like it for tucking commanders but I cant afford to use this on just random card. This deck just doesnt have the CA to keep up with doing that sort of thing.
All Is Dust same problem as with Chaos Warp. I cant tuck commanders with this either. I cant really remember a time where this has dug me out of an issue so meh.
Terrain Generator I think I have used this a whole of once... It is mana intensive to do and I dont really have the card draw to hold enough lands to do stuff like this. I had higher hopes for it but meh.
Homeward Path I go back and forth on this one. I dont really need this outside of someone stealing Steel Helkite / Kozilek or dropping an Insurrection. I think it could probably go for something else.
Once the spoilers are finished up I will go over the card options from the new set as well as what I was thinking about from older stuff.
EDIT 3:MiffedMoogle also has a good Marton list which can be found here if you want more ideas. Our lists are similar but we still run probably 15 or so cards different. I know he focuses a little less on forcing one big attack to finish everyone.
So I got another game in last night with the deck. My results sort of reiterated the things I wanted to change earlier.
I got Grip of Chaos into play in a 5 player game and it was hilarious. Niv Mizzet was pinging all over the place randomly. He hit himself twice and he hit Teysa's Tokens twice as well. It was really funny even though it only lasted like most of a turn rotation. I really really love grip of chaos as it just ****s with everything. This deck has so little targeting though that it doesn't hinder me much of at all. On top of that it takes an enchantment wrath to take it out usually.
The cards I listed earlier continue to be a bit problematic. I want to rotate them into something else soon here but I think I will wait until the end of the DKA spoiler before reviewing and deciding on anything with this list. I drew some of the removal spells I mentioned earlier and they were really sort of meh.
I managed to finish off the game last night with anger in my bin. I tutored into Goblin Welder off of the Matron to reanimate a Gauntlet of Power in response to a wrath to finish the game off with Marton + slamming my Myr Incubator and activating it for 19 dudes all haste off of literally a board of just Gauntlet of Power going in. The best part was I drew Insurrection for the draw the turn I won but there were like no creatures in play for me to bank it off of. It was a great plan B for if an answer came down on Marton there though.
Man I love this deck still. It is sort of a combo feeling deck but there are no infinites and technically you cant call it a combo but it is just as damn explosive as if it were combo.

Yeah, when it works well it does feel like combo, just not as consistent as many of them and winning in the red zone too. People are less angry at losing to incubator or Ib too I've noticed.
If you continue to have issue with some of the cards Burning Wish may be helpful? Several people in my area run Kaalia (and Iona), but I'm tempted to shift out All is Dust and relegate it to wish SB card.

Well time for my rundown on DKA. There actually are some cards worth considering in this list so I will give a nice little rundown on them.
Faithless Looting totally amazing card draw / filter. I love that this card can filter me 4 cards for 4 mana. Technically it is a loss of CA however with red I will give up a card to filter 4 anyday. I wish I had 3 more versions of this. I think this is probably at the top of my DKA list for going into this deck. This card works well with wheel effects as well as I can wheel with this in hand and still flash it back to filter some once I have used the wheel.
Hellrider ehhhhh he is sort of token based in theory however I dont use large numbers of tokens to do my attacking so I doubt it is something to really consider in here. I will have to update it to the Everything Token list though.
Pyreheart Wolf again this is sort of one of those creatures that works well with huge token armies which this deck doesnt really focus on. It is a cute effect but I dont think it is right for this deck. I dont know if it's effect is strong enough to really make it to EDH at all either... Interesting but doubtful that it will go anywhere.
Shattered Perception this is really sort of cool as it gives you 2 uses of a wheel type of effect. This type of effect is usually a one shot deal. I wonder if this will be better or worse than just having Incendiary Command which has more utility. I like the fact that this card gives 2 uses but I am unsure how well it would fit my deck.
Helvault this card is sort of cool as it can be reusable removal and or ways to store up some creatures during wrath and removal. The downside being I don't really have much for artifact hate in here. It is an interesting card for an answer light deck like this that tends to have lots of extra mana. I don't know if I would put it in the deck though as it costs so much mana to remove an opponents threat and I have few ways to pop it off myself if I am using it defensively.
Jar of Eyeballs some interesting card draw / filter options. I like that this can dig down deep as in this deck I am often looking for one big finisher effect. I might try to include this for some playtesting. I wish I had a little more creatures / token spawning to make it more effective but I want to see how it plays so I think I will see if I can make some room for it.
Havengul Fengraf random creature rez land... I think the random sort of kills this one but I dont know...
-----------------------------------
Overall it looks like I am most interested in just running some card draw / filter so I will probably try to include Faithless Looting and Jar of Eyeballs and see how they go. The other card options seem sort of meh. Not a great EDH set but whatever. I have a list of cards that I want to pull out of my list but I also need to go back through the cards I want to include that are not DKA and figure out what is going in / out of the list.

No problem. You might also look at MiffedMoogle's list as he runs his a bit different than I run mine.
It has been a blast to play this list though and I really love the flavor of Marton overall. It has been the only mono R commander that I have been able to keep playing.
Let me know if you have any questions or if you find some gems I might have overlooked.

Random I know, but may work. I love the deck! I am planning on playtesting it soon.
This is ISB's topic, but Yun Shao isn't neccesary to get through and you'll succeed despite them blocking normally, he is normally just a win-more condition to the final attack or so I found in my experience.

I agree with MiffedMoogle on this one. When I am pushing my final attack it is generally so huge that it kills everyone. I can only think of one time where I couldn't kill everyone when I went off big with Marton and that was because I was forced to do it preemptively to survive and it still killed 2 opponents without being a problem. I just left the easiest target to finish as the last guy and next turn ran him over.
If I did consider this guy for the deck I would be much more prone to running the new DKA guy that does the same thing with unearth.
I would say on average when I swing out with Marton I have at least 10/10 creatures swinging with him on average. I often have bigger. I think the last game I played with Marton I dropped and activated my Myr Incubator + dropped Marton with an Anger in play to swing out with 20/20 myr tokens. (thank you gauntlet)

FWIW I was going through my cards and found Patron Of The Akki. It's more expensive than Marton but I think the 5/5 body may survive more attacks. And I like the art, but that's neither here nor there.

It would probably lead to a less explosive possibly goblin tribal loosly based sort of deck. It could work for a commander but usually I don't care if Marton dies because I have killed 1+ opponent if Marton is swinging.
It could be an interesting commander but at the same time I would encourage you to look at Homura, Human Ascendant who works a bit similarly but I think his buff is much more powerful.

Hellrider a consideration at all? I am not sure if he does enough but it certainly could server as a plan C if you get a bunch of tokens out. The problem might be that he isn't going to kill anyone with the damage, he is mostly going to piss people off and make them more aware of your "useless" tokens.

The problem is that this type of deck doesnt at all operate off of the usual keep putting pressure on style of agro. This deck literally just overkills everyone in one shot usually speaking. For my plan B's I have things like Kozilek and Vicious Shadows, Warp World, Insurrection and such.
I think he could be useful for a token based deck but probably one that isnt so much of an all in to kill everyone in one shot style of deck.

Ok I guess it is time to do some of the changes I have sort of been putting off. I have sort of been focusing on other decks and my standard green list of late so I have been sort of putting off these changes as well as still assessing what I need / dont need in the list currently. I still agree with my earlier statement that removal doesnt really deserve much of a spot in this list as I dont have the card draw / setup to really be able to reliably have it for what is needed and still be aggressive about trying to win. With that said here are the changes I think I am going to try out:
ADDS: Helm of Possession Whoooo theft. I really don't have much for theft and I like how this serves as a potential sac outlet for marton / tokens and what not as well as giving me some control and utility that my deck otherwise mostly lacks. I would really love to ride that titan bandwagon everyone else is on
Confusion in the Ranks another theft / chaos effect. I had so much fun with Grip of Chaos I wanted to try my luck with another chaos effect. My only real issue with this is that it screws with Marton fairly bad but I am assuming if this stays in play I will just be jacking things left and right... This could be bad against opposing token decks but it just looks sooooo fun. Gota give it a shot at least. Worst case it comes back out.
Incendiary Command versatility, card draw, anti opposition token hate, and land hate all in one. Seems good.
Faithless Looting probably the card from DKA I wanted to add to this list the most. It is card disadvantage tecnically but I would gladly give up 1 card and 4 mana in this list to dig / sculpt 4 cards in my hand.
Jar of Eyeballs it is a bit spendy and derives its value over time however I like that it can dig decently deep and it generates me some extra CA. Worth a try I suppose since I opened one anyways.
CUTS: Steel Hellkite I have yet to really ever use him in here and he is a liability for theft decks / rez decks to take him from me.
Thopter Assembly soooooooooooo slow. I had hoped to set up some fun times with this guy + Goblin Welder but I have yet to draw this guy and want to actually cast him.
Meekstone it works ok but they still get to swing and usually at me... I like Ensnaring Bridge more between the two of them.
Chaos Warp out of the removal it is probably my favorite but I am cutting them all I think. It is cheap and versatile but this deck isnt built to try to answer every threat out there. It is built to try to kill people efficiently. Lets let the answering things be left to others.
All Is Dust it has been sort of clunkey. I usually draw it and sit on it for some time hoping there will be a good situation for it. Sure it works on occasion but I want things I can push through faster and be more aggressive with. This isnt a control style of deck and things like this can be like missing a draw sometimes when you are getting close to going off.
-----------------------------------------------
I played a 3 player game with Marton this weekend against 2 other token decks just for fun. Hazazon got going quickly and Rhys and I sort of rose up and fought against him together. T&N into Terrastadon + Kiki Jiki is sort of a dick move though but it was funny as giving tokens to 2 token decks can get you killed. We ended up killing Hazazon together and Rhys took the blunt of the LD out of the deal for killing Kiki.
I kept my land count high and eventually kicked a Wheel of Fortune out when we were both low on cards in hand but I had a Mind's Eye in play so I opted to draw 13 cards off of the wheel I knew I would make out better due to my bigger draw + having like twice the lands so he played a few things and passed back to me. I dropped my Myr Incubator and passed activating it at the end of his turn for like 22 critters. From here on my turn I dropped Vicious Shadows + Goblin Bombardment for the game.
Anyways off to do the changes to the list and see how they pan out.
EDIT: hummm did the swaps in the OP decklist and I recounted the sections and came to 99 cards.... I will have to get to the bottom of what card isn't listed here... I wonder what it is..
I get impression running red chaos cards dilutes the deck as much as answers, but maybe for your meta it works.
Faithless Looting looks nice and maybe helm, but rest look too gimmicky. The consistency would be desirable for Jar, but it costs so much for what it does.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.
Weiss Schwarz Sets
Accel World, Angel Beats, Familiar of Zero, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Guilty Crown, Kill La Kill, Robotics;Notes, Sword Art Online.

Dangan Ronpa: Asahina, Togami.
Freezing: Vibration: Chiffon, Satelizer.
Vanguard Clans Favoured
Angel Feather, Dark Irregulars, Genesis, Neonecter, Pale Moon, Shadow Paladins, Tachikaze.
Confusion in the Ranks -> Relic of Progenitus I have needed to add some grave hate for a while now. This should be fairly nice as I have very little that really actively uses the grave and it cantrips off for cheap. I can move through it quickly without much of an issue which I like.
Jar of Eyeballs -> Squee, Goblin Nabob I have meant to give Squee a try for a bit now. He can give me chump blocks and pick up some value off of some of the filter effects that I am trying to pick up of late. He is fun with Skullclamp as well and just sort of nice to cycle around a bit. Squee opens up my goblin theme a bit more as well giving Moggcatcher / Goblin Matron more targets to tutor into.
I wanted to give Incendiary Command a try at the least though... I like the versatility and I usually run sort of a light board position in my version so the 2 dmg is actually nice vs other token decks.
EDIT: damn I forgot to check my list last night to see what I am missing...
Well I don't like the cut of the Chaos Warp, it's pinpoint removal that helps get Marton onto the board or to the attack phase.
You say you are cutting answers, but isn't adding Relic an answer in the form of graveyard hate? Certainly your current adds - Squee and Faithless Looting are graveyard based and Anger is certainly curtailed by this cut.

If you continue to have issue with some of the cards Burning Wish may be helpful? Several people in my area run Kaalia (and Iona), but I'm tempted to shift out All is Dust and relegate it to wish SB card.

Thanks again Rivenor! I am going to go put it up on the OP right now.
EDIT: it got me thinking that it would be really funny to get one of these made for Edric with a swarm of Zodiac Rabbits just mauling people.... man that would be classy.

ADDS:
Helm of Possession Whoooo theft.
CUTS:
Steel Hellkite I have yet to really ever use him in here and he is a liability for theft decks / rez decks to take him from me.

Faithless Looting looks nice and maybe helm, but rest look too gimmicky. The consistency would be desirable for Jar, but it costs so much for what it does.

You say you are cutting answers, but isn't adding Relic an answer in the form of graveyard hate? Certainly your current adds - Squee and Faithless Looting are graveyard based and Anger is certainly curtailed by this cut.
