Azusa flat out wins games the last game i played in paper was turn 1 mana crypt forest azusa bounceland forest turn 2 primval titan. She combos with crucible of worlds for instant win with walk the aeons ramps 2 a turn with crucible or strips instant refill off Damia if i somehow don't win off her first trigger. You almost always find a fetch land or can find one so holding azusa or crucible your first tutor is the other and then you get walk the aeons and win.
Birthing pod a tutor that gets me value every turn once i get one creature to land ill take it also this is one of reason i need malakir as my exsanguinate since body double is the only other 5 drop also pod into primetime > pod out to sheoldred after once swing if sheoldred boards you win the game. prime time gets phyrexian tower adn u bin him after rez to rune scar then runescar ever turn taking extra turns and time stretching into tooth and nail
trinket mage ramps mana sol ring mana vault mana crypt on creature body to pitch with surv or pod into my solemn or glen eleandra or meta morph that always at least ramps me 2 blue to pitch to fow its a good ramp in here
solemn simulacrum 4 drop for pod ramps a land and replaces himself easily mainly just the best 4 drop for pod i could think of i need a creature count high enough for pod and surv to work as good tutors in this deck
Body double is a great 5 target for pod gets back things i toss all my big boy gg creatures survival lets me bin consecrates rune scar clex w/e then drop it for 5 through body double and it always has a relvan target in general
Malakir Bloodwith is my exsanguinate witht he luxary of legs blcoks zur and kahlia in my meta can be tossed without a care since i can win goign infinte without her she just lets me winw ithout taking more turns and gets through anoying cards taht stall kill me with a mana crypt on board really shes a 4/4 flyer prot white heals you when she come sinto play not to mention being able to jsut single cast 1 rite of replication on her for 31 dmg to all and gain life ive never lost after that though not always "instant win" being my only hard 5 drop for pod that i want to play i need her soetimes to go to 6 since body double gains a new cmc in play
Sheoldred is a bomb she recurs witness with a sac infinitely for a lock with extra turns she wins me tha game by getting podded into form p titan and boarding once. she recurs all my etb and op creature for free and as a bonus she protects me int he process
Rite of replication is my kill card and makes my tooth and nail an instant win can do 5-6 infite loops makes runescar demon a broken tool to grab his own combo with inftite mana through ym isntat win tooth adn nail chain which is how i win more than 50% of my games and noramlly by turn 5-8
Increasing ambition powers through control deck to go off makes tooth and nail always an instant win just being in yard 4 and 5 mana for this and diablic are nothing when you run 17 mana accelrators and 12 tutors that can hit mana and 4-5 more cards usable for mana and parish paris Mulligan you just mulligan to mass mana hit 9 mana hti a tutor win you need ot hit multiple tutors and be able to guarantee instant win off damia trigger by chaining extra turns and tutors.
restock did i mention i make alot of mana gettgin 10 mana is easy by turn 5 that 2 extra turns back in my hand its broken good with intuition pretty much when looking at my cards you need to know my deck is curved fine and its ****ing fast id never waste a slot on a ponder over a demonic tutor when T1 i want mana crypt exploration sol ring mana vault or a dmeonic tutor for 1. my first game i played yesterday was turn 2 diabolic tutor for gilded lotus turn 3 gilded lotus passing holding a hinder turn 4 increasing ambition for tooth and nail adn with it in bin the land i top decked made my 9 mana for a easy turn 5 win if i play with the "speed" of card selection in a 100 card deck thats dedicated to combo is actually slows me down.
Walk the Aeons- I would play this card for 6 whit no buyback all day long time warps are that good in this deck they take any game i would wina dn accelerate my win by 1-2 turns at worst its a explore for 0 i will walys get 6 mana normally turn 2-4 and im not afraid to use my warps as a free explore but this one is ifnte with crucible azsua and well i play alot fo recursion to play wit myself all say while my enemies watch
All is Dust - takes care of prblems no other card in my metgame can i only run 3 wraths this is fatty one hit artifacts and enchantments remember im a tutor deck and i run almost no removal this gets it all even the kahlias iona + restoration angel bull****sz its awesome and ti doesnt hit any of the many mana rocks i play like deed does

Blue Sun's Zenith /stroke of genious - i rarely pass turn with mana open unless im trying to mana drain something to go off or just drew all my good counters in one hand or something adn to be honest i when i get this much mana ive either already won or will just drop damia and win its not good in this list
burg - i have enough of these effects and this is worse than all of them exploration is better with extra turns for sure and azsua is better than both

natures lore possibly better than sakura but my pod and surv are delicately balanced slight tweak rarely will matter i always get the mana i need i can almost always cast everything in my hand by turn 4 unless it reads "iwin"
Orcale is actauly probly a beast in here but i have some aversion to showing my opponent my cards they team me enough already

Sylvan lib - i dunno i dont have one i hav enough of this effect i dont run oracle or much that i need the top deck stuff for its just fast cheap card advantage to me but i win with like no life left alot i mean my games are like i instant win on turn 7 with 3 life left that's my meta i don't need it might be better than something
Now phantasmal image is card ive considered clex i like way better i hard cast him by turn 4-5 all day and hes gross out fo combo he also lets my isntant win with like 4-5 lands in play not just 7 but i really have considered using both

i had leyline it was a luck land it was good in opening hand not worth the mana any time else i tap out and i tap out hard i pass with open mana 1-2 times a game to steal tempo and go off the next turn my average game in my meta is maybe 5-12 turns normally around 10 yet again ironically i dot run enough instants for this card
Pact - ok this could be good i hate adding mroe control but this one fits the bill it protects my combo i can use it when i need to tap out its suprizing i actually think i may add another counter if i can think of a slot to open up hmm yea this a the best suggestion yet
counterspell and void-slime don't do enough or me hinder was pushing it and it nuters the zur player
evacuation seedborn teferi -- this deck is not the typical pass go damia these cards don't have the synergy in the list i run to work id love to run them and i have been known to bribe myself a muse when i really need it but they dont help me combo lol

Fast Damia decks are effective, but I don't know if Damia has to be strictly fast in order to qualify as competitive. It occurs to me that racing to combo out with Mimeoplasm might be more ideal. Not to say that Damia shouldn't be played fast, but controlling the board state and forcing longer games, (like I do), seems to work just as well.
I don't have a Scroll Rack because I waited too long to pick another one up. Racks spiked in value overnight due to a mad race for legacy players to break it with the miracle mechanic. I do have one in Mayael, and it combos beautifully.
As for some of the card evaluations, I run Seedborn and Evacuation but I strive to force longer games where these spells tend to shine. The assessments are pretty spot on. The only spell I see discussed that I think is bonkers good is Sylvan Library. I LOVE that card. The life loss to draw cards is pretty risky though since Damia has so few blockers. That's where No Mercy, Evacuation, Baleful Strix, instant speed spot removal, and instant speed wrath enablers like Orrery and Refuge come in handy.
As for the combo, since I don't ramp I like Image better than Vorinclex/Metamorph. I found that method just a tad clunky and easier for opponents to disrupt.
Yea your deck sound exactly like mine I've won turn 2 sort if before but It was mana crypt Azusa mystic remora t1 t2 thran dynamo time warp turn 3 tooth and nail turn 2. The list look pretty similar I have more combo cards by a few slots you have more control let's convince these other guys cuttin sol ring is not great and crypt is broken . My deck goldfishes before turn 6 but I tend to eat counterspells every game from zur and strangle hold blood moon aven mindscensor type crap from kahlia . The ither spike player plays a list more control like yours tends to keep up with me but not finish the game. I like being able to go off turn 6 7 8 and 9 eventually winning than tuning my deck to go off by 4 all the time or something with zur running like 17 counterspells I just can't do it without getting a good hand to drop primeval For boseuju.

Indeed they play quite differently. Turns out Damia is very dynamic. There are a lot of "good stuff" staples in the shell that make the few popular deck lists here appear to be very similar. However, experience in piloting different variants of Damia has shown me that by changing 10-15 spells, the deck will play very, very different. Tempo, timing, game state, etc. All these elements shift considerably. That is true testament of how relevant and influential this commander is at any given table.
O yea and I forgot rav bounce lands last night they let you combo turns faster off primeval and are great with exploration or Azusa as well as just putting 2 mana in 1 slot I play almost no other citp lands but vesuva and boseiju. They are 100% worth it to me for the offensive power also bouncing a strip mine or any other important land to hand with prime time lets you use it right away except boseiju.

All is Dust is very meh if your playgroup hasn't discovered Avacyn and Privileged Position. Mine has. Wish I could rely on Deed, Stone, and Damnation. (Still think Evacuation is boss though. Saves me all the time.)
As for the bounce lands, they rock with cycle lands, Halimar Depths, and Bog. I cut them though because they slowed me down and it really did hurt when they got Strip Mine'd..
10 Golgari Rot Farm - Crap, these lands are crap. I have tested them and they win me WAY more games than they even slow me down they are fine

You actually have to have lands in your hand for Azusa to eject. Seems good with Life from the Loam and Crucible and 9 fetchlands.....looking at this deck's land, that isn't happening. The synergy just isn't fully there. But could be. She isn't terrible, but is a bad topdeck, and not all that great in a starting hand in this list, which is why I'm giving it the thumbs down. Oracle is the best. It's pretty good alongside Necro, I see that's in here.
Signets and the Talisman are so good. Colorfixing and allow you to blow people out with Sunder and Deathcloud. They ramp on 2. They survive Armageddon effects and allow you to play spells with color in them.
Why run exotic orchard and take a chance when you can run something that works everytime?
Mystic Remora is pretty cool and can net some serious CA, I agree, but I love consistancy. Good players can just play around it. And this is supposed to be competitive.
Slime is probably going back in my list, but a T3 shaman can take a dump all over someone's Thran Dynamo, Crucible, Sol Ring, B pod, Mimic Vat, etc. It stops people who are all in early on an artifact, or are about to get some serious value out of something. I find it very good. AND you can always pitch it to Survival of the Fittest.
As for my 2CC and 3CC clones and 2CC and 3CC reanimation spells. That's just value. They are some of the top tier spells in all of EDH. GOOD STUFF ALL THE WAY.
Monix, your deck's high curve cards that don't do anything when they ETB gets blown out by Devestation Tide bro. Especially the creatures. If you're getting Vorinclex with T&N, you're doing it wrong. Woodfall Primus actually does something before it gets removed. The arguement, "if it boards" isn't good enough.

Yeah, I'm not sure about it here, but in my build I ALWAYS have lands in my hand. Drawing extra cards is priority number one, and she is my one and only form of mana acceleration, (outside of stealing, clone, twincast, and reanimation effects).

Because mana fixing lands that come into play untapped are too few. Maybe if I had the original duals to bolster the base. I don't. If I was playing competitive I would though. It's a rainbow land in my playgroup.

I run 8 fetches and I don't think that's too few it's worked fine Azusa is almost never a dead card. This deck is built for partial mulls it loves them. The larger mana rocks let me win faster than signets for sure. I've played woodfall and mimic var before clex and shard are leaps and bounds better in this list. The synergy of my good stuff is more important than how good the stuff is. It's a well tuned deck if I cast t+n I win that's it do how I finsh doesn't really matters even with key cards gone a resolved t+n is game over. You can only play around remora if you do creature strat and even then if you just pass slows game down for my higher curve win win . Like u said I know oracle is good I just hate showing my cards to opponents i know it should be in this list but honestly that ones just not my style

The reason i play Damia is cause the deck is too fast and i run out of hand too quickly so I need her to refill it.

Snapcaster I think is way better in your list I live the card and like seedborn muse in jealous I can't abuse it in the current list but I haven't testers it long it's been good and bad I think the curve of my sorc/ instant really hurts him and I really like pact more I think about it and like my other slots better I can't cut a mana or tutor slot

With tooth and nail this hold true for any tutor recursion or combo card in my hand i already have like 20 out for this a resolved t+N in my deck at 9 almost always wins if im at 10-11 it always wins period. Look at the cards i can snap back i don't have enough they cost too much to play just flashback i don't like to rfg my time warps. i dont have the instants to make his flash even very relevant the only time hes been a boss is when i get to mana drain twice and that alone is not consistent enough for me when his versitilaty doesn't kick in until im already at game winning mana and not wanting to waste 2 more to replay much other than a exploring time warp or to bolster my tutor count. After you suggested pact of negation and nature's lore i stewed on those cards and they are far better fits for this deck and my meta game and i like this change for now

Problem is that my mana base is already intense as is so I cant fit them into the list. And as for stolen creatures I play Homward Path. Exile is still a problem though.
I'm considering some massive overhaul to this list after talking with the best player at my local shop about my deck and he suggested some changes just as we were leaving the shop and made some really good arguments I didn't agree with everything but he convinced me some cards need to go.

Azusa flat out wins games the last game i played in paper was turn 1 mana crypt forest azusa bounceland forest turn 2 primval titan. She combos with crucible of worlds for instant win with walk the aeons ramps 2 a turn with crucible or strips instant refill off Damia if i somehow don't win off her first trigger. You almost always find a fetch land or can find one so holding azusa or crucible your first tutor is the other and then you get walk the aeons and win.
Birthing pod a tutor that gets me value every turn once i get one creature to land ill take it also this is one of reason i need malakir as my exsanguinate since body double is the only other 5 drop also pod into primetime > pod out to sheoldred after once swing if sheoldred boards you win the game. prime time gets phyrexian tower adn u bin him after rez to rune scar then runescar ever turn taking extra turns and time stretching into tooth and nail
trinket mage ramps mana sol ring mana vault mana crypt on creature body to pitch with surv or pod into my solemn or glen eleandra or meta morph that always at least ramps me 2 blue to pitch to fow its a good ramp in here
solemn simulacrum 4 drop for pod ramps a land and replaces himself easily mainly just the best 4 drop for pod i could think of i need a creature count high enough for pod and surv to work as good tutors in this deck
Body double is a great 5 target for pod gets back things i toss all my big boy gg creatures survival lets me bin consecrates rune scar clex w/e then drop it for 5 through body double and it always has a relvan target in general
Malakir Bloodwith is my exsanguinate witht he luxary of legs blcoks zur and kahlia in my meta can be tossed without a care since i can win goign infinte without her she just lets me winw ithout taking more turns and gets through anoying cards taht stall kill me with a mana crypt on board really shes a 4/4 flyer prot white heals you when she come sinto play not to mention being able to jsut single cast 1 rite of replication on her for 31 dmg to all and gain life ive never lost after that though not always "instant win" being my only hard 5 drop for pod that i want to play i need her soetimes to go to 6 since body double gains a new cmc in play
Sheoldred is a bomb she recurs witness with a sac infinitely for a lock with extra turns she wins me tha game by getting podded into form p titan and boarding once. she recurs all my etb and op creature for free and as a bonus she protects me int he process
Rite of replication is my kill card and makes my tooth and nail an instant win can do 5-6 infite loops makes runescar demon a broken tool to grab his own combo with inftite mana through ym isntat win tooth adn nail chain which is how i win more than 50% of my games and noramlly by turn 5-8
Increasing ambition powers through control deck to go off makes tooth and nail always an instant win just being in yard 4 and 5 mana for this and diablic are nothing when you run 17 mana accelrators and 12 tutors that can hit mana and 4-5 more cards usable for mana and parish paris Mulligan you just mulligan to mass mana hit 9 mana hti a tutor win you need ot hit multiple tutors and be able to guarantee instant win off damia trigger by chaining extra turns and tutors.
restock did i mention i make alot of mana gettgin 10 mana is easy by turn 5 that 2 extra turns back in my hand its broken good with intuition pretty much when looking at my cards you need to know my deck is curved fine and its ****ing fast id never waste a slot on a ponder over a demonic tutor when T1 i want mana crypt exploration sol ring mana vault or a dmeonic tutor for 1. my first game i played yesterday was turn 2 diabolic tutor for gilded lotus turn 3 gilded lotus passing holding a hinder turn 4 increasing ambition for tooth and nail adn with it in bin the land i top decked made my 9 mana for a easy turn 5 win if i play with the "speed" of card selection in a 100 card deck thats dedicated to combo is actually slows me down.
Walk the Aeons- I would play this card for 6 whit no buyback all day long time warps are that good in this deck they take any game i would wina dn accelerate my win by 1-2 turns at worst its a explore for 0 i will walys get 6 mana normally turn 2-4 and im not afraid to use my warps as a free explore but this one is ifnte with crucible azsua and well i play alot fo recursion to play wit myself all say while my enemies watch
All is Dust - takes care of prblems no other card in my metgame can i only run 3 wraths this is fatty one hit artifacts and enchantments remember im a tutor deck and i run almost no removal this gets it all even the kahlias iona + restoration angel bull****sz its awesome and ti doesnt hit any of the many mana rocks i play like deed does

burg - i have enough of these effects and this is worse than all of them exploration is better with extra turns for sure and azsua is better than both
I have mystical tutor derp
natures lore possibly better than sakura but my pod and surv are delicately balanced slight tweak rarely will matter i always get the mana i need i can almost always cast everything in my hand by turn 4 unless it reads "iwin"
Orcale is actauly probly a beast in here but i have some aversion to showing my opponent my cards they team me enough already
SDT- i hate this card it wast my mana it waste my time and tbh its just a bad scroll rack to me i don't have a real curve i ramp
Sylvan lib - i dunno i dont have one i hav enough of this effect i dont run oracle or much that i need the top deck stuff for its just fast cheap card advantage to me but i win with like no life left alot i mean my games are like i instant win on turn 7 with 3 life left that's my meta i don't need it might be better than something
Now phantasmal image is card ive considered clex i like way better i hard cast him by turn 4-5 all day and hes gross out fo combo he also lets my isntant win with like 4-5 lands in play not just 7 but i really have considered using both

i had leyline it was a luck land it was good in opening hand not worth the mana any time else i tap out and i tap out hard i pass with open mana 1-2 times a game to steal tempo and go off the next turn my average game in my meta is maybe 5-12 turns normally around 10 yet again ironically i dot run enough instants for this card
Pact - ok this could be good i hate adding mroe control but this one fits the bill it protects my combo i can use it when i need to tap out its suprizing i actually think i may add another counter if i can think of a slot to open up hmm yea this a the best suggestion yet
counterspell and void-slime don't do enough or me hinder was pushing it and it nuters the zur player
evacuation seedborn teferi -- this deck is not the typical pass go damia these cards don't have the synergy in the list i run to work id love to run them and i have been known to bribe myself a muse when i really need it but they dont help me combo lol

T1:Tropical Island, Mana Crypt, Nature's Lore for Bayou, Demonic Tutor for Sol Ring.
T2:Polluted Delta for Underground Sea, Sol Ring, Primeval Titan for Watery Grave and Breeding Pool.
T3:Attack with Prime Time to get Overgrown Tomb and Sunken Ruins, Entwine Tooth and Nail for Vorinclex and Palincron for inf mana, Cast Sphinx of Magosi draw untill i hit Exsanguinate and cast it for 100.
This took and epic god hand and some really sweet draws but it was awesome.
On a side note I have also been thinking of cutting Decree but I dont know what to replace it with. Scroll Rack Maybe?

I don't have a Scroll Rack because I waited too long to pick another one up. Racks spiked in value overnight due to a mad race for legacy players to break it with the miracle mechanic. I do have one in Mayael, and it combos beautifully.
As for some of the card evaluations, I run Seedborn and Evacuation but I strive to force longer games where these spells tend to shine. The assessments are pretty spot on. The only spell I see discussed that I think is bonkers good is Sylvan Library. I LOVE that card. The life loss to draw cards is pretty risky though since Damia has so few blockers. That's where No Mercy, Evacuation, Baleful Strix, instant speed spot removal, and instant speed wrath enablers like Orrery and Refuge come in handy.
As for the combo, since I don't ramp I like Image better than Vorinclex/Metamorph. I found that method just a tad clunky and easier for opponents to disrupt.

Indeed they play quite differently. Turns out Damia is very dynamic. There are a lot of "good stuff" staples in the shell that make the few popular deck lists here appear to be very similar. However, experience in piloting different variants of Damia has shown me that by changing 10-15 spells, the deck will play very, very different. Tempo, timing, game state, etc. All these elements shift considerably. That is true testament of how relevant and influential this commander is at any given table.

Mystic Remora is proving pretty strong. Give it a whirl.
You play Viridian Shaman with reanimation and clone, I'll play Maelstrom Pulse (Beast Within & Putrefy too) with Snapcaster, Regrowth + lots of other spell recursion. No worries.
(and seriously, if you are playing reanimate/clone tactics, why play Shaman over Wickerbough Elder, or even over Slime or Stomphowler? Just curious.)
All is Dust is very meh if your playgroup hasn't discovered Avacyn and Privileged Position. Mine has. Wish I could rely on Deed, Stone, and Damnation. (Still think Evacuation is boss though. Saves me all the time.)
As for the bounce lands, they rock with cycle lands, Halimar Depths, and Bog. I cut them though because they slowed me down and it really did hurt when they got Strip Mine'd..

You actually have to have lands in your hand for Azusa to eject. Seems good with Life from the Loam and Crucible and 9 fetchlands.....looking at this deck's land, that isn't happening. The synergy just isn't fully there. But could be. She isn't terrible, but is a bad topdeck, and not all that great in a starting hand in this list, which is why I'm giving it the thumbs down. Oracle is the best. It's pretty good alongside Necro, I see that's in here.
Signets and the Talisman are so good. Colorfixing and allow you to blow people out with Sunder and Deathcloud. They ramp on 2. They survive Armageddon effects and allow you to play spells with color in them.
Why run exotic orchard and take a chance when you can run something that works everytime?
Mystic Remora is pretty cool and can net some serious CA, I agree, but I love consistancy. Good players can just play around it. And this is supposed to be competitive.
Slime is probably going back in my list, but a T3 shaman can take a dump all over someone's Thran Dynamo, Crucible, Sol Ring, B pod, Mimic Vat, etc. It stops people who are all in early on an artifact, or are about to get some serious value out of something. I find it very good. AND you can always pitch it to Survival of the Fittest.
As for my 2CC and 3CC clones and 2CC and 3CC reanimation spells. That's just value. They are some of the top tier spells in all of EDH. GOOD STUFF ALL THE WAY.

Monix, your deck's high curve cards that don't do anything when they ETB gets blown out by Devestation Tide bro. Especially the creatures. If you're getting Vorinclex with T&N, you're doing it wrong. Woodfall Primus actually does something before it gets removed. The arguement, "if it boards" isn't good enough.
Nim Death mantle and Mimic Vat I feel are better than Crystal Shard.
Yeah, I'm not sure about it here, but in my build I ALWAYS have lands in my hand. Drawing extra cards is priority number one, and she is my one and only form of mana acceleration, (outside of stealing, clone, twincast, and reanimation effects).
Because mana fixing lands that come into play untapped are too few. Maybe if I had the original duals to bolster the base. I don't. If I was playing competitive I would though. It's a rainbow land in my playgroup.

Don't cut snapcaster. It's too good with Pact and after a TaN for inf mana so you can flash it back
The reason i play Damia is cause the deck is too fast and i run out of hand too quickly so I need her to refill it.
and to Secularon, Nim Deathmantle and Mimic Vat require the creature you want to re-etb to die. Crystal Shard does not. It's not in there to save a dying creature it's in there to re-force etb triggers and also the occasional "Oh you tapped out for that bomb? Pick it up please" shenanigans.

With tooth and nail this hold true for any tutor recursion or combo card in my hand i already have like 20 out for this a resolved t+N in my deck at 9 almost always wins if im at 10-11 it always wins period. Look at the cards i can snap back i don't have enough they cost too much to play just flashback i don't like to rfg my time warps. i dont have the instants to make his flash even very relevant the only time hes been a boss is when i get to mana drain twice and that alone is not consistent enough for me when his versitilaty doesn't kick in until im already at game winning mana and not wanting to waste 2 more to replay much other than a exploring time warp or to bolster my tutor count. After you suggested pact of negation and nature's lore i stewed on those cards and they are far better fits for this deck and my meta game and i like this change for now

If someone taps out to play a bomb with Crystal Shard on the table, chances are you aren't playing against a competitive meta.
You play Nim Death Mantle alongside High Market, Phyrexian Tower, and Diamond Valley. Sac to the land, attached the creature to Nim Death Mantle. It's better than shard as you can wait until EOT, activates at instant speed, and you don't have to recast big creatures for more mana at sorcery speed.
Those lands can also protect your creatures from getting exiled or stolen, land drops can't be countered, and are last on the list to get spot removed.
Problem is that my mana base is already intense as is so I cant fit them into the list. And as for stolen creatures I play Homward Path. Exile is still a problem though.

He also said the other tezz is also playable
And he said my intuition should always win the game but ge needed to think about it
