In making your suggestions know that I am very attached to these cards and almost all of them are foil at this point so im hard to convince but im always looking for improvements maybe ill try the primer thing and explain the deck later to help in this process, but it is a well tuned deck

The only "big" thing I see is your mana base. I don't really like the Vivids or the Rav Bounce lands. I would run Filter lands (Flooded Grove e.ct.) and M10 Duals (Drowned Catacomb, e.ct.) instead.

Also, my personal bias says to run more counterspells.

since you're not running counter spells, Teferi, mage of Zhalfir will make a nice addition.

As far as lands go the deck likes bounce lands for Azusa / primeval etc and at only 36 i feel I'd have to go to at least 37 which may not be bad I want to cut eventual 2 basic lands the 2 basic fetches and 3 vivids and get the 2 missing dual lands 2 missing filters and 3 single color fechts like marsh flats scalding and windswept. With those land changes I'll also probly get mana crpy and cut cultivate for it. I did run more counters but the only ones I really like are spell crumple and counterspell off I added a counter it would probly be a2nd tuck I play vs zur and kahlia alot. I've ran seedborn Leyline online with great success but this deck currently runs like 8 instant mostly 1 mana tutor or the counters Leyline is awesome in this deck online in testing do far the instant wraths and Damia cast b4 my turn is prett gross. The more I think about it the more I like that suggestion best so far.... Question is do I find my weakest card a make a slot or package it with NYSE and other synergy I don't know. The test version online did not use infinite turn combos and looked to abuse pod more and living death incite loop mikaeus etc. now that deck has some crazy plays ands it very fun but as far as raw power and win% the deck with the xtra turns crushes it. I dunno Leyline intrigues me but what in my deck is weaker right now . I can't cut any mana the balence is good if not 1-2 cards to low. Cards I could see cutting industr for temporal mastery and the suggestion I get here are most likely ( mimic vat , rhystic study , fabricate , skullclamp,) this mainly metagame the best mimic vat targets tend to ve my own and I love the card just the least necessary. Fabricate is a weak tutor lategame and I have alot of tutors I could cut 1 either fan diabolic or ambition they are all good though. Study and clamp can both be crazy nuts and win me games single handedly but sometimes they sit there and do nothing and rhystic is amazing opening hand but horrible draw

My opinion on Mimic Vat is, When it does something, its absolutely amazing. However, it does not do something often enough for me to be playing it.

I had it in my Damia build for a while, but it just didn't do enough work for me. If you are going to cut something for Leyline, I would recommend that.

Thank you so much for showing me an incredible land i had not seen its good for clique as well might cut one land not sure which at present to cut may pick that up when i pick up my other duals and see how it does with a slightly better mana base behind it im at a very delicate point at taking colorless lands at this point. On malakir bloodwitch this card is "exsanguinate" in my deck its my normal T+N finisher and more importantly only 14 mana combo with replication and goes through the zur players beloved solitary confinement i can die silliness he likes to try for some reason. Also she is better than exsanguinte vs zur and Kahlia being a 4/4 flying prot white that i can easily birthing pod chain up to replication for a 9 mana win goign through p titan to rune but i have multiple win paths through birthing pod that just one. ill now describe my T+N combo(s) one of the quickest way to win in this deck is tooth and nail combo if you have 7 lands or more lands (rare but you can pull it off with 4 sometimes :P) my version of combo has been same since they day i saw rune-scarred spoiled rite of replication. plainchron witness> clex metamorph>infite mana on morph from chron then copy witness for t+N 3 for rune scar anyway with 9 mana (5lands 4 with bounce) you can combo out. You normally need about 11 mana and 7 lands or at least 9 mana and another combo piece in hand. but now you have infinite mana infinite tutors (my fav way to win games all formats) vie rune-scared garbing witness and you having replication you can win any way you want. I have been able loop him with 4 lands no doubles. One game I won on turn 4 with it before on t3 with vamp tutor mana drain and regrowth and a land and irrelevant things though i had mana in play to cast drain and tutor. The zur player did sol ring >thran> >SUNDERING TITAN he cackles this noob put it in his zur deck just to "try" to grief. My response " you lose" mana drain > Vamp tutor Tooth and nail> tap out for 12 Cast floating 3 clex chron regrowth on t+N floating 1 tap for 8 T+N > Metamorph (chron) + runescar now at 8 man > loop with meta 2 damage per loop 19 times to get 18 +8 from before on last bounce use him on rune-scarred -8 mana now at 18 mana > use the copy of rune scar to tutor witness kick replication on palinchron cost 9 mana to get you 8x5 40 mana netting me +31 im not at 49 mana kick replication on witness to get replication then kick it on witness to get back tooth and nail regrowth (itself)replication mana drain now at 37 mana T+N for 9 now at 26 malkir and it doesn't matter replication on malakir regrowth replication on malakir with 6 mana to spare gg good sirs all you life belong to me. I am sure at almost any point in time i could have grabbed time stretch and made this lot easier but dude its a t4 crit couldn't pass up that chance and the fact that it worked amazed even me. So yea i have running malakir replication since i drafted the combo in my VERY FIRST zen draft and it has literally never failed to impress me, the card has been an absolute all star and if i have 3 mana in untapped lands don't play sundering titan to try to kill me shock lands t3 karma might just ***** slap you when you **** with damia

anyway wow i was on a tangent their explaing how i combed that one game lol before i even saw your response while i was in car i was thinking about testing the deck as it currently is with 2 changes one of my own that could be brokenly good or a waste of a slot we will see i want to push the limits of the birthing pod abuse to new levels

Sadistic Hypnotist as well as Leyline of Anticipation
im cutting mimic vat and rhsytic study currently to test these as i feel these two cards are the least consistent in the deck and not things i want to see any time other than my opening hand in most cases and leyline has been absolutely gross in opening hand online. still cant bring myself to cut anything else for seedborn muse and teferi is ok but my 5 drops getting too crowded and hes not aggressive enough for me and still would get me a lot of aggro. on a side note im not afraid of control as much as agro/ combo the zur player has an amazing almost completely net decked zur but im almost postive he took a 1v1 list and he never tutors the right thing in most cases just does his silly u cant kill me ( but yes we really can and he knows it ?) so its kinda funny im not worried about instants. but back on topic again

i have high expectation i have a vision of birthing pod combing my way to mikaeus clique hypnotist and just drooling since all my friends hate puppeteer clique maybe because i scream his name when play him, in a child voice and make it sound like quick not clique that might why but they hated him before that but none of the use him i don't get it. anway i have a vision of isnta discarding everyones hand and cliqing every creature in their hands /yards back to play and 1 shoting someone maybe kahlia form losing her lovely's to end her misery he hates when i clique life's finale his iona lol and all it would take is birthing pod + a 3 drop to get >glen eldara >clique > mika then glento> hypnotist GG so that's like turn 7-8 gg for like 1 mana a turn past the pod + w/e . that and i didn't have a reusable sac outlet for mik and i could never sell myself on ashnods just for the mana

well I said id clean these up soon but i lied the same way i do to my wife about cleaning the house. Much like my house i just left u another huge mess of hunt and peck im not looking at screen garble, and im sorry but please keep suggestions coming Ive already been inspired and had a solid suggestion already also help me on cuts i find that harder and like blood-witch if you don know ask. id type more but i just typed a wall and im tired so its bed time thanks -moxnix;)

the thing about seedborn muse is that... if you have leyline of anticipation out, you basically have a turn every opponent's turn + your own.

so basically, you end your turn, untap all your mana/creatures or w/e else during your opponents upkeep and start casting things as soon as they do or at their end phase.

with damia refilling your hand every one of your upkeep, the mana would never go to waste.

and mimic vat, i like him for the fact that for i can use it for all of my creatures if someone killed them. (usually i destroy my own rune-scarred demon and then copy it with mimic vat. i now have a tutor card every turn not to mention a flying blocker for only 3 mana.)

mimic vat synergizes well with seedborn muse. same with avatar of woe, isochron scepter. its like, once you get seedborn muse out, you win the game unless your enemy can get rid of it.

another card you can consider is quicksilver amulet. this combos well with seedborn muse as well and all your big mana creatures cost 4 mana.

( i once played a game with this out and seedborn muse out and teferi, mage of zhalfir with leyline out aswell. i had sheoldred, whispering one, avatar of woe, and asceticism in my hand. all 4 of my opponents surrendered there after)

I'm well aware of the combo,muse just isn't good in my deck not without Leyline. If u could pod on other players turns I'd be tempted. I looked at your decklist she's broken for you but you run alot more instant and more direct synergy with her. I'm going out on limb testing hypnotist even he looks to weak out if combo the beauty of my deck is it tries to be a chi deck whose combo cards are op in Thier own right. Leyline alone without muse warrants testing due to it being gross in my deck for the same reason muse is not. See how testing goes because like u said there is a reason mimic bat is currently in the deck it's good

Played to games online and drew alot of hands irl sadistic hypnotist was pretty bad lol. Yea he just is only good for that one soft combo funny but I can't run him
Mimic car reclaims its spot Leyline continues to impress me it's about to take rhystic studies spot but I still need a slot for temporal mastery when it comes out so still need more tweaking

After further testing Leyline is in for now I tried muse I don't like her and to make her good I'd have to swap like 6-7 cards and it's not worth what I would have to give up. And would change the feel if the deck too much I play aggressive. I may be bias vecuase I kept getting Leyline openers but do far it's been broken good in this list

I found Exploration and Burgeoning amazing when I played Damia. You get to get all the lands out of your hand so you can draw more action. I see you're already running Azusa but these two are sweet as well, and less fragile. And what's with the lack of Forbid, Demonic Collusion and Insidious Dreams? They're all awesome with Damia.

Also with Mikaeus the old TnN for Palinchron + Witness -> TnN for Metamorph and Vorinclex -> win with Oona, Queen of the Fae (who is strangely missing from ur list while the rest are there) is no longer necessary, you can save slots and run Triskelion, which just wins the game with Mikaeus.

I agree with the Leyline addition. Vedalken Orrery is also sweet for some redundancy. And Seedborn Muse is only really worth it if you're running stuff like Oona, Geth, Lord of the Vault or Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief. And Malakir Bloodwitch seems random. I read your explanation and there are better cards for all the things you do with it.

No need for oona rube scar finishes the t+n combo. Malakir blood witch is 14 mana gg I already run repli I need the life loss effect fur zur anyway it kills both if Thier generals who attack to activate meaning they hit each other. Being a fortune that I can pod / survival/ recur is amazing . The whit protection blocks so many gay kahlia cards. I can't count the number of times I've won off that combo. Everytime I've shown Simeon my deck they say same thing but I've played enough to know in practice it's always good. I like Azusa vecuase she's a 3 drop for my pod and combos with crucible strip / fetch . I don't know if at 36 I can add another unless it's for like cultivate or something even then meh. I don't try to abuse Damia I cast her when my oppents wasted all Thier cards stoping my combo then a drop her abd combo the next turn. Keep in mind I can consistantly win by turn 7 in this deck. Damia is the panic button and disruption deterrent I don't get boped by an I crisis unless they see me tutor or something. I can start casting xtra turns t4 to dig for wins sometimes the deck is very fast but very delicate every cut effects alot of card and my fine tuned balence I never have mana problems the worst thing that really happens is counterspells or getting hard aggro while some plays counters . Pretty much I only lose to blue decks the more blue the worse if is moni blue can really hurt I dunno I might test exploration over cultivate to see how it runs I won't know if till I try it I really like how fast it is

+1 on the Exploration and Burgeoning suggestion. These cards are sick anywhere, Damia especially. With Sol Ring, Mana Vault and Mana Crypt on top, you have like 5 different ways to make 4+ mana on turn 2. And there are tons of things that win the game when they hit that early - Mindslicer, Black Braids, etc. Otherwise, you can continue to ramp until you can cast your general, possibly as early as T3. And when you drop Damia that early, her chances improve vastly of sticking around. Each opponent has seen only 10 or so cards, rather than 20+, so chances of them having spot removal are lower. Also, there are other threatening generals to contend with around T3, like Zur and Kaalia. Drop Damia, draw 4 or 5 on upkeep, play out the land you just drew two at a time, and suddenly you've played the same amount of land and drawn the same amount of cards as all the other players do in twice the amount of turns. It's like you cast Time Stretch once or twice without the janky combo.

This decks in a great place right now I've been winning almost every game online where I play + mana crypt + capture on jingzhou + grim tutor - decree of pain - cultivate - pernicious deed due to not having deed and having these 3 expensive ones I don't . Online I went 7 for 8 yesterday. When I played in my play group I win 3 out if 7 games we played so in liking where I'm at still looking to fine tune the online games have walk the aeons on my radar the extra turns are just amazing the more the better even at 6 + it's a win with Azusa crucible anyway don't know what I'd cut maybe the decree again it's just been alot better in my play group than online probly due to kahlia and Kiki jiki

+ walk the aeons I'd thought about it for awhile and in play testing if I got Azusa or crucible with a fetch my first tutor is the other and my second tutor is this for instant win so normaly it's not quite capture of jingzhou but sometimes it's even better and as good as decree was sometimes and even the best tutor target in specific situations it's high mana cost makes it the best cut for now I've got plenty of wraths still

Just watched the videos. My thoughts:

I would argue that she is equal to The Mimeoplasm for combo based decks-she works better with spell based combo, whereas Mim works better with creatures.

You have so many CitP tapped lands. Talk about tempo loss. I would consider more fetches and/or filter lands.

Are you planning on adding Alchemist's Refuge? What would you take out if you did? I would consider Leyline of Anticipation, it is more versatile.

Agreed that Azusa is amazing in foil-love mine!

Trygon Predator over Acidic slime? Slime is slower yes, but is more abusable in your deck (sac/recursion, or Crystal Shard). Or better yet, swap it with Terastadon so that you can lower your curve and not get blown out by an early Bribery.

You know...you kinda got me sold on Bloodwitch, I may have to try her out... I don't play Rite though so I will have to see.

How the heck did Jace live through that. What a bad player-not only is Jace just a normal threat, but he could have done away with the Mimeoplasm. Really really bad play on your opponent's part.

Your deck gets crapped on by GY hate. Does no one even play Bojuka Bog? I mean a single Withered Wretch would eat it for breakfast.

Additionally, with so few instant speed responses (counters/removal) your deck is dead to faster combo or could get stupid messed up by Stranglehold. I guess the real question is, what is your meta like?

For redundancy, I would try and fit in a Mnemonic Wall.

i have enough recursion that mnemonic wall is not on my list of add ins any time soon.

The suggestion i like most is one ive had before ive considered droping 3 vivid lands for the two missing good filters and a green only fetch and i think that will help the mana base out a little bit.

as far a gy hate and general cads this deck hates i face bojuka bog identity crisis iona stragnlehold mind twist lots of counter spells and i think maybe one shred memory im prety sure i traded whoever got the commander deck with ooze in it to trade to me for better cards just so i would not play against it though XD. this decks biggest weakness is relic of the progentius and jesters cap sadistic sacrament type spells if the person knows what they are doing a turn 1 dark ritual sadistic sac for like plainchron witness replication makes its a pain to win a kicked sadistic can almost be GG. the deck could probly run counter spell spell crumple and forbid quite easily but i dont mind only having a few counters i want to combo out as quickly and aggressively as possible. i like things like gel elendra just to counter counters while combo out and the like. In general i like to get more cards and keep playing stuff / trying to get it back than wasting cards to protect them. kahlia and zur and kikjiki and everyone on the board has something that can hose me but they normally don't seem to be a problem this deck is exceptional and having nothing on the board or in gy and seeing tapped out opponets turn 7-8 and saying gg so its not that bad the deck exile is worse than gy hate + most f them play return to dust swords to plowshares and other exile in first place they dont send alot of stuff to my gy they exile it i send stuff to my gy :). its also noteworthy that the other players be it kiki kahlia mormir vig ghave or zur they can all put threat to win turns a early as me . both kiki and khalia can one shot you out of nowhere in 1-2 turns zur can lock you out or counter soft lock you just as fast so normally the first round of removal goes to the them then i get to combo out with less hate left for damia

Do you ever actually use Damia? Seems like kinda a waste if you don't actually use her. I would play Mim if that is the case as he is usually far more effective the turn he comes into play.

If your opponent's are letting (tapping out) you win on turn 7-8 then yea, I guess the deck is quite good for your meta. I am not super certain how well it would hold up in faster metas.
