I'm actually really not sure the new Cackling Counterpart (Fated Infatuation) will make it here as UUU is actually pretty tough to accomplish when you want it to.
What I am going to do is replace Scion of Vitu-Ghazi with Conjurer's Closet. I think I've got enough Populate at this point and I really like the idea of not only blinking many creatures in this deck, but also permanently stealing things with Rubinia.
Lands really should be simplified, (meta-call of course) but a Back to Basics/Blood Moon would really ruin your playability... though sac-lands are practically a must. City of Shadows is probably my favorite, but Miren, the Moaning Well and High Market work great too. (lack of colors being a mild problem, as your land search seems light.)
As for the populate, I'd probably cut the weakest of them, that do little to nothing by themselves. Wake the Reflections does nothing if you draw it post-board wipe. Eyes in the Skies is almost as bad. Swapping for more land search would likely make the deck smoother.

Great advice Kokoro, thank you. Nonbasic hate wasn't a problem back in the day, but it has becoming more and more popular, and there's no excuse for a green deck to load itself with mediocre nonbasics. As luck would have it, I just dismantled another deck that freed up a High Market. I'll continue to keep an eye out for City of Shadows.
(As an update, I played at my LGS last night, to reinforce my stance) played a 4-player pod, Prossh (running ALL the good lands-Taiga, etc) got hit (with the rest of us) with a Jokulhaups. He played the red/blue fetch to try and get a mountain afterwords (mind you he drew like 25-30 cards off of Fecundity) and whiffed, because he was so light on even basics. My goal is usually a good 1/3-1/2 are basics if I'm running green, there is just sooo much available search, there isn't a reason not to.
Have you reconsidered using cards like Soul Foundry and Seance? With your blink subtheme it seems like you have enough good targets for one or both to be worthwhile.

Soul Foundry was in the first version of this deck, but it's just suuuuch a target. At least in my meta, if someone can 2-for-1 you with removal, they will. I've been trying Echo Chamber in its place as it's far less of a target, but usually finds good targets.
The deck wasn't originally quite so ETB focused, but as it's been going more in this direction, Seance is looking pretty alright again. Add to that, the sac clause is on Seance itself, not the creature (unlike Minion Reflector) so copies of the token will stay around. Echo Chamber still whiffs a bit so I'mma try Seance in its place.
I was wondering how come that you don’t play Deadeye Navigator , as it also can make creatures you steal your own permanently?
He does, although having to Soulbond with an opponent's creature in advance can be awkward, especially if said opponent has access to blue mana. This dude draws an awful lot of hate for tech that furthers two secondary deck goals (abusing my early dudes and teccing with Rubinia). However I would agree that the deck would probably better for having him in there somewhere.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I think that [Stolen Identity] can be ciphered on man land permanently (at least it was like that last time I checked), so putting simple Faerie Conclave could be awesome.
I wasn't aware of this tech. That's really interesting. I'm trying to keep the nonbasics to a minimum, but on the other hand, the faeries can also carry swords and sledges. Thanks for the suggestion. I think I'll give it a try.
I've already got Doubling Season's best bud Parallel Lives in here, and my opponents run a healthy amount of planeswalkers that I won't risk buffing.
As for your deck, it looks like you're running cards that benefit from hordes of creatures (Crafterhoof, Fecundity, Ascension) without many ways of actually generating gorillions of tokens (Meloku, Rhys, Pentavus, Battlesphere, Avenger (though Avenger is his own win con anyway), Luminarch, Heliod and Processor (though the last two are slow), so my count is six, which isn't really enough), so I would do away with the horde-based cards to free up some room. Besides, using populate to just make another myr or illusion isn't really worthwhile. I vote replacing them with more ramp or answers.

1 Moorland Haunt
1 Ghost Quarter
1 Sunpetal Grove
1 Vivid Grove
1 Vivid Creek
1 Graypelt Refuge
1 Glacial Fortress

High Market
More basics
I agree with you about Wake the Reflections. In order to balance the increased amount of basics, I've replaced it with Farhaven Elf 2.0.
I also realized Sylvan Primordial was still in there despite the ban. I'm gonna try Brutalizer Exarch in that slot.
