How does it play? It seems to me that you'd draw into ramp too often.
It has played great for me. The idea of drawing into ramp too often almost blows my mind I pretty much ALWAYS want more ramp. With tons of mana, all of the card draw effects are pure money, as well as Chainer. It also allows for me to force high-mana spells through counters by being able to play multiple big, must-counter spells per turn. There certainly have been harrowing reminders of the fragility of stone-based ramping, though. Had a board with Extraplanar Lens and Gauntlet get Vandal Blasted off. That was rough.
