The Mimeoplasm is definitely my favorite deck I own and play IRL. It seems most people in my area and playgroup prefer Damia over the Ooze when playing BUG, but being able to cast him once and win outweighs drawing cards every turn, in my opinion. In addition to the simple "Make big copies" strategy, I also run a couple of combos, back up plans to ensure victory, or to end a particular long game. But without further ado, the deck*:
Just a quick look at the decklist, but you should definitely replace Claws of Gix with Altar of Dementia. That card is an all-star in my The Mimeoplasm deck. I had to remove it because it was too good of a win condition and I can't help myself from abusing strong cards if they're in my deck haha.
I'm not sold on artifact lands in multiplayer non-pauper EDH...they're too much of a liability with all the misc board wipes running around your average game. The exception is if you're running a general that benefits from their inclusion (like arcum).
