Blue Clinging Anemones - Bah, Barnacles be always wearing on our hull, if it not be for keel-hauling, they're'd be nary a purpose to em. Totally Lost - Hah, them land-lubbers ne'er know their way round the seven seas! Turn em about, and they'll be adriftin as sure as the limeys.
Black Killing Glare - If a look could kill, it would be an art perfected by a Pirate. None other can stare with such contempt and glee, a smirk or sneer, as that of a buccaneer. Midnight Recovery - Under the cover of darkness is thae best time to be a liberating our crew, and the enemies' wallets... Undercity Plague - Plunder and loot be not all that a Pirate ship might carry. The rats gorge themselves in the bilge, and make free passage to the port o' their choice, bringing what baggage they have along with em'.
Multi Soul Ransom - Aye, a noble Piratical tradition, and the best way to afford your first boat... Short o' simply sailing away with it, with it's previous Captain lashed to prow as a shiny new Figurehead. Many a noble Bucanneer or ne'er do well have made their fortunes by holding a king's ransom.
I arnt sure what that muckweed eatin scallywag be doin with all them plunders he be hoardin. Says he's burying it in his secret cove all to himself I reckon.
I arnt never been the sharin type, but if thar be a cannon on my bounty, he done drag it to Davy Jones' locker for me.
I'll suffer one less pearl in my plunder, if it be meaning i get that plunder.
Seriously man, this deck oozes with originality! As a fan of the actual series of movies Pirates of the Caribbean, I am very tempted to build this one.
Good work man, and keep going for it!

"I don't do tactics, I don't do guard duty. I do damage, take it or leave it".
I see you already have quite a bit of treasure. But your crew seems to be lacking the will to Acquire even more. Maybe you should get some rum to motivate them?
I don't think I have any more good suggestions over what has already be mentioned, but I feel that I must add that this deck is utterly wonderful. Do you play it with a hat/eyepatch/plethora of apporopriate slang?
OK well I think I just found my friend his next edh deck. He is obsessed with pirates right now so yeah. Also kudos for originality and awesomeness. GJ.

Legendary Creature - Human Wizard
Haste RU Draw 2 Cards, this creature deals 2 damage to each other creature you control. RW Choose Two - Target Creature gains First Strike, Lifelink, or Haste until end of turn. UW Choose One - Return Target Creature to the top of it's Owner's deck, or Creatures your Opponent controls can't attack this turn. This creature doesn't untap during your next untap step.

+ Thada Adel, Acquisitor - Newest member of the crew, already made Navigator due to her uncanny knowledge of the seas. A rogue who steals stuff? She has accepted the Pirates way of life!
+ Bribery - missing this was an oversight, I forgot to grab an entire stack of potential cards when building the deck. Far better, and far more piraty than Telemin Performance
+ Vedalken Shackles - I was holding off putting in 'good' cards, but really, there's no excuse. Shackles are always piraty, and stealing stuff... yeah.
+ Greed
+ Treasure trove - Turns out I do still need card advantage, and I still don't have enough creatures for dire undercurrents
+ Expedition map - Need more navigational tools!
Piracy Charm is Instant Speed discard in blue. That's not bad. Also a 1 mana +2, in blue. Not bad??
Skeleton Ship can be used either in the deck, or as an alternate general. Why just have the captain, when you can have the entire ship?!

They were in for a time, but didn't pay off as well. Now that Deadeye Navigator and the Smuggler are in, I've considered re-adding the larger ones.
Treasure Counters! YES!
Pirates like swords, weapons, and shiny stuff like that. You could probably add a strapping amount of weaponry if that's your hearts desire.
You could also do a life-stealing theme (Highway robber?), and extend it off the "steal everything" bit, though I find that less piratey myself.
He's a pretty cool kraken, but I've opted for Wrexial, the Risen Deep in the kraken slot. It's a kraken, that also steals things! How awesome is that?
I've just added a Watery Grave (and Nephalia Drownyard, if only because it has a ship on it), but Underground sea is still out of my price range. In terms of flavor, I'd likely add Rishadan Port first instead as well...

I had to go dig my copy of that card out earlier because I totally never noticed the ship in the background, haha.
I am loving this deck so far, freaking amazing.

Skeleton ship is a good alternate general. I personally feel like lord of tresserhorn could make a decent pirate as well.
This is awesome, and I may just do that... I do need me more card draw...
Theros looks to be good for pirates as well.

EDIT: And Vile Consumption for scurvy!
Theros gave us a lot of goodies, including some decent creatures for a backup if our theft doesn't pan out.
Sadly, I've been a bit lazy on updating the deck to have more kraken in it.
Thassa herself is also going to go in, playing to the period sailors' superstitions.
