Intro: I've decided to go with a pretty basic Mill + Steal/Mimeo strategy. I've heard a lot of people say that Mill isn't super viable in EDH but I've found that to be blatantly untrue. Sure, it's not super competitive, but I hold my own in multiplayer games.
I do like your decklist a lot. There are a few things that you play that I personally don't (counterspells), but other than that this looks like it would be fun.
Most recent change: Thought Dissector < Spellweaver Volute Not sure if this will work or not, but it seems like it could be good and Thought Dissector was just OK.
I play a mill BUG deck on occasion. I have two versions - one that mills myself to combo, and one that mills opponents to utilize their resources against them. I've never really been able to find a great balance that incorporates both tactics to their full potential though.
Thanks for the thoughts Aeon. I tried the heavier re-animate theme before but decided that I really only wanted to reanimate with my general and use everything else as mill and distraction. Also, while I have milled myself before the beck is really geared towards milling my 2-3 opponents.
I've made some changes to the deck with all of the new cards from Gate Crash (and some older ones). Some of the cards I took out have either underpreformed in the past or simply not fit my theme... As more and more Mill cards come out, I've got to narrow some of the filler cards.
As a side note, I feel like 36 land isn't enough. I should find room for 1 or 2 more. Any suggestions on what to cut for them?

Some cards I think would help:
Painful Quandary --- This is just TOO good in Mimeoplasm, and it makes a major control combo with Mindcrank.
Triskelion --- Him + Lord of Extinction late game = Killing everyone.
Putrefax/Skithiryx --- Hefty cards for an infecting Mimeoplasm win.
That's just me though. Just some thoughts.
Birds of Paradise- I never really want to get Mimeo out too early and Birds are easy to kill. I say keep sewer nemesis- amazing card. Esp for mill.

That said, an awesome way to fill your own bin is with Hermit Druid.
Tunnel Vision is a great mill card for either tactic, and combos to take out an opponent with Spell Crumple, Hinder, and Spin Into Myth.
There are a few efficient ways to protect your graveyard:
Voidslime and Trickbind counter GY hate nicely.
Elixir Of Immortality and Loaming Shaman are nice ways to recover your GY after a huge self-mill.
Efficient ways to remove your opponent's GY should you need to:
Trinket Mage into Relic of Progenitus and Tolaria West into Bojuka Bog.
With such a strong reanimator theme, have you tried Animate Dead, Necromancy, Beacon of Unrest, Puppeteer Clique, Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni, or Coffin Queen?
