Fairly well tuned Rasputin. I knew I wanted to try and build this when I saw the planeswalker Venser and, as inspiration, sought to use a combination of come into play and blink effects. Any and all feedback is appreciated!
It's just to enable a couple of mini-combos.
I can use it to sac Oblivion Ring with the come into play on the stack, or creatures I take with sower of temptation or bribery (if need be), or perms I take with Blatant Thievery. I can also sac Tangle Wire to it.
Then, I can bring Ring or Wire back with Sun Titan to use them again and I have multiple blink effects for Sun Titan and Sower to use them again. Also, in a pinch, I can sac a creature to it and bring it back with Marshal's Anthem.
May I suggest Voyager Staff as a way to let you protect Rasputin with no lands untapped. It's also fetchable with Trinket Mage if you have Top and Sol Ring already.
I would add more Eldrazi because they're so awesome and Rasputin was practically made for them.

The blink theme never quite worked for me in UW. Maybe it's because there just isn't enough recursion to make all the creatures worth it, or maybe it's because I want to do other things with my mana. But I still keep all the blink effects in because they're dirty with Rasputin.
I added Recall, Braingeyser, Worn Powerstone, Voyager's Staff, Deathmantle, Blasting Station.
I would keep Hinder in because it's just so good. You can even show it to your opponents if you want to threaten them. I would keep in Hallowed Burial and Austere Command too, but I understand you're playing a lot more creatures than I am.
I never got a lot of value out of Jace, but again, if you think you can protect him, go for it.
Hey, cool Rasputin deck! Blinking Rasputin is one of the coolest things you can do in EDH, IMO.
Your deck and Spongy Pengwin's deck are both a lot more control-oriented than my Rasputin list (which is basically just shamelessly combo-focused), but here is a link just the same. Hopefully you can get some ideas from it (*COUGH* KNOWLEDGE EXPLOITATION *COUGH*):
Like Spongy Pengwin suggested, I wholeheartedly support the inclusion of the legendary Eldrazi, or at least Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. Because you can reliably hardcast them, they are even more potent in this deck than in most others, and that's saying something.
The Fool's Demise combo was too clunky for my tastes, but maybe you can get better use out of it.
I just recently put together a UBW blink list for MP EDH (Dakkon) and have been pondering some of my blink targets. The two cards that I've been thinking of that are on your list are Venser, Shaper Savant and Sunblast Angel. Venser has always been completely hit or miss for me, and most of the time he's just more "annoying" than he is actually useful. You also run more repeatable effects for him than me (Riptide Laboratory and Crystal Shard), so he might have more merit in your list. Sunblast Angel I've been eying for a long time. It plays very much like I would like it to, since it stops the more aggressive players at the table and threatens to do so over and over again with blink effects floating around the deck.
How have these two been playing out for you?

I'm trying Jace to see how it works out.. it may be cut for Gideon since it combos with Sunblast Angel (which is why I took out Austere Command, since I have plenty of targeted removal, I don't think I need austere, since mostly I want to deal with creatures.
I've found Venser to be very useful in countering, bouncing my own stuff and/or my opponents, then doing it again with blink effect. I definitely can't complain.
I just recently put in Sunblast Angel so I'm not sure how well it will fit, but I dont see why it wouldn't be better, considering I can blink her.

I also like Venser a lot in my blink deck. Have you considered Myojin of Seeing Winds? Draws a lot of cards for me and he basically only costs UUU + your general counters. Body Double has been another allstar in my deck.
I tried the blue Myojin and found it to basically be a ten mana Mind Spring. Which, come to think of it, isn't all that bad... but I have many draw effects in my deck already, and I think I like the versatility of Mind Spring over the power of the Myojin.
My biggest problem in building this deck is that I play against some very competitive players, so as much as I want to fully emphasize the blink effects, I have to fit in more combo wins just to keep up.
Yeah that's kind of what I found when I played Numot.
I almost got the combo tonight... almost. Except my opponent had Krosan Grip. I definitely should have waited until they were closer to tapped out/had less cards in hand. I've found that it is tough to attrition people when you play big threats (eldrazi) very quickly because they spend all their resources to remove them. I think it's best to wait with certain cards until you think you'll get the best value out of them. Then your opponents will spend their removal on other stuff and you can start annihilating all their lands etc.

So far the deck had run quite nicely. I may still try to put in Recall and Hinder but the deck has run well without it. I may also have to add Fabricate.
Sunblast angel has worked out quite nicely, especially with blink effects. Ditto with venser & duplicant. I took out Jace as he doesn't seem to provide much value for me, the muddle is a nice tutor that I can get back later with Mnemonic Wall. With all the repeatable blink effects, that available counter is quite useful. Only gives a stronger argument to adding back hinder.
