The Mimeoplasm was my original general whose deck survived several addition of gravehate among playgroup, despite being based on filling grave and rising under general or reanimating. Unfortunately the last major change - which goal was to move deck from "casual" to more competitive - seems to somehow has broken entire thing. Here's the current list:
So, the problems are: too fragile against gravehate (hello, Rest in Peace) and against early aggression. Dunno if objective, but after adding mana stabilization appeared problems with mana.
Your creature base's casting cost is too high, and you can't really hard cast much of anything. Bringing down the mana cost and using a Pod would help out a bit to get around the graveyard hate. Equally, you have no Acidic Slime or Terrestadon both of which can give you an edge to take out annoying permanents. Trygon Predator is basically a great way to destroy enchantments without much of a problem, and a solid 3 casting cost creature that flies.
Clone frankly sucks compared to Phantasmal Image or Phyrexian Metamorph. If you combine either with Volrath's Stronghold you can kill a general each time as well as partially counter a mill.
Mortivore, if you're going that route then go with Sewer Nemesis and Jace's Archivist to give you a boost in the graveyard department.
Furthermore changing over from spell ramp to creatures like Yavimaya Elder and friends can add in some more opportunities to bring things back from the dead. Havengrul Lich is an excellent card, period. He can take anything out of the yard and cast it for +1.
Glen Elendra goes well with Mikey, because she comes back with wither and cancels out the undying +1/+1 counter.
Also, you could go for a Trinket Mage and a small tool box as well as Academy Ruins to recur some artifacts.
At the very least get rid of Clone, get Evil Twin, since twin kills off other creatures with a tap. Runescared Demon is just plain good in body and soul.

Especially for suggesting Trygon Predator and Glen Elendra Archmage. Guess I have learn a lot in "noticing small useful creatures" department.
I have Terastodon in deck, it's just that hardcasting him to get rid of graveyard hate is painful.
Adding ramping creatures instead of ramping spells and switching Clone for just anything? Noted
Bringing down mana cost? Hmmm... I'll see what I can do.
Again, thanks for the help.
