I've had this deck since Karador released and it's done very well in both multiplayer and 1-on-1 games. It's basic reanimator with a couple of infinite combos. It focuses on recurring as much as possible with many forms of removal to try and keep everyone else's boards clear of threats.
Needs more Necromancy and Sun Titan. You should also pick up a High Market and Miren the Moaning Well. Very good sac outlets right there.
My two fav dudes in my Karador deck are Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter and Martyred Rusalka. Get out titan, saffi, and the rusalk and you stop a lot of swingers. Vish Kal is just an amazing piece of tech. He beats for stupid, gains life, provides a free sac outlet and can kill creatures just right out. He does everything you could ask for.
I also don't see an Oblivion Stone. If you don't have one, you need to get one. My karador keeps recurring the stone over and over through sun titan or eternal witness. Being able to continually wipe the board makes the deck incredibly resilliant.

rusalk is interesting. I've never considered him as an interesting tech and sac outlet but you have a good point. I do have a few suggestions -- more sac outlets. Sac outlets are great protection against exile that some decks may run against key pieces of any karador deck. It also allows for stupid insane 'enters the graveyard'/etb effects. I've found that my deck went from 50-60% win/loss ratio to about 80% with a couple of REALLY good sac outlets. Vishkal is good. Admittedly good as a source of removal and sac outlets for stupid behavior. Altar of Dementia and Ashnod's are top level really good sac outlets in my opinion. They allow for really ridiculous behavior on the board. A non-mana cost sac outlet allows for turn 5-7 shenanigans such as all your land on board, board removal via exile, etc.
I run a few really fun cards that are common to some builds and uncommon to others.

I've actually thought of all these, but i don't have Necromancy. I've had this deck since about a week after the deck's release, so it's evolved a lot. I dropped Titan, Vish, Miren, and O-stone. I've still yet to find a spare High market to add in though.
Fierce Empath - Never became useful. I always drew it when the card i wanted was in my hand Void Maw - Exiling my stuff? No. Beseech the Queen - So many better tutors. Profane Command - I've never really had this card be useful. The only time i was able to kill with it, i had combo-ed which won me the game anyway. Necroplasm - Amazing card, but It always killed itself. Chainer, Dementia Master - Again with the exiling my stuff thing? Dust Elemental - Just didn't make the cut. Rather run Whitemane lion anyway. Puppeteer Clique - Don't own, but would be included. Avenger of Zendikar - IS in the deck? Gutter Grime - Meh, i've got better things to do. Boseiju, Who Shelters All - Not enough reason to use it. Brutalizer Exarch - I don't to tutor on the top of my library, and noncreature stuff i just destroy/exile anyway. Primal Command - [B]I've never really liked this card. Not a cryptic. Necrotic Sliver - 6 mana vindicate? Rather just use something else. Harmonic Sliver - Aura shards is so much better. Don't like being forced to blow up my own stuff or sit with a dead card. Creeping Renaissance - I HATE this card. I have never once had a reason to cast it.
Puppeteer Clique, i don't own a copy of. Boseiju was a tough choice to cut, but there just wasn't enough creatures that could use it for me to include it. I do need an Enlightened tutor for the deck, which i'm working on.
Dark, the slivers are amazing pieces of tech, you should really try them, I promise you won't be disappointed. When you keep recurring the Necrotic with a titan, it becomes very powerful. Also, don't think of it as a 6 mana vindicate. Think of it ass a 3cmc rattlesnake that for 3 more mana you can blow up anything that doesn't have hexproof/shroud and not indestructible.
Sun Titan recurring O-Stone is win, especially since you already have Saffi in your deck. Pop saffi targetting titan, crack the stone, then titan brings back saffi and next turn you start it all over again. With a free sac outlet on the board afterwards, like highmarket, this becomes a very hard to assault board state.
Vish needs to be in your deck, trust me. I've never been sad to see him, as he allows me to control the board so much easier. Not only that, he makes it so Karador costs less, or allows you to reuse your etb effects if you have Karador out already.
Void Maw puts your stuff back if you wanted to for free, as well as pumping him at the same time.
Miren is only in my deck because it's another hard to deal with sac outlet. The lifegain isn't bad though.

The two slivers were in my original list, and now that i realize that i still have stomphowler in the deck... Also, i've been trying to find a reason to drop deadwood treefolk for ages, so i'll try Titan again now that most of the deck is in his range of recursion. I might aswell drop Stinkweed imp for Necrotic sliver, just because the mill never works out well.
Everytime i tried to use Miren, i always had a better outlet that didn't cost 3 mana to use. Normally people only try to exile specific creatures: E-Witness, Archon of Justice, Reviellark, and Karmic guide. High Market is a definite include when i find an extra to throw in here (this is one of four decks, btw).
I originally tried Vish but, when he was able to actually do stuff, he died every single time. Seven mana is a bit too much to recur my sac outlet that turns removal spell once then gets removed.
I finally got around to updating the list. It took me a couple of hours to reorganize, mostly cause my numbering kept messing up(i don't think i've ever counted to 100 so many times).
I'll keep track of changes with every new set. I haven't changed the list very often since it's original form, but you never know.
I also added a small spoiler were i voice my opinion on new card and how i think they'll do in the deck. All of which is listed by Set starting with Return to Ravnica.
Oh, man. I haven't updated this list in a couple years now. Still have the deck, just haven't bought new cards in ages. I need to get around to doing some more stuff with it. As long as I've had this, I've always intended on turning it into a Primer of sorts but don't make changes anywhere near as often as a primer needs it. Going to at least try to make the thread look a bit better and give a bit more info on card choices and playstyle. For now, just a long overdue changelog.
Still trying to fit in a Skullwinder and Life From the Loam. Also thinking about dropping Azusa, Lost but Seeking, but she's really good with Life from the loam. Also getting tired of Woodfall primus's 8cmc and how hard it is to recur. Thinking about replacing Angel of Despair for the same reason as Woodfall Primus. The more mana intensive the creature, the harder it is to cast it and karador in the same turn.
Basically nothing in Kaladesh or Aether revolt that I'm considering, but only because the vehicles don't work the same way as the Theros Gods and have Creature on their typing line. I did think about picking up a copy of Emrakul, the Promised End though.
