While Kangee, Aerie Keeper is undoubtedly the core of the deck, Isperia can tutor everything the deck needs to win. I like having a tutor general, tbh, and Isperia is good at what she does. :3
How does one play this deck?
Set yourself up to hit someone with Isperia, tutor Wandering Eye, into Kangee, Aerie Keeper into Thrummingbird...you get the idea. Basically, you setup a bunch of fliers and turn them sideways.
Nuances of the Deck
-Use Isperia politically; though she tutors, opponent can feel threatened by 3 flying general damage. Try to spread the love when using her. Unfortunately, it can be hard to do this when you're flying blind at an opponent, which is why you should...
-Try attacking players who use Tutors. If you know your play group, you can even catch players who use non-reveal tutors.
-Mindshrieker is great against Sensei's Divining Top, as well as top-of-library tutors. If you're playing against a Liliana Vess deck, consider prioritizing tutoring it with Isperia.
-Gravitational Shift is great offense but also great defense, especially against token strategies.
-If you're in a clogged board state and you're trying to push through damage, Gustcloak Savior is excellent at helping win races if you have more attackers than they have blockers.
Cards I Want to Add to the Deck
In general, I want to expand the 187/blink package. Probably want to focus more on good 187's. Suggestions are welcome.
If you want a more aggro flavor to your deck, I would add some more beaters like Radiant, Archangel or, if you're willing to trade out your basic lands for snow lands, Rimefeather Owl. I'd also recommend some more token generation. Storm Herd is a fun one; also Battle Screech.

Input is always welcome!
For more control action, put in Yosei, the Morning Star and Keiga, the Tide Star. Also, why no Mulldrifter?
