This deck is a lot of fun to play with. The idea is to literally burn people out of the game. We are working with tons upon tons of mana here, huge X-cost and other expensive spells, and some "size matters" spells. Because when you play Dong, size ALWAYS matters... especially when your opponent plays a huge fatty!
The deck's worst enemies are people with disruption that destroy our artifact mana sources. We get most of our card advantage from artifacts, and we need to kill the people that won't stop blowing them up.
Decks with lots of creatures will lose to this deck quite easily. Our many Earthquakes take care of them, hopefully along with a Nova Pentacle, Glacial Chasm, Mogg Maniac, or best of all, repercussion. People who ramp up to tons of mana have to respect our two 'Geddon effects in the deck.
If anyone has suggestions that are on theme, or deal with key problems that you see in the deck, go ahead and speak up! I'm looking to probably slot in Stuffy Doll and Oblivion Stone (to deal with enchantress decks which I could see annihilating us.)
Tephraderm hurts with all the Earthquake effects. BSHOB... we don't have many creatures, so we won't be attacking into blockers a whole lot of the time. Phoenix might be nice, though. Shard Phoenix has been Mr. All Star Defense guy.
I like Cinder Cloud too. I'll see about finding room for it, maybe Arc Blade can go, even though its one of the things that actually sticks around when you cast Decree off of the whole mana cost. 2 damage is pretty good but won't kill players. Lust for War does a good job at racing some people, but we don't have much do discourage them from attacking us every turn.
Ruination is awesome. Maybe over Impending Disaster. I don't like how lopsided the game gets after one, though, because there's usually at least one other player in the game with a large basic land base. People who are 3+ colors just quit the game, leaving me in a 1v1 game. I'm not into that kind of focused blowout. But it is always fun to spite 5 color. Hmm...

Perhaps Dong also enjoys some Battle Strain or Heat of Battle. Your consort can also get angry with Chandra's Outrage. And her pet Chandra's Phoenix. These are some things I feel like dong will at least consider.
If it would also please His Grace, perhaps a Cinder Cloud would suit you. And Dong's enemies seethe with rage as he plays Lust for War.
And prior to summoning Detritivore, why not show them their insolence with Weight of Spires, and maybe a Ruination?
All things are good with Dong. Praise be to His Grace.
