If you switch out a few of the lesser "Werewolf" cards for better spot removal instants, then Radha, Heir to Keld would be a good general, both in theme and ability.
You're running Sylvan Library but not Abundance. I'd add abundance for the combo. You have mana echoes which can generate tons of mana, but you need to put that mana somewhere, preferably into a card that kills everyone, like Fireball or Molten Disaster or Comet Storm.
You have decimate which is a great idea. Where is it's little brother Hull Breach?
You are playing Red. Wheel of Fortune is generally an auto-include. Also the new miracle Wheel from AR looks good. Garruk seems like it would be a good fit in here.
I'd add more ramp. Farseek and Skyshroud Claim would be good here since you don't have ramp in those slots.

Needs trinisphere, winter orb, tangle wire, blood moon, Magus of the moon, and more fast mana. Werewolves don't flip often in EDH. Pyroclasm effects are good as well to kill mana dorks.
Hoping for a cure, or at least an outbreak.
