There's a lot of themes in this deck that play off Malfegor's strength of emptying your hand. Hellbent, of course, runs throughout the deck, and madness is there too. But there's plenty of discard to go around for everyone! There are also quite a few cards that punish opponents for not having cards in their hands. To uneven the odds, I run a couple creatures and spells that can naturally get out of the graveyard, and some reanimation as well.
Any suggestions on cards to add/cut would be appreciated!

Sangromancer -> I like this in every black deck, or at least black heavy decks.
Font of Mythos: helps refill your hand, and lets you make them discard more stuff
Stalking Bloodsucker-> helps to empty your hand
Hollowborn Barghest - he might be too high of a cmc, but its an idea
Patron of the Nezumi
pulse of the dross - makes them discard + you get to see their hand
Guul Draz Specter - zendikar discarding dude that gets a bonus when an opponent has no cards in hand. Pretty sweet.
Painful Quandary - Force them to topdeck, and punish them for it.
Hypnotic specter
Persecute - devastating if you are playing against mono color
Abyssal Nocturnus - nice aggro discard dude
Pestilent Kathari - just because he is awesome
Grave pact - your dude dies? so does theirs.
I'm not sure why you have emrakul's hatcher. If you want excel there are better options.
I would take out targeted removal. its not usually too good in multiplayer edh. Seal of doom can be a political card so its up to you if you want to keep it in. I don't feel like Kathari bomber is good here. I would add in ramp. Discard tends to make you a target, so at least be able to defend your self. You might want to consider more board wipes. Otherwise I like the deck, good luck with it.
The strategies for this deck break down into a few key, interrelated categories: hellbent + self discard, opponent discard + punishment, graveyard recurrence.
Hellbent + Self Discard
Since Malfegor makes me hellbent, it makes sense to include some cards that benefit from this. Not too many cards have hellbent abilities, and not many of those cards are that good. Rakdos Pit Dragon is a pretty decent creature on its own, but with double strike and firebreathing the damage potential is high. The same goes for Anthem of Rakdos. The +2/+0 attacking boost is nice, but having a furnace of rath that applies just to myself is awesome! Jagged Poppet is a decent body for the cost, and can quickly empty opponents' hands. The drawback can hurt, but often I'll be discarding a lot anyway, and there isn't a whole lot of targeted damage in EDH. Of course, I pack Demonfire, so that isn't always true... Speaking of hellbent burn, yes please to colorless damage from Keldon Megaliths! Malfegor and my universal discard will hit me, madness creatures can recoup some of the losses. Big Game Hunter doubles as removal and Reckless Wurm is a decent offensive creature. Demonic Collusion can search for just the right card, and if I need to drop Haakon into the graveyard I can use its buyback. Rakdos Guildmage can turn dud or recurring cards into removal, or just make some extra goblins to pump up with anthem.
The Rest
The rest of the deck is filled out with cards I like. Two card combo of Maralen of the Mornsong and Stranglehold is always fun, especially when opponents have empty hands to begin with. Inferno Titan and Rune-Scarred Demon are just nice to have around and beat faces with. Emrakul's Hatcher provides some mana acceleration, but really I just use the manabots to chump block, sacrifice to opponents' removal, or get the three creatures needed to flashback Dread Return. Exsanguinate can finish off multiple players at once, same with Comet Storm. Diabolic Tutor gets me what I want. Life's Finale is an answer to out of control boards that Malfegor can't handle. Everlasting Torment is a fun card because it speeds up the game for everyone (and works well with Kulrath Knight!). Phyrexian Arena can help refill my hand after Malfegor wipes it out. Argentum Armor was a card I happened to have, and it's the only thing in the deck that can take out enchantments or artifacts once they've hit the ground. It's kind of slow, but it makes even Squee a nasty threat. Lastly, Sol Ring, Rakdos Signet, and Armillary Sphere help out the mana base, and the sphere can fuel Malfegor. The land choices are pretty basic, but I'm OK with that. With only two colors (allied, at that), I've never had a problem with mana screw.
As for tutors, you're missing some really nice ones: Demonic Tutors aren't as expensive anymore and 2x as good as Diabolic Tutors. Vampiric Tutor is a nice cheap card, too. Liliana Vess and Sarkhan the Mad are awesome, as well. Sorin Markov would be nice with all that direct damage you've got going on. A well placed 10 lifer and a few pangs of flying or burn can drop a player quickly.
Yeah... As I said, the mana base is basic, but two colors are pretty easy to pull off. That's why things like $10+ lands aren't needed. If I came across some of the cheaper things, like graven cairns or dragonskull summit I'll add them in.
I thought about adding in Liliana but decided she was too slow to power up, but Markov isn't a bad idea.
Hymn to Tourach is great in single player, but I prefer effects that hit multiple players. I was going to include a one target, once-off discard effect, I'd rather go for something that lets me choose what is discarded.

The reanimation trick is cute in multiplayer, but not somewhat underwhelming, and never seems to win me friends like I would hope. Blazing Specter hits for a card with haste, and the updated card frame from the Duel Decks set is nice.

Getting a 4/4 trampler off a discard just didn't happen enough, and was never that relevant. Mindslicer gets everyone hellbent now, reasonably costed and hits for 4 as well.

Getting three manabots to flashback Dread Return is a neat trick, but I'd rather take the demon's Phyrexian Arena ability. Note that I can try to gain an ally by giving someone else the card.

I was really only using the slavedriver to hit someone for 4 and get a zombie from the graveyard. Army of the Damned gets zombies on a much more impressive scale.

This is a tough call, but I like that if I pitch Devil's Play to Malfegor, I can still use it in the graveyard.

Another tough call. Delirium Skeins is brutal on turn three, but less impressive later in the game. Unnerve is much better later, when I start to want cards in my hand again.
The discard cards like Hymn are good, but have a small (but disruptive effect). Better to include cards that scale well when you get further in the game: Mind Twist or Mind Shatter. But if you want something that affects the whole table:
The other Liliana, Liliana Vess would work too, since it's targeted discard, but can also search for better spells.
The deck is a bit of a punisher style deck, I think Kaervek the Merciless would work well, as would, as would Wound reflection and Underworld Dreams, punish them for discarding and drawing.

Opponent Discard + Punishment
This is the meat of the deck. Creatures like Rotting Rats, Stronghold Rats, Liliana's Specter, Rakdos Augurmage, Order of Yawgmoth, Scythe Specter, and poppet all knock cards out of opponents' hands. Necrogren Mists, Pain Magnification, Painful Quandary, Gibbering Descent, Delirium Skeins, Syphon Mind, Specter's Shroud, Possessed Portal, and Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace all force discards as well. Death Cloud hits everything and everyone, like some kind of giant cloud of death. Sangromancer is the "Step 3: Profit" in this equation. Nezumi Shortfang provides targeted discard, and then starts punishing opponents once flipped. Hellfire Mongrel, Lavaborn Muse, Hollowborn Barghest, Quest for the Nihil Stone, and Skullcage also punish opponents for having empty hands.
Graveyard Recurrence
The final piece of the puzzle is to get back cards from my graveyard, either to discard to fuel Malfegor or simply get back some board presence. Rotting Rats, Corpse Connoisseur, and Grixis Slavedriver unearth; Squee, Goblin Nabob, Magma Phoenix, and Skarrgan Firebird return to my hand; Crypt Champion and Sheoldred, Whispering One reanimate; Haakon, Stromgald Scourge allows the order, Ashenmoor Liege, and Kulrath Knight to come back; Anger is perfectly happy to just sit in the 'yard, same with Vengeful Pharaoh. Dread Return, Rise from the Grave, Beacon of Unrest, and Buried Ruin reanimate dead things. Rekindled Flame is awesome! I regularly get it back each turn. Strangling Soot is nice, too: instant speed removal from beyond the grave. I suppose if I really needed a land, I could dredge up Dakmor Salvage.

I'd also run 2 or 3 of the off-color fetch lands for deck thinning: Scalding Tarn, Arid Mesa, Marsh Flats, and Verdant Catabombs.

With all the discard you've got going on, you may want to consider an Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre or a Kozilek, Butcher of Truth. It might hurt the graveyard subtheme you've got going on here, though.

The deck is a bit of a punisher style deck, I think Kaervek the Merciless would work well, as would, as would Wound reflection and Underworld Dreams, punish them for discarding and drawing.
Cao Cao, Lord of Wei would work great too.
