This is my Kamahl list. I've had the chance to play it a good amount and I've found it is very good,very resilient and just rips wins out of nowhere, all the time.
For example, last night I had gotten my board wiped repeatedly and I cast Kamahl, which I payed 8GG to respawn and I had a bunch of forest plus Gaea's cradle and no cards in hand.
The same turn I also drew Rude Awakeningcast it entwined,got a bunch of mana from Gaea's cradle because all my forests are creatures,attackec with a few lands,pumped everything with Kamahl and killed my two opponents.
This deck does plays like that all the time, whether it's multiple Genesis Waves and flipping a mass haste enabler or just a simple Avenger of Zendikar with tokens pumped +12+12, this deck makes huge mana,huge plays and does it well.
A lot of the ideas in the deck such as birthing pod chain,card selection and a lot of others came from Galspanic's thread located here. Special thanks to you!

There have a bunch of changes but here are the ones I recall. Blightsteel Colossus left in favor or Desert Twister which was also removed for Karn Liberated. After the first time playing my version I threw together I realized it needed more removal and I always like lowering my curve. In practice Karn turned out to be two desert twisters that exile which was very relevant against that white creature that exiles a permanent when it's destroyed, forgot the name.
Worldly tutor was removed for Brutalizer exarch because I didn't like the card disadvantage and it really worked out well. I was able to tuck a elspheth that had 8 counters and would have went off next turn. If I would have drawn worldly tutor I would have still had to wait another turn.
Ulamog,the infinite gyre was also removed because it became clear to me after the first time I played the deck the quantity is much more important than quality when you have a boatload of mana and are ready to strike. The second game I played with the deck I dealt over 70 damage to a player with pumped 1/2 Zendikar tokens. So I put Beacon Of Creation in.
Other changes were taking out reliquary tower because it felt like win more even after a huge draw and in it's place I put Homeward Path. The first game I played with the deck a player stole my Ulamog and countered my chord of calling that would of grabbed Duplicant so I saw the need for even more theft protection.
Also took out Ondu giant for Skyshroud claim because I figured I might as well use good ramp rather than a card that's ok ramp and a ok creature.
Removed Azusa, lost but seeking because she's not as useful in this non-combo version as she would be with cards like storm cauldron. I added cultivate because a lot of times gdfishing I would of rather had ramp and another land instead of Azusa.
Took out krosan grip in favor of slice in twain because the first version of the deck ran out of gas very quickly and in a lot of cases split second didn't matter.
Well those are all the ones I can remember but from now I will date and post any changes here.
Removed slice in twain Added restock because I felt I have enough artifact enchantment hate but the deck could use more recursion.
I also considered regrowthand praetor's council but restockseemed like the happy medium with a nice balance of mana cost and card advantage.

I've come to find out with stuff like Birthing Pod, Survival of the Fittest and Kanahl himself that even though Ondu only gives me one land the body it gives very relevant because he can be sacced,discarded or Pumped.
I can agree wholeheartedly with desert twister (if you can score an Arabian nights one they are pimp). If you are looking for removal that is repeatable you can run tornado
I use Azusa as my monogreen general but my build wins in the same style of fashion by amassing an army and killing. I made 100 2/2 dudes in one turn and then played overwhelming stampede when I had Ulamlog in play
I know it's sort of a mess. The problem is my only access to the Internet is through my iPhone so it's impossible to do some things because I can't scroll down like I could if I used a mouse. My best option would be to just copy and paste the original post and then edit it in notepad and after that repost it.
I did get to play the deck once today and it performed very well. Early game I put tons of forests into play then by late game after everything was repeatedly wiped all I had to was attack with Inkmoth nexus
Wishboard is removed until I figure out exactly what I need. Also I might remove slice in twain for Wickerbough Elder and add Praetor's Counsel. Here's the current breakdown until I can clean up the thread. Also momentous fall will probably become Greater Good so I can test it out.

I tried to add cards that would give me a little extra help if I hit a bump like thawing glaciers if I'm low on lands, magus in case I have a doubler out, jade Mage if I'm need of tokens to swarm with etc. I also wanted to add some answers. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I suggest trying out Creeping Renaissance in place of Restock. Same mana cost but Renaissance has the possibility to get back way more and has flashback. Only problem is it can't hit non permanents but that shouldn't be an issue.
Thanks for the responses guys. I mostly play with one group and they don't care about sideboards. They're the ones that gave me the idea. Ulamog is a card I've had mixed experiences with. If he gets stolen(which happened first time I tried him in this deck) I can be pretty much up crap's creek or if I draw him too early he's useless. I think he's a good candidate for the wishboard for those two reasons.

Sundering Titan is a nice anti 5c decks sort of silver bullet. It doesn't really stop whatever strategy they are running but last I checked loosing 5 lands on an ETB trigger sort of kicks you to the curb.
He might even be worth considering mainboard... I sure like him in mono colored decks that can tutor for creatures easily.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
Ya I would say he is quite solid. He triggers again upon death and if you do run Buried Ruin it makes them totally freak out about him being returned lol.
The best part of him is even if he gets stolen there isn't much damage he can do to you. I have literally taken out 3 color decks just utilizing him in the past.

It's cool, but I'm not really trying to go the land destruction route. I've found I can usually completely overpower most other creature decks, so I don't need too much removal.
But if I were going the land destruction route I would run masticore and probably thornbite staff as well, so Kamahl would read 2G: Destroy target land.
Have you considered Nacatyl War-Pride? It can really put a beating on your opponents' manabases combined with Kamahl's first ability.
Throw in his overrun and it's 5 damage for each land you animated for them to trample, plus all your other creatures that get there. For 11 mana, animate 6 lands, swing with Kamahl and Pride, use Kamahl's overrun ability... At least 6 Nacatyl do 5 damage(taking lands with them), at least 1 gets through for 6, Kamahl gets through for 7. 43 damage to the face. Good synergy.
Edit: sorry didn't see the 'no' land destruction in the combos you mentioned. I haven't had my coffee yet.

Took out one time doublers like early harvest and rude awakening for Extraplanar lens and keeper of progenitus because I prefer permanent based doublers for the opportunity to stick around and increased value.
