Primal Rage is a bad card, as it does nothing on it's own. Good call on the vitalize, maybe add a Early Harvest as well, as it fits your theme. Maybe try a Verdant Touch as well. Maybe instead of all the untap lands critters, try running citp search for lands critters, wood elves, and such. I think that you are missing 2 of the best land searchers krosan tusker and yavimaya elder. I have to agree with goodworkkids, you have zero removal for opposing permanents, Primus is one of the best, and twister is solid, probably rootgrapple as well. I think every green deck needs a chord of calling, and a Primal Command. I like your deck idea, and barring any ill-timed rout's ( hmm maybe add a eldrazi monument, or a akroma's memorial ), it looks fun.

I would drop the hunting wilds, and the primal growth, they are somewhat limited in what they do and you have plenty of ramp already, I would also drop the scope, maybe for a expedition map. To be honest, I would take out any creature that untaps a land, unless it does 3+ at a time, that would give you room for utility creatures like, wickerbough elder, indrik stomphowler, maybe add a baru, fist of krosa, would work decently with land ramping and swarming.
well, if all your lands are animated when you decree, they will keep the counters when they revert back into lands. So when you animate them again, they will still get all the +1/+1 effects. I feel thats it's just as important as the overrun.
