This deck does not run traditional counterspells because they tend to be bad in multiplayer. Counterspells also draw a lot of hate from other players. The intent of this deck is to copy the best creatures on the field, control other players, combo when available, take some extra turns and ultimately with through the red zone. I allow myself to play Mindslaver in this deck because it really hurts combo decks.
Morphs may seem cute, but they come in handy more often then you’d imagine. Remember this: You can still turn a creature face up in response to Split Second.
Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir – Offers protection for the deck. He gets around counter wars and suspend. Giving all your creatures flash makes everything played that much stronger.
Since the EDH update to remove the Super Legendary sub type clones have their power back to take out opposing generals.
Mischievous Quanar – Having the ability to copy spells is another good thing to have. It has the ability to make infinite mana with Time Sprial and lands that make more than one mana (Gauntlet of Power). Just make sure Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir is in play so no one can interrupt you when you’re going off with it.
Mulldrifter – Simple creature. Has the option of being evoked; otherwise, it is a good clone choice to draw some extra cards.
Kozilek, Butcher of Truth – Just casting it allows you to draw four cards. It is a pretty good win condition too.
Timetwister – Refill the hand and empty the graveyards.
Windfall – Gets a new hand and has the potential of hurting other players due to the discard effect.
Tidespout Tyrant – Bounces any permanent. Reusable. It allows for infinite mana if you have two artifacts that take less to play then they make. With the same set up I just mentioned and a Clone of it you can bounce all of your opponents permanents back. This card is a game ender.
Blue is initially weak at targeted graveyard removal; however with the help of some artifacts and the fact there is little graveyard interaction within the deck itself blue has some options.
Phyrexian Furnace – Takes the bottom card. It can be sacrificed for a single targeted removal and will draw a card.
Relic of Progenitus – Gives the opponent a choice but can also be used to remove all graveyards in one shot.
Tezzeret the Seeker – He either uptaps artifacts for more mana accel or he tutors for them.
Tolaria West – Pick up anything with a zero mana cost. Usually a land.
Karn, Silver Golem – He has a lot of uses. Turns off equipment, potential to destroy opposing artifacts, great blocker, and the list goes on.
Sundering Titan – Other than having a high power and toughness he hurts multicolor decks.
Lightning Greaves – Cheap, provides protection to a creature, and hate is handy to have from time to time.
Crucible of Worlds – As a personal preference I hate missing land drops. This may not have the best synergy with the rest of the deck but it is a personal choice.
If I were you I would try to pack a little more counterspelling into the deck. I found that in my Teferi deck I am able to pack some of the stronger counterspells such as Spelljack, Desertion, and Cryptic Command into the deck as my opponents cannot respond to my counters while my general is out as well as the fact that you want 90% of what you to play to be castable at instant speed. Dropping most of your mana into a sorcery speed spell better make it good like Blatant Thievery and or Time Stretch
Ohhhhhh one really really good creature I found for my Teferi deck was Thalakos Deceiver. He has shadow and with Teferi in play you just wait for a big bomb creature to hit play and drop him at the end of your opponents turns. It is almost like a creature steal instant for 4 mana lol its nuts good.
A few other creatures I find amazing for Teferi deck: Sphinx Ambassador (so many shinanigans with this. Bribery on attack??? yes plz) Consecrated Sphinx (om nom nom he is such a big target on his face but he is gona do some good for ya b4 they can blow him up.) Sphinx of Lost Truths(usually reads draw 3 cards when played) Sphinx of Magosi (reusable card draw and gets biger as you do it. Yes plz) Arcanis the Omnipotent (Card draw, yes plz) Azami, Lady of Scrolls (card draw, yes plz) Kaho, Minamo Historian (tutors things up, yes plz ill drop you EOT and ull be ready for use right away whooo. Dont forget that you dont have to exile multiple cards. sometimes I will just do one then try bouncing him with Riptide Laboratory) Riptide Shapeshifter (great little tutor guy. I often drop him and pop him off for an eldrazi or Draining Whelk) Steel Helkite is great too as with Teferi in play he essentially has haste so he is blue removal which is very very good.
EDIT: Ohhh I just noticed you dont have Riptide Laboratory in your list. Ya add that too.
EDIT4: Consider swaping out the Lightning Greaves for Neurok Stealthsuit. As teferi is your general all of your guys should have haste as they enter at end of your opponents turn. The stealthsuit totaly negates opponents spells from targeting your guys. Also on the same note I have made very good use of Nim Deathmantle as a rez for my guys. I rarely even equip it I just sit behind it as wrath proofing since I save all my mana for end of my opponents turns.
Bribery has felt kind of lack luster when I draw it so it was an easy card to make the replacement with.
Lighthouse Chronologist wasn’t fun to play with. It is too easy to protect it and get it to level 7. At that point most players just scoop.

Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir – Offers protection for the deck. He gets around counter wars and suspend. Giving all your creatures flash makes everything played that much stronger.
Since the EDH update to remove the Super Legendary sub type clones have their power back to take out opposing generals.
Vesuvan Shapeshifter – Copies anything for two mana at instant speed and is reusable. It has synergy with Mischievous Quanar, Willbender and Voidmage Apprentice.
Clone – Classic and has an efficient mana cost.
Sakashima the Imposter – Copy anything and does not die to the Legend Rule. It can also bounce itself back to hand to be used again.
Vesuvan Doppelganger – Another classic and powerful card. It has to ability to change every turn.
Rite of Replication – This is a sort of a sorcery version of Clone with the potential of making five copies in one shot.
Sculpting Steel – Copying artifacts is a good thing. In a perfect scenario the main strategy here is to copy Gauntlet of Power.
Copy Artifact – Same as Sculpting Steel.
Rush of Knowledge – Easily guaranteed five cards for five mana.
Recurring Insight – Pretty good at refilling your hand up.
Time Spiral – Similar to Timetwister but also allows you to untap some lands.
Fact or Fiction – Instant card draw. The piles should always be favorable.
Overwhelming Intellect – Remove Soul with card draw built in is a solid strategy when this format is revolved around playing creatures.
Mind's Eye – Reusable card draw.
Memory Jar – A one sided temporary draw seven.
Future Sight – Essentially it is reusable card draw and is very broken with Sensei's Divining Top.
Sensei's Divining Top – Fixes draws.
Jace, the Mind Sculptor – The main uses are to draw and bounce creatures.
Solemn Simulacrum – Puts islands directly into play, draws a card when it goes to the graveyard and another great clone choice.
Mana Drain – It’s a counterspell that can speed out some big items.
Mana Crypt – Costs zero and makes two.
Sol Ring – Costs one and makes two.
Mana Vault - Costs one and makes three. Limited use.
Eye of Ramos - Costs three and makes one blue. It can be sacrificed to make one more blue if needed.
Darksteel Ingot - Costs three and makes one blue. Indestructible.
Thran Dynamo – Costs four and makes three.
Gilded Lotus – Costs five and makes three blue.
Gauntlet of Power – Costs five and allows Islands to tap for additional mana.
Mishra's Workshop – It’s a land that can speed out artifacts.
Thawing Glaciers – It may not be true acceleration but it allows for consistent land drops.
Venser, Shaper Savant – Bounces any spell or permanent at instant speed.
Tidespout Tyrant – Bounces any permanent. Reusable. It allows for infinite mana if you have two artifacts that take less to play then they make. With the same set up I just mentioned and a Clone of it you can bounce all of your opponents permanents back. This card is a game ender.
Capsize – Instant bounce with buyback.
Crystal Shard – You can either bounce your creatures back or if an opponent is tapped out bounce their creatures back.
Jace, the Mind Sculptor – The main uses are to draw and bounce creatures.
Voidemage Prodigy – There are nine actual Wizards in the deck thus his ability can be used a few times if needed.
Voidmage Apprentice – Has morph and can be saved until needed.
Willbender – His changing the target ability is similar to countering a spell.
Glen Elendra Archmage – Reusable counter ability.
Draining Whelk – Counters a spell and turns into a threat.
Mana Drain – Counters and is mana accel.
Overwhelming Intellect – Counters and is card draw.
Lighthouse Chronologist – If you can protect it you get a turn every other turn.
Temporal Manipulation – Five mana Time Walk.
Mindslaver – It takes over an opponents turn which can be devastating. There is a chance of being able to recur this card.
Duplicant – One of the best removal creatures printed and it’s an artifact.
All is Dust – This is pretty good at clearing the board and leaving your artifacts alone.
Predator, Flagship – Single target removal that is reusable. It also offers evasion for your creatures.
Oblivion Stone – Clears the board.
Nevinyrral's Disk – Clears the board.
Gilded Drake – For two mana you can exchange control of this creature for any other creature that you can target. It’s pretty good with flash.
Memnarch – Just take everything.
Bribery – Allows you to take any creature from an opponents deck.
Vedalken Shackles – It’s a reusable creature steal artifact.
Timetwister – Empties the graveyard in one shot.
Time Spiral – Empties the graveyard in one shot.
Trinket Mage – Picks up any one mana utility or mana accel artifact.
Transmute Artifact – It’s the legal version of Tinker.
Fabricate – Puts any artifact into your hand.
Mystical Tutor – Puts any instant or sorcery on top of the deck. It works well with Future Sight.
Island – This is the backbone of the deck.
Academy Ruins – One of the few recursion pieces of the deck.
Stripe Mine – Land Destruction is needed.
Wasteland – Land Destruction is needed.
Maze of Ith – Saves you from getting hit in combat.
