After buying the commander deck, I playtest him a lot and I'm coming to this deck list.
I know it's isn't the perfect deck because I build it with the card I have. But I need a little bit more idea. I don't want big infinite combo with Palinchron. I want to control other player and have good stuff without being so mana-eater.
For me Infect isn't a solution, I didn't like this strategy so I didn't use it. I know Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon was a amazing card but I don't want to add it in right now.

No milling isn't a good solution in my meta loll everybody have some spell to reshuffle his or her library and a lot of people play Animate Dead and card like that so it's will help me for a turn but i will help my opponent more than I help me.
I play The Mimeoplasm more like a card that end a game when the graveyard was full of good card or when I want to steel a creature likePrimeval Titan on my opponents graveyard. I don't want to mill myself because i didn't run a lot of creatures.
I'm searching for card that will give me a good control of the game an the some cards advantage. I'm searching for synergie on my card so a card that can help me on the beginning of the game can be very good to copy with The Mimeoplasm. Syphon Mind-Seems very weak here. People know you're fishing for a good creature, so they'll pitch a mid level instant/sorcery/land/enchantment/artifact to avoid you. It does not seem like a good way to control the board state, and your draw could be supplemented with a Sacrifce Outlet+Mulldrifter or Greater Good+Reanimation scheme, which would also let you use the Mimeoplasm for targetted GY removal on your opponents. These options also let you set up for plays like Living Death or to get some value off the many sweeps in EDH. Viscera Seer is one of my favorites due to Scry.
Life From the Loam/Crucible of Worlds-I count 5 lands to abuse this with, including 2 fetches and a terramorphic. I'd at least get rid of Life from the Loam because of the whole 1 land a turn (unless Burgeoning is in play) and you have alot of acceleration as it is. Actually, you have too much acceleration, and you'll hear that alot from me. Still, keep one (Crucible) to reuse fetches. Also, if you can afford a Suvival of the Fittest, get a strip mine and just make it less mana intensive to kill trouble lands.....
Skullclamp-Wasted slot. I dont see a way to kill a 1/1 every turn and get a card off of it.
Oblivion Stone It's much easier to wholesale reanimate creatures than enchantments. The world boom is nice, but some tweaks to your creature pool will allow for spot removal of threats. A Krosan Grip might go along way, I dont run one, but its solely based off the quantity I own. To tweak into your creatures, I'd look at using Woodfall Primus, Terastodon and Wickerbough Elder. These can be reanimated, shoved on Mimeo, etc. for extra use. Much easier than a one shot 8cmc sweep of everything.
Yawgmoth's Will-Whats the idea behind this? It'd be much easier to run something like Elixir of Immortality or Loaming Shaman to shuffle your library and graveyard together, rather than 2-shot your spells. The former can be used to block Bojuka Bog's, Tormod's Crypt, and other GY hate.
Fathom Trawl-Never been a fan. Seriously. It always seems underpowered, but I've never seen it in play. I'd far prefer a Harmonize here or some more instant speed draw capabilities.
Karn Liberated/Jace, the Mindsculpter- Karn, at least from me, is a giant bullseye on you. You have one from the Mimeoplasm already. Dont make it bigger. Jace, from the few times I have seen him in EDH has always underwhelmed me, maybe its because people kill him on sight. Great removal draw if you want, and if all you do is brainstorm, you wont be ticking people off too bad. Smarter players will target you due to the filtering going on.
Rancor-One of the best all-time auras. Props for using it. Unfortunently, I think that Loxodon Warhammer may be a better choice. It's also reuseable, and draws the same cards used to remove rancor. Plus Rancor seems to be a "because I can" card that detracts from your goal, which is Control Magic+Graveyard Abuse.
Cabal Coffers- 1. What are you doing with all that mana? 2. You have around ten swamps, which means you get a +8gain on mana after coffers. No Urborg here makes it useless. Add Urborg or take it out. I suggest taking it out.
To cut out some creatures to make room for my suggestions:
Krosan Tusker-It's a great forest fetch. Except you have Cultivate/Kodama's Reach/Burgeoning going on. Among others. You could do to cut some ramp if you are getting a bunch of land and nothing to play with it.
Yavimaya Elder-Again with cutting the ramp, either cut it in the spells, or cut it in the creatures. Late game this really is a 5; draw card situation. I'd take it out.
Trygon Predator-We're trying to make wholesale removal on ETB triggers, not combat damage to a player. This goes against having a spell resolve and then it doing something plus having a body.
My Mimeoplasm deck has a weakness:creature spot removal, so let's address that too.
Dismember- 1 and 4 life to kill most things that wont attack is amazing. You're in black, your life is a resource, get used to that notion.
Vendetta/Go for the Throat/Diabolic Edict/Syphon Flesh-Sacrifice and -1/-1 gets around indestructible and/or shroud. Go for the Throat is the best straight up kill spell, it can't handle artifacts, but the other creatures I listed earlier can. Syphon Flesh is a token producer (2/2 Zombies) that will also make them sac a creature. Saucy.
Capsize-The best way to deal with something for a turn. 6 mana, bounce a permanent, get the spell back. It's amazing. Trust me.

My Mimeoplasm deck is similar to yours, but I think you take an interesting look at the 'plasm, attempting the same thing as myself. Good luck to you, and I hope my suggestions and/or my list may be able to help you in achieving total absorption by your 'plasm.

Viscera did nothing without a lot of recursion and I didn't have a lot with all the creature so that's why I didn't play him. But he was a really good sac outlet I know that.

Some of them are legendary and I use this land a lot for reuse my grave and it's become really fast the target of land removal and if someone play the same land both was destroy by the legendary rules. I play this for helping we to protect this land and the combo Urborg + Coffers that help me doing all I want in a turn. Really funny when you have to pay 8 or 10 colorless for replaying The Mimeoplasm. Coffer alone wasn't really good I know but i have tons of tutor on my deck to find both of them so it's really explosive late game and middle game. I love the combo and it's isn't really hard to play with it so I will not put it out and really hard to break it with crucible and Loam that's why I play them both to.
Skullclamp-Wasted slot. I dont see a way to kill a 1/1 every turn and get a card off of it.
why everybody think Skullclamp was good only if you run 1/1 creature. It's great if you have other creature with toughness greater than 1. Didn't need to abuse it for being good. Solemn Simulacrum equip with a skullclamp... If you attack me with a creature without evasive I can block with him and draw 3 cards... Or Equip skullclamp on creature you now they will die because people hate it and you wil draw 2 cards. If you are creative you can use skullclamp for drawing a lot of card without abusing it and it's easy to tutor with Trinket Mage.

I play it because it's easier to blow everything than single shot everything when you are in trouble or board disadvantage. You can reuse it with Academy Ruins... 8 was nothing when someone play a 50 genesis wave and will win the next turn because you krosan grip the enchantment that give Haste to every creatures. I not sure I want to put out just for that. I don't play a lot of enchantment and Artefact so it's not a big problem if I destroy my board to. And for Krosan Grip yeah it's a problem but counter spell was a problem to... You have to play without thinking everybody have a Krosan Grip in is hand. It's only 1 card on a 100 singleton deck. But Terastodon was definitly a card I want on this deck and I will think about Woodfall Primus 8 was really heavy :S and I have nothing for sneak creature into play.

Was there because It a amazing card for reuse Instant and Sorcery in your grave when you have a lot of mana. Yeah Reshuffle it was a idea but if you reshuffle your damnation you will not find it right now... That's why I play Yawgmoth's Will and remove a card from the card was not a big problem if I reshuffle it I have a lot of chance to never see it again so I prefer use it one time and remove it than reshuffle and never draw it. It's a timing card and it's save my ass so many time I cannot play a black deck without it.

I don't know why but in my playground Jace didn't die really fast maybe because I never abuse him. I brainstorm everyturn and bounce if necessary. Fateseal when someone tutor... I love that when someone play a tutor and put the tutored card on top of his library and just didn't remember Jace can fateseal loll
Karn I will cut it, I think it's can be a good card for removing permanent but I find he was hard to play. I have enough removal didn't need him and I cannot reuse him when he die outside of Yawgmoth's Will.

Yeah Voidmage Husher was a good card, I will try to found a room for him. I love reanimate idea but a mass reanimate was not for my playground to many player play heavy creature deck and it's not for this deck. Puppetteer Clique was the only card I see I can considerer to play because I can reuse it easily but I cannot target creature on my graveyard and it's remove creature from my opponent graveyard. So this do less creature to reanimate with The Mimeoplasm but it's isn't a problem due to heavy creature playground I have.
For the stiffle effect I know how it's great and that's why I try to find room for more then just Voidslime.
Krosan Tusker and Yavimaya Elder I will find something else. Yavimaya Elder was a nice little blocker because you can sac it in instant that's why I play him maybe he will rest there for the time I found other creature to put in because I don't want to have less then 20 creature because I will be to easy to kill in my playground.
Trygon Predator I will cut him. I know he was great early game but at the end he just do nothing.
Dismember When I will have one I will play it for sure. Diabolic Edict To many creature on my playground I need to target the creature. Go for the Throat Yeah That's a card I will include. It's remove a lot a creature and not cost a lot.
Capsize I cut this card because he was really heavy mana. Maybe I will try it again but when I have it on my hand I never have enough mana to active is buyback because I have card to play on my turn and 6 for bouncing a permanent that's a lot. In 1vs1 I play it but in multi i'm not a big fan. With Infinite mana this card was a game card but in my playground we didn't use infinite combo like that.

You should get Reanimate, Exhume, Dread Return, Vigor Mortis, Victimize, Makeshift Mannequin, Living Death, Living End, Puppetteer Clique to reanimate things in your 'yard, if you want to control. Also, if you plan on 'yard recursion, a spattering of Stifle effects will go the distance. Trickbind and Voidslime (I see you have this. Its late, I'm not reworking the sentence) work wonders, Voidmage Husher in a pinch. (These are all suggestions. Pick and choose your favorites[/card]

Some of them are legendary and I use this land a lot for reuse my grave and it's become really fast the target of land removal and if someone play the same land both was destroy by the legendary rules. I play this for helping we to protect this land and the combo Urborg + Coffers that help me doing all I want in a turn. Really funny when you have to pay 8 or 10 colorless for replaying The Mimeoplasm. Coffer alone wasn't really good I know but i have tons of tutor on my deck to find both of them so it's really explosive late game and middle game. I love the combo and it's isn't really hard to play with it so I will not put it out and really hard to break it with crucible and Loam that's why I play them both to.
why everybody think Skullclamp was good only if you run 1/1 creature. It's great if you have other creature with toughness greater than 1. Didn't need to abuse it for being good. Solemn Simulacrum equip with a skullclamp... If you attack me with a creature without evasive I can block with him and draw 3 cards... Or Equip skullclamp on creature you now they will die because people hate it and you wil draw 2 cards. If you are creative you can use skullclamp for drawing a lot of card without abusing it and it's easy to tutor with Trinket Mage.
I play it because it's easier to blow everything than single shot everything when you are in trouble or board disadvantage. You can reuse it with Academy Ruins... 8 was nothing when someone play a 50 genesis wave and will win the next turn because you krosan grip the enchantment that give Haste to every creatures. I not sure I want to put out just for that. I don't play a lot of enchantment and Artefact so it's not a big problem if I destroy my board to. And for Krosan Grip yeah it's a problem but counter spell was a problem to... You have to play without thinking everybody have a Krosan Grip in is hand. It's only 1 card on a 100 singleton deck. But Terastodon was definitly a card I want on this deck and I will think about Woodfall Primus 8 was really heavy :S and I have nothing for sneak creature into play.
Was there because It a amazing card for reuse Instant and Sorcery in your grave when you have a lot of mana. Yeah Reshuffle it was a idea but if you reshuffle your damnation you will not find it right now... That's why I play Yawgmoth's Will and remove a card from the card was not a big problem if I reshuffle it I have a lot of chance to never see it again so I prefer use it one time and remove it than reshuffle and never draw it. It's a timing card and it's save my ass so many time I cannot play a black deck without it.
I know it's not the best draw but it's can be interested sometime. I will remove it and add instant draw. Don't know what but I will find something.
I don't know why but in my playground Jace didn't die really fast maybe because I never abuse him. I brainstorm everyturn and bounce if necessary. Fateseal when someone tutor... I love that when someone play a tutor and put the tutored card on top of his library and just didn't remember Jace can fateseal loll
Karn I will cut it, I think it's can be a good card for removing permanent but I find he was hard to play. I have enough removal didn't need him and I cannot reuse him when he die outside of Yawgmoth's Will.
Yeah, you are right Loxodon Warhammer was a better card I it's give me some lifegain. And I can reuse Loxodon Warhammer with Academy Ruins
Yeah Voidmage Husher was a good card, I will try to found a room for him. I love reanimate idea but a mass reanimate was not for my playground to many player play heavy creature deck and it's not for this deck. Puppetteer Clique was the only card I see I can considerer to play because I can reuse it easily but I cannot target creature on my graveyard and it's remove creature from my opponent graveyard. So this do less creature to reanimate with The Mimeoplasm but it's isn't a problem due to heavy creature playground I have.
For the stiffle effect I know how it's great and that's why I try to find room for more then just Voidslime.
Krosan Tusker and Yavimaya Elder I will find something else. Yavimaya Elder was a nice little blocker because you can sac it in instant that's why I play him maybe he will rest there for the time I found other creature to put in because I don't want to have less then 20 creature because I will be to easy to kill in my playground.
Trygon Predator I will cut him. I know he was great early game but at the end he just do nothing.
Dismember When I will have one I will play it for sure.
Diabolic Edict To many creature on my playground I need to target the creature.
Go for the Throat Yeah That's a card I will include. It's remove a lot a creature and not cost a lot.
Capsize I cut this card because he was really heavy mana. Maybe I will try it again but when I have it on my hand I never have enough mana to active is buyback because I have card to play on my turn and 6 for bouncing a permanent that's a lot. In 1vs1 I play it but in multi i'm not a big fan. With Infinite mana this card was a game card but in my playground we didn't use infinite combo like that.
