MTG Salvation

This deck is build all around the bounce ability of the General. Cards keep coming back for more or generate tokenfodder to sacrifice.

There are also - very nonblue - only 2 instant/sorceries in the deck. Only permanents otherwise, to maximize the possibilities.

And funky as Pentavus is, a good old fashioned Tetravus *might* be playable.
Though the new one is naturally much more potent. Damnable power creep.

Would a Cloudstone Curio be of use?
Not sure how many of your critters you want to recast, but I've always enjoyed it.

Brilliant, totally forgot about Gilded Drake Tetravus is cool, so it's in! And the Curio as well, it's probably useful

Hilarious. I've been wanting to make a mono-blue EDH that isn't all Spike, and this fits the bill. I think Dominating Licid would make a nice addition, too.

Maybe consider updating the list a bit? The Wellsprings would make fine additions imo, as would a few other cards from Scars block.

I completely redid the deck and in the first post you can see the deck in all its current glory

I'm running sower of temptation in my barrin deck as a second copy of gilded drake....I've also considered running flayer husk in conjunction with Barrin and salvaging station for unlimited bounce

I'm also going with a pseudo wizard tribal....I'll try and post a list when I get home.

Sower is nice, didn't think of that one! It's in one of my other Commander decks, but I think I need it here more I don't like unlimited stuff in decks, but I must admit it's a nice one! With such janky cards even Some Living Equipment might even be a good idea, they're still 2 permanents for 1 card. Thanks!

A friend of mine has a bizar deck that uses the HSB to grind overpriced blue critters into shellfish, so credit goes to him

Where's Reins of Power?

That's a good card to add! I did have this deck IRL for a while, but it's mostly very, very, very annoying for your opponents. Which is loads of fun...once :). So I took it apart :).
