With this deck I wanted to have, my creatures doing most of the "heavy lifting." Getting creatures into the grave is one of the things this deck does best. My theme here could almost be put as reanimator; although I think combo says it better. Basically we work at getting Survival of the Fittest down as quick as possible, hopefully before other players have an answer.
At some point in the game you will probably need to go infinite so we have a few ways to get Palinchron to do that for us, and at instant speed with Winding Canyons(lands need to do more than just be lands, in EDH) or Corpse Dance.
But without further ado, I give you my card choices, some combo explanation will come after the list
All basics and regular Multi color should be self explanatory
Cabal Coffers-Black mana as far as the eye can see, mainly used in conjunction with Urborg, then untapped and doubled with Deserted Temple Urborg, Tomb of Yagmoth-Makes Cabal Coffers work in this deck, with so few basic Swamps, and its a good way for Sundering Titan to destroy any land Deserted Temple-Untapping lands and doubling Cabal Coffers effectiveness, also can get you more of your colors easier when you need them Mosswort Bridge-This hideaway works the best with this deck as we have a large amount of creatures and Hideaways are just good Phyrexian Tower-Sac outlet on a land and helps Palinchron and Corpse Dance get inifinite Miren, the Moaning Well-Another sac outlet but this one gets you life in a tight spot Strip Mine-A simple land destruction land for when a player has one of your Legendary lands or keeping them off all their colors Volrath's Stronghold-A simple way of keeping graveyard creatures from being removed and a great way to get a creature back from the yard Yavimaya Hollow-Creature regeneration for a few of those creatures you really must keep out Winding Canyons-Creatures at instant speed!! Also Palinchron infinite on all players turns Hall of the Bandit Lord-Can be cheap sometimes but Trygon Predator off this when you need some Art. or Ench. destruction is devastating Homeward Path-Just some utility for when you get an important creature stolen
Ramp
Oracle of Mul Daya-Like the Future Sight of lands but with a bonus or two, its a creature and you play two lands a turn. Simply amazing, I always put this out as quick as possible Primeval Titan-The king of "new green" a double tutor that hits all lands(yeah non-basics too) with Lightning Greaves on the field its four lands in one turn, probably a bit ridiculous. This guy WILL make you a target so watch out. Solemn Simulacrum-A colorless ramp spell? Yes Please! Wait it gets better, draw a card when he dies. Fixes your "I have no (color) source" problems Sol Ring-Lets be honest your not really playing EDH without this card
Draw
Consecrated Sphinx
Edric, Spymaster of Trest

Jace's Archivist

I'm also building a Mimeoplasm EDH deck, but I'm going more into the budget reconstruction of the pre-con deck, seen here: http://gomythic.com/?p=552.
One issue I see, is that you're recuring all the creatures from your Grave, leaving only your opponents graves for Mimeoplasm targets. This isn't really a problem, but cuts out your options for General Combo's.
One really good utility creature to reanimate given your low basic count is Sundering Titan, and he's legal in multiplayer commander. Completely hoses five color generals and beats some face on 2/3 color generals. Also +7/+10 on mimeoplasm is pretty tech and can put him out of damage based removal.
Definitely a neat general (who doesn't luv Tyrannosaurus Arm?), and one a friend of mine luvs the ooze (we call it 'Build-A-Bear workshop to taunt him ;)). Some of the cards in the preconstruct i think deserve a spot, though. Windfall is really strong, and your even using the creature version of it. And, with enough graveyard hate, Living Death can be a great backup plan in case the Mimeoplasm gets killed 4+ times.
I think Silent Specter might be a better discard outlet than Greel for you, and it's better food for the general.
Has the pharaoh done you any good? I seen him at the prerelease, and didn't think him worth a spot in most lists. Then again, not tried him but potential to cut if you are looking for room.

Why Edric... You didn't run a lot of creature and a big part of your creature is fat creature. I don't think it's a good draw card for your deck. This card will help more the aggro deck and token deck than you.
Will all this high mana cost I think more ramp will help you. Sure you can reanimate but what are you doing if someone tuck The Mimeoplasm if you run big fatty, you need to be able to cast it without trick.
Why Glissa... Yeah it's a great card but it's add nothing to your deck. You have blue so you can run Academy Ruins if you need to recast you artefact.
All your control was by permanent. You need instant control to. Yeah, it's can be interesting on paper to use Trygon Predator again and again... but if you need to stop a combo or a card right now you need some answer like Korsan Grip and board wipe will destroy all you control. You have access to blue run some counter spell like Hinder and Spell Scumple.
Like a good chunk of the deck list, but where is Putrefax? He is a game ender. I also have Thought Gorger in there to eat up removal and draw a ton.
Putrefax does seem really good I'll test it. I don't like the whole sac at the end of the turn thing, but with my other sac outlets I can make that sacrifice mean alittle more. Trample can also be very relevant at certain times.
Thought Gorger, on the other hand I don't like so much, its just the idea of discarding my entire hand seems so backwards, and it has to be a huge hand for this guy to get the kind of buffs that will really make an effect on the board. I personally like Promise of Power more, less draw back and probably a bigger creature.

I added Edric kinda randomly when I get a Sylvan Library he will likely be the card I switch.
I used Academy Ruins before and it seems to get Legendaried too much, and I recently moved it to a more relevant deck. Glissa is relevant in this deck as it is a creature. The only artifact that really might need to recur is Memory Jar or possibly a piece of equipment. Maybe I'll give the Ruins another try, instead of Homeward Path.
I realize my control is in permanent form, it is supposed to be. Recurring Mystic Snake works for me as a counter that is why I will also be getting Draining Whelk. As for destruction casting Terrastodon at instant speed generally does the trick. Except against Aluren combo. So I think I will look into getting a Krosian Grip I see a lot of relevance there.
Oh yeah if someone tucks Mimeoplasm pay one green to get it with Survival.

You don't have to discard your hand, because you draw = to the +1/+1 counters on him. The purpose is to turn Mimeoplasm into him. I have made a 15/15 Thought Gorger thanks to Death's Shadow, didn't need to discard my hand, which could be beneficial to do at times, and if he dies, draw 13 cards. If you are ever trying to get your big guys into the yard, and they are stuck in your hand, you can always use the Thought Gorger to pitch them if you want, giving you an option.
Putrefax with Lord of Extinction has ended many games with 60/60 infect hasted tramper.
You may want to consider Tainted Strike also, turns a big hit into a game winner.

If you copy Thought Gorger with Mimeoplasm you still discard your hand. I see what your saying though.
But when you cast Mimeoplasm it enters the battlefield as Thought Gorger, and when Thought Gorger enters you have to discard your hand. It acts like Clone. Then you draw when he goes to the grave.
The idea of Hydra Omnivore is interesting and may be worth some testing.

Oh, The Mimeoplasm, best combo general ever.
From there, certain creatures want to end up in the grave: Bloodghast, Nether Traitor, Vengeful Pharaoh, Lord of Extinction, Skithyrx, the Blight Dragon; Survival does this beautifully and gets certain other creatures into my hand like: Jace's Archivist, Trygon Predator, Lighthouse Chronologist, Oracle of Mul Daya, Phantasmal Image(if I need to kill a general) among many other good utility creatures. Last in line, getting Rune-Scarred Demon to search out Oversold Cemetery and then you can go crazy with creatures coming back. Phyrexian Reclamation is there as a back up and Instant speed, in case you really need to counter a spell and Mystic Snake is in your grave.

Sundering Titan is a good suggestion, and I have so many of them. Bonus Bean Count, he can be searched for if Tezzeret doesn't get dealt with quickly.
Silent Specter is good but I will have to push damage through and I can't do it on an opponents turn. I used to run Windfall but the fact it isn't a creature and Jace's Archivist is, really doesn't help. A huge focus of my deck is Survival of the Fittest and Fauna Shaman. Vengeful Pharaoh works great too, it is handy free removal, since it moves to the top of my deck it grants a survival on the next turn. I want to have it in my grave so for I get to kill a creature and find the creature I need that turn, I find it very helpful. Lastly Living Death is good and can become infinite mana with Palinchron, Eternal Witness and Sadistic Hypnotist. I have thought about putting it back in. On your other note, I really only use Mimeoplasm for things like Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon + beater or Nether Traitor/Bloodghast + Lord of Extinction.

Putrefax with Lord of Extinction has ended many games with 60/60 infect hasted tramper.
You may want to consider Tainted Strike also, turns a big hit into a game winner.
Another good card to consider is Hydra Omnivore, 8/8 that if you can hit one player, deals dmg to everyone. If you can put infect through Phyresis or Tainted Strike, you can end the game with 1 clean hit, or even with a Death's Shadow or Krosan Cloudscraper, end the game.

But when you cast Mimeoplasm it enters the battlefield as Thought Gorger, and when Thought Gorger enters you have to discard your hand. It acts like Clone. Then you draw when he goes to the grave.
The idea of Hydra Omnivore is interesting and may be worth some testing.
