It was tokens. Then it was equipment. Now it's somewhere in between. I got tired of being the only deck with removal - as is often the case with Mono-white - I took out a lot of the board wipes and spot kills for what feels like way too much land. But with 40 land, I stopped missing my drops and could actually play the other cards.
I can understand if you're on a budget (you don't mention it), but you want Scroll Rack, badly. It is stupid good with Land Tax.
I'm also not seeing any graveyard hate, which can be super risky. I'd toss in at least a Stonecloaker.
I feel like Evangelize can easily be removed for Scythe of the Wretched. On the equipment note, how often do you actually go for the Kaldra trio? It may be worth removing the Helm and Shield if you simply don't use them much. I'm not a big fan of Worldslayer, but to each their own. I'm assuming that (and the large number of sweepers) it the reason Konda made an appearance?
You also have plenty of ramp, but not much you're ramping into. I'd remove the Thran Dynamo, at least for an Extraplanar Lense. Possibly something non-ramp related.
Condemn feels unneeded, as it can only hit attacking creatures, something your deck handles easily.
With all your equipment tutors, I don't think its necessary for you to run all the Deathtouch equipment, so I'd drop Gorgon Flail. Or even Loxodon Warhammer!
Brigid is good. I've been running my Brigid equipment EDH deck for almost 11 months and love it.
Have you run the deck yet? You seem really light on creatures (14), and I was wondering how that worked for you. I run 35, and even then I sometimes wish I would draw more.
I agree with MammonAzrael on the Stonecloaker issue, though I disagree on the Gorgon Flail (with all the Naturalize/Vindicate effects running around, you need to assure that Brigid will actually be able to kill anything over 2 power..
Thanks for the suggestions! @MammonAzrael - I am on as much of a budget as most people I suppose, but I don't want that to make the deck worse. I'll proxy a Scoll Rack and see how that goes. I never get all three of the Kaldra pieces out, but Sword and Shield are both really good with a lot of the cards in the deck, so Helm came along for the ride. It's also pretty good once you decide to start going on the offensive. Worldslayer is an ass card, but with so few creatures it ends up being one of my best win conditions. I already swapped cards out for all your other suggestions. Tormod's Crypt over Stonecloaker though since I can enlightenedly tutor for it, but if that's not enough I will make room for Stonecloaker.
@Funkydragon - Yes, I have been playing it for about 3 weeks now so I have some experience with the deck, but I did look at yours when I first started piecing it together for ideas. I don't think I will be able to make it into a Soldier deck, so the Onslaught guys won't make it, but Crossbow Infantry should make the cut and Intrepid Hero probably will as well. World Queller and Akroma's Vengeance haven't really been holding up their spots, so I'll try to track those down.
What I find most interesting about this deck is that Control players don't see you as much of a threat because you aren't very aggressive. They also leave Brigid alone because they like having her on the board. Aggro players don't attack me since they know I'll just kill their team. So, in terms of a being a "political General," Brigid is amazing!
I still play her every couple of weeks and thought I would put up the newest draft of the deck.
The biggest change is that the deck a) is a hybrid tokens/equipment deck now. b) A good chunk of the obvious and good cards got shipped to my Rasputin deck so I have some odd - or less than ideal - choices. It's fun nonetheless.

Endless Horizons is pretty much negating any advantage you'd get from Scrying Sheets. I'd drop the Sheets, along with the Reliquary Tower, for a Ghost Quarter and a Wasteland.

As for other "pingers," I run Crossbow Infantry and Catapult Squad (along with lots of soldiers) in my deck for more deathtouch abuse. Thanks to all the soldiers, Catapult Master works, too, even without equipment. Oh, and you might want to add Intrepid Hero and/or Steam Catapult to abuse that Thornbite Staff you're running. It's funny.
One last suggestion - you seem to be pretty control-oriented, so Aven Mindcensor could be a good idea to stop your opponents from looking for answers.
