There are many, many combos here. Running lots of tutors makes it very consistent. Simply see what combo piece you get in hand first then tutor up the other parts.
The easiest combo is with the General herself. Sculpting Steel and Sharuum. Get the Steel in the graveyard then cast Sharuum targeting the Steel. Choose to have the Steel copy Sharuum and add the new EtB ability to the stack. State-based effects then kills both legends and the floating ability lets you grab Sharuum again from the graveyard. You now have an infinite loop of EtB and EtG hits.
Any of these cards will let you win pretty quickly once Sharuum and the Steel and looping: Disciple of the Vault , Extractor Demon, Bitter Ordeal, Glassdust Hulk, Glaze Fiend or Genesis Chamber.
I also run the small combo of Darksteel Forge and Mycosynth Lattice. Hey, all my stuff is indestructible!
Combine those other two cards with Nevinyrral's Disk or Karn, Silver Golem and you can blow up all your opponents permanents EVERY turn or eat a land with Karn for 1 each.
I also have Force of will, because you'll never know when you need to tap out and protect your combo.

And I've found Fact of Fiction is an intuition for your top 5, shame I can't ever get that p3k card which looks at the top 3, puts 1 in hand and the rest in the graveyard.

I believe that Scrapheap or Genesis Chamber belongs in the deck when you go infinite with Sharuum + Sculpting steel. You have disciple/demon/bitter ordeal, but an artifact is needed to fulfill that role as artifacts are generally easier to fetch up (and can be put into play from GY when sharuum comes into play). I don't think you need both Ashnod's Altar & KCI. EW is right - take out the big daddies for more broken cards/combos.

I can't believe I'm not running FoF! It fits perfectly in here. I also want to fit a Lim-Duls Vault.
I do like the Genesis Chamber. Scrapheap is dead though because 9999999 life won't save you from 21 points of General damage.
The Lotus Bloom is amazing in the graveyard. Missing that 3 black to unearth Extractor Demon or play Bitter Ordeal? Boom, there it is.

This list is really similar in concept to mine, though I'm maybe more focused on protection for the combo. I'll try to post my list tomorrow if I get a chance and maybe we can talk strategy.
Just off the top of the top of my head, though, you need to be running Necrologia. It's so out-of-this-world good when it comes online.
Hanna's Custody is a wonderful way to protect your artifacts, and doesn't stop the combo since Sculpting Steel doesn't target.
Artificer's Intuition dumps steel or your reanimation target in the yard and grabs you all kinds of useful stuff.

One thing to keep in mind is that Future Sight + Top + Etherium Sculptor Effect = GG. Also, Rings of B combo nicely with many cards besides monolith - master transmuter, voltaic key, time sieve, slaver, planeswalkers, Dagsson, wasteland, fetches, etc.
Another thing I noticed is that Obelisk of Esper should be Coalition Relic.

@ZemogFC The argivian cards make for silly intuition piles. You can get any 2 artifacts from your deck with 100% certainty if you use those. The fact that I have some enchantments that I want to get back also makes one of them better.
Rings+Basalt is never clunky. It's a 2 card infinite mana combo and the parts combo well with the rest of your deck too.
I didn't think about how clunky future sight + top + reducer is because whenever I play it, I win that turn (Except one time, because I had tapped out and lacked other free mana acceleration (vault/crypt) I did however win the next turn).
But future sight top is not as vital, and it is a crime to not run a 2 card infinite mana combo in a combo deck.
I don't have the problem with FoW, I think I have more blue cards than you though.
Also, if you're going to run genesis chamber, you need skullclamp. It also works well with thopter-sword

Trust me it is. But your counter suite seems light. If you're going all in on combo, you probably need a few more, I would suggest force of will and dissapate.
But never dicount the fact the Sharuum is basically and awesome dragon, and with a sword of the meek she ends the game in 4 swings.
Again, I had FoW in here awhile but never had anything to pitch to it. It was always a really expensive counter. Dissipate is a good idea but I think I will add an Forbid. The discard could be helpful.
So I added a Forbid but I can't decide what to take out. The weakest card seems to be the Esper Charm.

I removed the Glassdust Hulk for it. Its too fragile without haste and I don't want to waste a spot for Lightning Greaves.
The Sight seems a bit slow, what would I take out of the draw catagory for it?

Copy Artifact for opvious reasons? It lets you copy key artifacts, (cloud key, helm, etc),
Lovely thought but I don't need to copy anything except Sharuum. You only need one mana reducer to make the Top cost 0 with Future Sight.
