I already have bad moon in the deck and I would just put that land in anyways if I had it. That card is on my want list. But Oona just wins me games sometimes. Just like milling them for 13 getting 13 fae(thanks to painters servant). I thank you for your input. I know that it is very odd to do this it is just that I adore mono-black. I just didn't have that many good legendary black critters to use as a general so Oona was the best I had at first. I basically traded and bought some nifty commons here and there for most of this deck. Again thank you for your input sir.
Oh yeah darn. I didn't even think of that. Necropotence. Wow. What would you say I should take out for that?

Your list is good, but you are not using Oona in its full potential. Run cards that make you tons of mana to produce tokens, and then have some sac outlets to do cool stuff...and you can add gavepact while you are at it.
It takes a little bit of blue/black mana to get started, but it is assumed you have access to that mana by the time Oona is on the board. Painter's Servant names (any color you want), which assures that every card you remove is going to put a Faerie token into play (even if it's a land). Ashnod's Altar lets you sacrifice each token for 2 mana, which is one more than it costs you to make each token with Oona's ability.
With a few activations of her ability, you'll have the mana to mill every card off of your opponents' decks, and put a massive army of fae on the board in the process.
An investment of nine blue/black mana (initially) allows you to completely mill out one player, because the X cost can be payed with the colorless mana you get by sacrificing fae tokens. They pay for themselves. Each other blue/black mana spent after the initial nine will mill out an additional player. Twelve mana spent will kill four other players at the table, which is usually enough to win (and generate 512 1/1 Faerie tokens).
Its not infinite, but with 9 U/B, you could spend 2B to make 2 tokens, sac the 2 for 4, spend 4B, make 4 tokens, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 and you've milled for well over 200 cards, which should deck a player and you now have tons of tokens. Pretty good. Of course, you need a much higher investment if Painter's Servant isn't out, and it probably won't work at all if they are playing a 2 or more color deck.
That clearly doesn't work ... you'd need an arbitrarily large amount of U/ to get it started (once per activation). It's diminishing returns.
Sorry, but this is incorrect. You need nine (colored) mana to mill out the first player. Twelve mana will mill out four players. You need at least six to cast Oona in the first place.
4B will get you four tokens, which you can sacrifice for 8 mana. With that eight colorless mana, an additional B will net you eight more tokens, and you've only spent six colored mana so far. Sacrificing those eight tokens and paying B will net you 16 mana, and you've only spent seven colored mana.
By repeating this process, a nine mana investment will completely mill one player (64+32+16+8+4). This is also factoring in that there are no additional creatures on the board to sacrifice to the combo when it goes off, any of which would lower the initial mana investment. Each additional mana investment over the initial nine brings the total of cards milled to over 100, so each additional colored mana spent (i.e. 12, in my example) will mill an additional player for 100+ cards. The fourth player to be milled out loses 512 cards from the top of his or her library. Obviously this tops out at 100, but either way, once twelve mana is spent on activations, everyone is decked out.
Of course, you need a much higher investment if Painter's Servant isn't out, and it probably won't work at all if they are playing a 2 or more color deck.
Exactly. That's why Painter's Servant is a neccessary part of the three-card combo.

Also, why not run Maga, Traitor to Mortals as your general? You do lose Dreadship Reef and Glen Elendra Liege, but they can easily be replaced by Subterranian Hangar and Bad Moon.
I'm afraid I just don't really see the point of using a 2-color general as a mono-colored one.
Not so much anymore.

One more thing, i use a lot of draw to refill my hand quick. and for my favorite card in the deck Volrath's dungeon + Necropotence is good times!!
Sure.
