Honestly, I have no clue whether to post in DC or here since there still isn't a lot of info on what the 1v1 banlist from WotC will look like though a lot of signs seem to point to Leviathan.
This deck is still really rough, but I think the colors and efficiency are there somewhere that it can compete with what's happening in French but with an extra 10 life.
It looks like a solid list, I just miss some draw spells that are simply awesome like: Sylvan Library
Also, with Bruse, you could even go more agressive with less or no counterspells and more draw/acceleration, but I think a midrange deck would also work fine because that synergizes with Thrasio, Bruse's ability looks very relevant if you go the stompy direction. Anyway, Titania, Protector of Argoth and Oracle of Mul Daya are also very very good getting C.A, and Titania gets a LOT of power on the board with all the fetches + Wasteland effects. At 30HP I consider C.A one of the most important things to have, you have it via your partner, but I would put some more.

Definitely great advice and I will test it. I really love countermagic, but I see why Bruse wants more tap out. I kind of see this as a 4 color rafiq deck, but maybe that's the wrong approach?
I'm not sure xD, I think it deserves testing, but for Rafiq I understand a lot the reason for a less agressive deck, since you only need him and some pump spell to close the game, you can play much more reactive, I don't really think Bruse is close to the speed of closing the game with commander damage because he doesn't have exalted, so he is actually weaker in that point, and Rafiq is great when using infect creatures, he makes a 1/1 hit for 4 poison. The great advantage of Bruse is the partner, so if I did build him, I would go a lot for the value plan, I think you can overcome decks through tempo and advantage, and then start hitting hard with Bruse.
I don't know if that is ideal, but I think kind of like that, you should definitely test him with a lot of different approaches before actually building him.
I'll try to compare what Reyhan Bruse does along with Jenara as I tune the build. I wonder why this color combo hasn't seen much development, even for multiplayer.

What a miserable format.
